Claims (6)

1. A method for preparing concrete fine aggregate by using cement products uses equipment for preparing concrete fine aggregate by using cement products, and comprises a placing device (1), a smashing device (2), a buffering device (3), a cleaning device (4) and a vibrating device (5), and is characterized in that: the concrete fine aggregate is prepared by the equipment for preparing the concrete fine aggregate by using the cement product, and the concrete method comprises the following steps:
s1, placing a cement product: placing a cement pipeline to be prepared into the long cylinder (501) through external force, and contacting the lower end of a cement product with the placing device (1) for use;
s2, vibrating the cement product: the second motor (506) is started to drive the sector gear (511) to rotate, the sector gear (511) rotates to enable the meshed rack plates (510) to reciprocate, and further drive the push plate (503) to reciprocate, and the conical head (504) impacts the cement pipeline through the reciprocating motion of the push plate (503), so that cement on the outer side of the cement pipeline falls off;
s3, cleaning cement steel bars: pushing the cleaning device (4) through external force to enable the cleaning device (4) to be in contact with the steel bars in the cement pipeline and clean cement on the outer sides of the steel bars;
s4, breaking the cement product: crushing the impact cement block by starting the crushing device (2) so as to obtain fine aggregate;
a smashing device (2) is arranged below the placing device (1), a buffer device (3) is arranged in the placing device (1) and positioned below the placing device, a cleaning device (4) is arranged above the placing device (1), and a cleaning device (4) is arranged in the vibrating device (5) and positioned above the vibrating device;
the vibration device (5) comprises a long cylinder (501), a threaded hole (502), a push plate (503), a conical head (504), a conical hole (505), a second motor (506), a second sliding groove (507), a third spring (508), a connecting plate (509), a rack plate (510), a sector gear (511), a supporting rod (512), a moving rod (513) and a cylinder (514), wherein the left side and the right side of the smashing device (2) are fixedly connected with the supporting plates, the upper end of the supporting plates is fixedly connected with the cylinder (514), the output end of the cylinder (514) is fixedly connected with the connecting plate (509), the connecting plate (509) is in an L-shaped structure, the outer side of the connecting plate (509) is provided with the second sliding groove (507), the inner part of the second sliding groove (507) is slidably connected with the moving rod (513), the upper end of the moving rod (513) is fixedly connected with the rack plate (510), one end of the rack plate (510), one end of a third spring (508) far away from a rack plate (510) is fixedly connected with a connecting plate (509), the outer side of the connecting plate (509) is located in a front fixedly connected with supporting rod (512) of a second sliding groove (507), a second motor (506) is installed at the upper end of the supporting rod (512), a sector gear (511) is fixedly sleeved at the output end of the second motor (506), the sector gear (511) is meshed with the rack plate (510), a push plate (503) is fixedly connected with the other end of the rack plate (510), the push plate (503) is of an arc structure, a plurality of threaded holes (502) are equidistantly formed in one side of the push plate (503) far away from the rack plate (510), conical heads (504) are uniformly and threadedly connected inside, opposite ends of the conical heads (504) are jointly provided with long barrels (501), a plurality of conical holes (505) are formed in the outer side of the long barrels (501), and the lower end of the long barrels (501) is.
