Background
The air purifier is an electric appliance which is commonly prepared at home at present, the filter screen of the air purifier needs to be cleaned after the air purifier is used for a period of time so as to ensure good performance of the air purifier, the middle part of the filter screen cannot be effectively cleaned when the filter screen is cleaned by the conventional cleaning mode, and a better cleaning effect cannot be achieved.

The invention relates to a cleaning device for deeply cleaning a filter screen, which comprises a cleaning box, wherein the lower end of the cleaning box is provided with an opening, a cleaning cavity is arranged in the cleaning box, a cleaning cylinder capable of sliding back and forth is arranged in the cleaning cavity, a cleaning piston rod is arranged on the lower end surface of the cleaning cylinder, a rotatable cleaning wheel is arranged on the lower end surface of the cleaning piston rod, a cleaning motor is fixedly arranged in the cleaning wheel, a cleaning motor shaft is arranged on the rear end surface of the cleaning motor, a cleaning disc is fixedly arranged on the rear end surface of the cleaning motor shaft, a water spraying cylinder capable of sliding back and forth is arranged in the cleaning cavity, a water spraying piston rod is arranged on the lower end surface of the water spraying cylinder, a rotatable water spraying wheel is arranged on the lower end surface of the water spraying piston rod, a water spraying pump is fixedly arranged in the water spraying wheel, the clamping plate is used for clamping the filter screen.
According to a further technical scheme, a water tank is fixedly arranged on the upper cavity wall of the cleaning cavity, a water spray pipe is fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the water tank, and the water spray pipe is communicated with the water spray pump.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the cleaning device for deeply cleaning the filter screen, the whole filter screen is cleaned through the cleaning disc which can extend downwards, so that the whole filter screen is washed, the cleaning effect is ensured, the filter screen does not need to be soaked in water during cleaning, dirt flows away from the lower part together with the water during cleaning, the dirt cannot be continuously attached to the filter screen, and the cleaning effect is improved;
simultaneously this equipment is equipped with rotating device, and rotating device can make through the rotation of motor wash the dish and rotate the redirecting with the washing terminals, makes every side of filter screen all by the sanitization, improves the cleaning performance.

The invention will now be described in detail with reference to fig. 1-7, wherein for ease of description the orientations described below are now defined as follows: the up, down, left, right, and front-back directions described below correspond to the up, down, left, right, and front-back directions in the projection relationship of fig. 1 itself.
The cleaning device for deeply cleaning the filter screen, which is described with reference to fig. 1-7, comprises a cleaning box 11, an opening is formed at the lower end of the cleaning box 11, a cleaning chamber 12 is arranged in the cleaning box 11, a cleaning cylinder 14 capable of sliding back and forth is arranged in the cleaning chamber 12, a cleaning piston rod 16 is arranged at the lower end surface of the cleaning cylinder 14, a rotatable cleaning wheel 15 is arranged at the lower end surface of the cleaning piston rod 16, a cleaning motor 28 is fixedly arranged in the cleaning wheel 15, a cleaning motor shaft 34 is arranged at the rear end surface of the cleaning motor 28, a cleaning disc 35 is fixedly arranged at the rear end surface of the cleaning motor shaft 34, a water spraying cylinder 17 capable of sliding back and forth is arranged in the cleaning chamber 12, a water spraying piston rod 18 is arranged at the lower end surface of the water spraying cylinder 17, a water spraying wheel 21 capable of rotating is arranged at the lower, the front end face of the water spray pump 31 is fixedly provided with a water spray nozzle 32, a clamping plate 24 capable of moving back and forth is arranged in the cleaning box 11, and the clamping plate 24 is used for clamping a filter screen.
Preferably, a water tank 19 is fixedly arranged on the upper cavity wall of the cleaning cavity 12, a spray pipe 20 is fixedly arranged on the lower end surface of the water tank 19, and the spray pipe 20 is communicated with the spray pump 31.

The specific use method of the invention is as follows:
the cleaning box 11 is installed on the filter screen, the clamping cylinder 22 is started to push the clamping plate 24 to move towards the direction close to each other by the clamping piston rod 23 to favor the clamping of the filter screen, the cleaning slide rail 13 is started to drive the cleaning cylinder 14 and the water spraying cylinder 17 to move backwards between the two filter screens, the water spraying cylinder 17 is started to drive the water spraying piston rod 18 to make the water spraying wheel 21 move downwards, the water spraying pump 31 is started to spray the cleaning water in the water tank 19 on the filter screen by the water spraying pipe 20, the cleaning cylinder 14 is started to drive the cleaning wheel 15 to move downwards by the cleaning piston rod 16, the cleaning motor 28 is started to drive the cleaning motor shaft 34 to rotate the cleaning disc 35 to clean the filter screen, when the lowermost filter screen is cleaned, the water spraying rotating motor 33 is started to drive the water spraying rotating motor shaft 30 to rotate to make the water spraying rotating wheel 29 rotate, the water spraying rotating wheel 29 rotates to drive the water, the water spraying cylinder 17 is started to drive the water spraying piston rod 18 to make the water spraying wheel 21 move upwards, in the process, the water spraying pump 31 continues to suck water and spray water to the next filter screen through the water spraying nozzle 32 for wetting, the cleaning cylinder 14 is started to drive the cleaning piston rod 16 to make the cleaning wheel 15 move upwards, the cleaning slide rail 13 is started to drive the cleaning cylinder 14 and the water spraying cylinder 17 to move backwards, so that the cleaning cylinder 14 reaches between the next filter screens, the cleaning rotating motor 25 is started to drive the cleaning rotating motor shaft 26 to rotate to make the cleaning rotating wheel 27 rotate, the cleaning rotating wheel 15 is driven to rotate and change direction forwards due to the rotation of the cleaning rotating wheel 27, the cleaning cylinder 14 is started to drive the cleaning piston rod 16 to make the cleaning wheel 15 move downwards to clean the other side of the filter screen, meanwhile, the rotating motor 33 is started to rotate reversely to make the water spraying rotating motor shaft 30 reversely rotate to drive the water spraying rotating, the water spraying cylinder 17 is started to drive the water spraying piston rod 18 to enable the water spraying wheel 21 to move downwards to spray water to wet a filter screen on the lower surface, when the bottom is cleaned, the cleaning rotating motor 25 is started to drive the cleaning rotating motor shaft 26 to rotate reversely, the cleaning rotating wheel 27 rotates reversely to drive the cleaning wheel 15 to rotate reversely, the cleaning wheel 15 changes direction and returns to the backward direction, repeated operation is carried out to continue cleaning until all the filter screens are cleaned completely, after cleaning is completed, the clamping cylinder 22 is started to drive the clamping piston rod 23 to enable the clamping plate 24 to move towards the direction away from each other, the filter screen is loosened.
