Detailed Description
The present application is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that, in the present application, the embodiments or technical features described below may be arbitrarily combined to form a new embodiment without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, when the fixing assembly disclosed in chinese patent publication No. CN111529937A is used to fix the conducting wire 106, taking the screwdriver 107 rotating clockwise to screw into the fixing member 102 as an example, when fastening, the fixing member 102 is subjected to the torque force of the clockwise rotation of the screwdriver 107, during the locking process, the pressing portion 104 of the fixing member 102 contacts with the conducting wire 106 and applies a force to the conducting wire 106, and when the fixing member 102 rotates clockwise, the conducting wire 106 is easily moved in the tangential direction of the rotating direction of the fixing member 102, for example, the upper conducting wire 106 moves to the right, and the lower conducting wire 106 moves to the left. Conversely, when the screwdriver 107 is rotated counterclockwise to screw in the fastener 102, the upper wire 106 is likely to move to the left and the lower wire 106 to move to the right. Therefore, whether screwdriver 107 is screwed clockwise or counterclockwise into holder 102, it is prone to lead to movement and misalignment of wire 106.
Example 1

The wire holes 11 are used for accommodating or passing through wires, the wire holes 11 may be circular through holes penetrating through the front and back surfaces of the fixing block 10, the wires are, for example, wires, in this embodiment, two wire holes 11 are formed in the fixing block 10, and in other embodiments, one, three, four, or more wire holes 11 in the fixing block 10 may also be formed. The lockhole 12 is used for holding the locking piece or supplies the locking piece to pass, and the lockhole 12 can be the round hole or the dysmorphism hole that runs through two sides about the fixed block 10, can also be from the blind hole of the upper surface downwardly extending of fixed block 10, and in this embodiment, the lockhole 12 runs through the upper and lower two sides of fixed block 10, and the part aperture that is close to the fixed block 10 upper surface of lockhole 12 is greater than the part aperture that is close to the fixed block 10 lower surface, is equipped with the internal thread in the hole that is close to the fixed block 10 lower surface of lockhole.
The locking member is accommodated in the locking hole 12 or passes through the locking hole 12 to be locked on the fixed block 10, in this embodiment, the locking member is a screw 20, and the locking member is the screw 20 and will be described in detail below. The outer peripheral surface of the screw rod of the screw 20 can be divided into a threaded area and a non-threaded area, the threaded area of the screw 20 is used for being screwed with the lock hole 12, the non-threaded area of the screw 20 is provided with an annular groove, and the upper end of the screw 20 can be provided with a hole for inserting a screwdriver bit.
The pressing member 30 is received in the locking hole 12, and since the locking hole 12 communicates with the wire hole 11, after the pressing member 30 is received in the locking hole 12, the pressing member 30 contacts the wire material to press the wire material. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the compression member 30 has a circular inner hole 31, and the circular inner hole 31 is used for the screw 20 to pass through. In the present embodiment, the pressing member 30 has a slope 32 connecting a side surface and a bottom surface of the pressing member 30, the slope 32 is used for contacting with the wire to press the wire, and in other embodiments, the side surface of the pressing member 30 has an annular protrusion (not shown), and the bottom surface of the annular protrusion of the pressing member 30 is used for contacting with the wire to press the wire. In this embodiment, the pressing member 30 is provided with a pin hole 33, the pin hole 33 communicates with the circular inner hole 31 and the side surface of the pressing member 30, the pressing member 30 may be provided with two pin holes 33, and the two pin holes 33 may be symmetrically disposed on the pressing member 30. The contact surface of the wire pressing material of the pressing member 30 may be a plane, or may be an arc surface, preferably a plane. When the contact surface of the wire pressing material is a plane, the width and height of the plane can be 0.5-3 times, such as 0.8 times, 1.2 times, 1.8 times, 2 times or 2.5 times of the radial section diameter of the wire, and the design of the pressing piece 3 has a better pressing effect.
