In the present embodiment, the backrest 1a and the armrest mechanism 3a are linked so that the initial position of the backrest 1a corresponds to the design position of the armrest mechanism 3a, the forward tilted position of the backrest 1a corresponds to the forward moved position of the armrest mechanism 1c, and the backward tilted position of the backrest 1a corresponds to the backward moved position of the armrest mechanism 1 c.
Fig. 2 is a partial exploded view of the car seat of fig. 1A, wherein a backrest 1A has a pin 11 fixed to a side plate of the backrest, a seat cushion 2a has a seat cushion wall plate 21, an armrest mechanism 3a is a four-bar linkage mechanism and comprises a rod 31A, a first swing arm 32a, a frame 33a and a second swing arm 34a which are hinged in sequence, the rod 31A has a long slot hole 311 matched with the pin 11, and the frame 33a is fixedly connected with the seat cushion wall plate 21.
FIG. 3 is a partial side view of the vehicle seat of FIG. 1A, as the back rest 1A is adjusted forward or backward, transmitting force through the pin 11 located thereon to the slotted hole 311 engaged therewith; under the thrust of the pin 11, the rod 31 a/slot 311 moves forward or backward, and the first swing arm 32a and the second swing arm 34a hinged thereto follow the rotation, as shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 5A to 5C, the automobile seat with adjustable armrests according to the second preferred embodiment of the present invention eliminates the linkage between the backrest and the armrest mechanism, and adds an armrest independent driving device 4a (see fig. 6) to achieve individual adjustment of the armrest mechanism 3 b. As shown in fig. 9, the armrest independent driving device 4c of the vehicle seat with an adjustable armrest according to the fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention is a rack gear mechanism, which is different from the second preferred embodiment in that a rack 44 is used instead of a toothed plate to realize bidirectional armrest adjustment, and is suitable for light load and high adjustment speed.
As shown in fig. 10, the armrest independent driving device 4d of the automobile seat with an adjustable armrest according to the fifth preferred embodiment of the present invention is a screw transmission mechanism, and the screw rod 45 is driven by the motor to rotate to drive the driving nut 46 to reciprocate linearly, so as to achieve bidirectional armrest adjustment, and is suitable for heavy-duty armrests with high requirements for transmission accuracy.
As shown in fig. 11A to 11C, the vehicle seat with adjustable armrests according to the sixth preferred embodiment of the present invention further includes a seat driving motor 5 connected to the backrest 1C in addition to the above-mentioned independent armrest driving devices 4a, 4b, 4C, 4d, so that a synchronous adjustment function of the backrest 1C and the armrest structure 3C can be realized, i.e., so that the initial position of the backrest 1C corresponds to the design position of the armrest mechanism 3C, the forward inclined position of the backrest 1C corresponds to the forward moving position of the armrest mechanism 3C, and the backward inclined position of the backrest 1C corresponds to the backward moving position of the armrest mechanism 3C.
The above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, which are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and various changes may be made in the above embodiments of the present invention. All simple and equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the content of the specification of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present patent application. The invention has not been described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the invention.