During the locking of the screw 20 to the fixed block 10, the pressure element 30 does not rotate, and the pressure element 30 does not rotate, for example, in a plane perpendicular to the direction of movement of the screw 20. The screw 20 applies force to the pressing member 30 and fixes the wire in the wire hole 11 through the pressing member 30, thereby preventing the wire from moving and dislocating along with the screw 20 when the screw 20 is locked.
Specifically, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the fixing block 10 is provided with one or more first limiting portions 13, the number of the first limiting portions 13 may be one or more, the pressing member 30 is provided with one or more second limiting portions 34, and the first limiting portions 13 and the second limiting portions 34 have a structure that prevents the pressing member 30 from rotating with the screw 20 when the screw 20 is screwed in, when interacting with each other. The structure for preventing the pressing member 30 from rotating with the screw 20 when the screw 20 is screwed in may be one or a combination of a curved surface structure, a concave-convex matching structure, a snap matching structure, a structure having a frosted surface, and a structure having a convex point, which interact with each other.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the first position-limiting portion 13 is a convex portion on the inner circumferential surface of the locking hole 12, the second position-limiting portion 34 is a concave portion on the outer circumferential surface of the pressing member 30, the concave portion may be a tangent plane formed on a side surface of the pressing member 30, after the pressing member 30 is accommodated in the locking hole 12, the convex portion of the locking hole 12 is buckled with the concave portion of the pressing member 30, and when the screw 20 is screwed into the locking hole 12, the first position-limiting portion 13 and the second position-limiting portion 34 which are matched with each other can prevent the pressing member 30 from rotating with the screw 20, thereby preventing the wires in the wire hole 11 from moving. When the screw 20 is locked on the fixing block 10, the screw 20 applies force to the pressing member 30, and the wire is fixed in the wire hole 11 through the pressing member 30.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the first stopper 13 is a dovetail-shaped protrusion on the inner circumferential surface of the locking hole 12, and the second stopper 34 is a dovetail-shaped groove on the outer circumferential surface of the pressing member 30, and the dovetail-shaped protrusion and the dovetail-shaped groove are matched in structure, so that when the screw 20 is screwed into the locking hole 12, the pressing member 30 can be prevented from rotating with the screw 20 and the wire can be prevented from moving and being displaced.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 11, the first position-limiting portion 13 is a linear projection on the inner circumferential surface of the locking hole 12, and the second position-limiting portion 34 is a linear groove on the outer circumferential surface of the pressing member 30, and the linear projection and the linear groove are matched in structure, so that when the screw 20 is screwed into the locking hole 12, the pressing member 30 can be prevented from rotating with the screw 20 and the wire can be prevented from moving and being displaced.
Alternatively, the first position-limiting portion 13 may be a concave portion on the inner circumferential surface of the locking hole 12, the second position-limiting portion 34 may be a convex portion on the outer circumferential surface of the pressing member 30, the concave portion may be a dovetail groove or a linear groove, and the convex portion may be a dovetail-shaped projection or a linear projection, respectively, and the first position-limiting portion 13 and the second position-limiting portion 34 of the above structure can prevent the pressing member 30 from rotating with the screw 20 and the movement and displacement of the wire rod when the screw 20 is screwed into the locking hole 12.
During the use of the fixing device, it is sometimes necessary to loosen the screw 20 and move the pressing member 30 out of the locking hole 12 at least partially to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the wires. The fixing device of the embodiment may further include a driving member, the driving member may be disposed on the pressing member 30 or the screw 20, and when the screw 20 is removed from the locking hole 12, the screw 20 drives the pressing member 30 to move along the removing direction through the driving member.
When the driver is arranged on the pressing piece 30, the driver has a first protruding portion protruding out of the side surface of the pressing piece 30 facing the screw 20, and the screw 20 is provided with a first recessed portion for accommodating the first protruding portion of the driver, as a preferable mode, the first recessed portion is an annular groove arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the screw 20, and the first protruding portion and the first recessed portion are in clearance fit; when the driver is disposed on the screw 20, the driver has a second protruding portion protruding from a side surface of the screw 20 facing the pressing member 30, and the pressing member 30 is disposed with a second recessed portion for accommodating the second protruding portion of the driver, as a preferable mode, the second recessed portion is an annular groove disposed on an inner circumferential surface of the pressing member 30, and the second protruding portion and the second recessed portion are in clearance fit.
In this example, referring to fig. 4 and 9, the driving member is a stopper pin 41, a front end of the stopper pin 41 protrudes from an inner peripheral surface of the pressing member 30 and is received in the annular groove of the screw 20 with a clearance, and a rear end of the stopper pin 41 is fixed in the pin hole 33 of the pressing member 30. The front end of the stopper pin 41 may be a spherical head or a hemispherical head, and the rear end of the stopper pin 41 may be a flat surface. When the pressing member 30 needs to be moved out of the lock hole 12 by at least a part, the screw 20 is screwed out reversely, because the front end of the limit pin 41 protrudes out of the inner peripheral surface of the pressing member 30, the rear end of the limit pin 41 is fixed in the pin hole 33 of the pressing member 30, and under the action of the limit pin 41, the screw 20 drives the pressing member 30 to move out of the lock hole 12; when the wire rod needs to be pressed, the screw 20 is screwed into the lock hole 12, the screw 20 drives the pressing piece 30 to be accommodated in the lock hole 12 under the action of the limiting pin 41, and due to the clearance fit between the front end of the limiting pin 41 and the annular groove of the screw 20 and the action of the first limiting part 13 and the second limiting part 34, the screwing-in of the screw 20 cannot drive the pressing piece 30 to rotate, so that the wire rod can be pressed through the pressing piece 30, and the pressing piece 30 is prevented from rotating along with the screw 20 and moving and misplacing of the wire rod.
One assembling mode of the fixing device of the embodiment is that the pressing piece 30 is sleeved on the screw 20, and then the limit pin 41 is installed in the pin hole 33 of the pressing piece 30, at this time, the pressing piece 30 can rotate around the screw 20; then, assembling the screw 20 with the pressing piece 30 on the fixing block 10, and under the action of the first limiting part 13 and the second limiting part 34, only moving the pressing piece 30 in the moving-in direction to contact with the wire until the wire is pressed; on the contrary, when the reverse-screwing-out screw 20 unlocks the wire, the pressing member 30 only moves in the moving-out direction under the action of the first and second limiting portions 13 and 34 until the wire is loosened.
In some embodiments, the pin hole 33 penetrates through the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface of the pressing member 30, and the rear end of the stopper pin 41 is flush with the outer circumferential surface of the pressing member 30 or is retracted into the pin hole 33 of the pressing member 30, so that when the pressing member 30 enters or moves out of the lock hole 12, the stopper pin 41 with the above structure can prevent the rear end of the stopper pin 41 from abutting against the fixed block 10, and preventing the pressing member 30 from entering or moving out. Referring to fig. 3, the fixing block 10 is provided with a mounting hole 14 corresponding to the pin hole 33 of the pressing member 30, and the fixing device of the embodiment is assembled by first placing the pressing member 30 in the lock hole 12, then screwing the screw 20, then installing the limit pin 41 in the pin hole 33 of the pressing member 30 through the mounting hole 14, and finally welding or bonding the rear end of the limit pin 41 in the pin hole 33 of the pressing member 30 through the mounting hole 14 by welding or bonding. The installation of the limit pin 41 is facilitated by the installation of the installation hole 14 on the fixing block 10.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 12 to 14, the locking hole 12 penetrates through both upper and lower surfaces of the fixed block 10, when the screw 20 is locked to the fixed block 10, a lower end of the screw 20 enters from an upper end of the locking hole 12 and extends out from the lower end, and a lower end of the screw 20 is provided with a third stopper portion 21 that blocks the lower end of the screw 20 from being retracted into the locking hole 12 when the screw 20 is removed from the locking hole 12. Because the size of the fixing device is small, the installation and operation are inconvenient, the fixing device is difficult to reassemble after being completely disassembled, if the screw 20 is partially screwed out but is not completely separated from the lock hole 12, the screw 20 is installed again after the wire is installed in place, the operation difficulty is obviously reduced, and the operation time is shortened. In this embodiment, the third limiting portion 21 is disposed at the lower end of the screw 20, when the screw 20 is reversely screwed out, the third limiting portion 21 can stop the screw 20 from being screwed out of the lock hole 12, so as to limit the upward movement operation of the screw 20 by an operator, prevent the screw 20 from being separated from the fixed block 10 and causing the screw to fall off, prevent the second limiting portion 34 of the pressing member 30 from being separated from the first limiting portion 13 of the fixed block 10 and causing the pressing member 30 to rotate, and prevent the sealing member 50 from being separated from the side wall of the fixed block 10 and causing sealing failure, meanwhile, because the lower end of the screw 20 extends out from the lower end of the lock hole 12, when the screw 20 is reversely screwed out, the screw 20 has a certain free stroke, and can release the pressing force on the pressing member 30, thereby facilitating the assembly and disassembly of wires, and significantly reducing the operation difficulty and shortening the.
The third stopper portion 21 may be a protrusion protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the screw 20 adjacent to the lower end, and the third stopper portion 21 may be formed at the lower end of the screw 20 in any one of the following manners: referring to fig. 13, a through hole is formed at the lower end of the screw 20, and a stopper pin is inserted through the through hole to form a third stopper portion 21; coating an adhesive on the threads on the outer peripheral surface of the screw 20 adjacent to the lower end, wherein the adhesive blocks the threads after fixation, so that the screw 20 is not matched with the lock hole 12 of the fixed block 10; referring to fig. 14, the lower end of the screw 20 is flattened by means of clinching to form a protrusion, and the protrusion on the lower end of the screw 20 in fig. 14 is formed by means of a clinching apparatus after the screw 20 is assembled to the fixing block 10; one or more welding spots are provided on the screw thread on the outer circumferential surface of the screw 20 adjacent to the lower end, for example, by laser welding, to break the screw thread, resulting in the screw 20 not being engaged with the locking hole 12 of the fixed block 10.
Referring to fig. 4 and 9, in some embodiments, the screw 20 further includes a nut 22, the nut 22 is disposed at an end of the screw 20 adjacent to the non-threaded region, the fixing device further includes a sealing member 50, the sealing member 50 can seal a rubber ring, the cross section of the sealing member 50 can be circular or irregular, the sealing member 50 and the pressing member 30 are sleeved on the non-threaded region of the screw 20, the sealing member 50 is located between the nut 22 of the screw 20 and the pressing member 30 and between the screw 20 and the fixing block 10, the screw 20 is screwed in and applies pressure to the sealing member 50, and the sealing member 50 seals the edge gap of the lock hole 12. In the present embodiment, the upper end of the pressing member 30 is provided with a stepped surface for placing the seal 50. Because the fixing device is easy to contact body fluid after being implanted into a human body, the body fluid can be prevented from entering the fixing device by arranging the sealing element 50, the metal piece in the fixing device is prevented from rusting or the silica gel piece is prevented from aging, and in addition, if an electric conductor exists in the fixing device, the body fluid is easy to cause short circuit after entering, so that the sealing element 50 is arranged to avoid short circuit, and the safety and the reliability of the fixing device are improved.
In some embodiments, the plurality of wire holes 11 are formed in the fixed block 10, the pressing member 30 is an electric conductor, the pressing member 30 may be made of metal or alloy, and by forming the fixed block 10 as an electric conductor, conduction of the wires in the plurality of wire holes 11 may be achieved. In other embodiments, the wires in the plurality of wire holes 11 are insulated from each other as needed, and the fixing block 10 may be a non-conductive body, such as a plastic or silicon rubber member.
In some embodiments, the material of each component of the fixing device is any one of the following materials: plastic, silica gel, metal. Each part of the fixing device can be manufactured in the modes of 3D printing, numerical control processing, stamping, injection molding and the like.
