The terms of orientation such as up, down, left, right, front, rear, front, back, top, bottom, etc. mentioned or possible in this specification are defined with respect to the configurations shown in the drawings, and the terms "inner" and "outer" refer to the relative concepts of the terms toward or away from the geometric center of a particular component, respectively, and thus may be changed accordingly depending on the location and use state of the component. These and other directional terms should not be construed as limiting terms.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a leisure chair comprises two spaced-apart and front-rear extending frame plates 1, a back 2, and a seat 3 provided between the two frame plates 1, the two frame plates 1 being spaced apart from each other and extending in a front-rear direction, wherein the front-rear direction is a front direction with respect to the orientation of the back 2, and the front surface of the back 2 is a rear direction. The frame plate 1 is of a flat plate-shaped structure, and the upper edge and the lower edge of the frame plate are arc lines with a certain amplitude, so that the front end and the rear end of the frame plate 1 are slightly inclined upwards, the upward inclined length of the rear end of the frame plate 1 is larger, and two bracket structures 11 which are obviously higher than the chair seat 3 are formed. The chair back rotating shaft 4 is connected between the rear ends of the two frame plates 1, namely the two bracket structures 11, and two ends of the chair back rotating shaft 4 respectively penetrate through the corresponding bracket structures 11. The chair back 2 is fixed on the chair back rotating shaft 4, and the chair back 2 can be driven to turn backwards or forwards by rotating the chair back rotating shaft 4 around the axis of the chair back rotating shaft.
A swing rod rotating shaft 52 which penetrates the two frame plates 1 and can rotate around the axis of the swing rod rotating shaft is connected between the two frame plates 1, and the swing rod rotating shaft 52 is connected to the position of the frame plate 1, which is positioned at the rear part of the middle part of the frame plate 1. A swing rod 51 is arranged between the two frame plates 1 and near one of the frame plates 1, the swing rod 51 can swing up and down, one end of the swing rod 51 is fixedly connected to a swing rod rotating shaft 52, an adjusting groove 1-A is formed in the frame plate 1 near the swing rod 51, the adjusting groove 1-A is a through groove which penetrates through the frame plate 1 left and right and is arc-shaped, and the connecting point of the swing rod rotating shaft 52 at the frame plate 1 is used as a circle center. The swing rod 51 is connected with a baffle rod 53 penetrating through the adjusting groove 1-A, and the baffle rod 53 can be manually pushed to drive the swing rod 51 to drive the chair back rotating shaft 4 to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise.
The end parts of the swing rod rotating shaft 52 and the chair back rotating shaft 4 are respectively provided with a first combined adjusting structure and a first combined matching structure, the swing rod rotating shaft 52 and the chair seat 3 are respectively provided with a second combined adjusting structure and a second combined matching structure, when the baffle rod 53 is positioned in the middle of the adjusting groove 1-A, the first adjusting structure and the first combined structure, the second adjusting structure and the second combined structure are all in a combined state, namely the chair back 2 cannot be turned back and forth, the chair seat 3 cannot be moved back and forth, when the baffle rod 53 is pushed to one end of the adjusting groove 1-A, the first adjusting structure and the second combined structure are separated, at the moment, the second adjusting structure and the second combined structure are still in a combined state, at the moment, the chair back 2 can be turned back and forth, and the chair seat 3 cannot be moved back and forth; when the lever 53 is pushed to the other end of the adjusting slot 1-a, the second adjusting structure is separated from the second engaging structure, and the first adjusting structure and the first engaging structure are still in a combined state, so that the seat 3 can move back and forth and the back 2 cannot turn back and forth. The positions of the adjusting groove 1-A and the baffle 53 are arranged in the middle of the frame plate 1 or slightly in front of the middle of the frame plate 1, so that the baffle 53 can be touched by the user without searching for the position under the condition of no vision and the arm naturally sags. In addition, elastic structures such as torsion springs and the like can be arranged between the chair back rotating shaft 4 and the frame plate 1, so that the chair back 2 can automatically reset.
Firstly, the leisure chair of the application, on the basis that the chair back 2 can be turned back and forth to adjust, the chair seat 3 can also be moved back and forth to adjust, so that the adjustable amplitude of the leisure chair is improved, more adjusting options are given to users, for example, no matter how the chair back 2 is adjusted, the users can properly move back and forth to adjust no matter sitting or leaning back, and the thigh parts of users with different statures are all supported by the chair seat 3. Secondly, the chair back 2 and the chair are taken as two relatively independent components of the leisure chair, and the baffle rod 53 is pushed in a clockwise and anticlockwise mode, so that the chair back 2 can be respectively adjusted in a forward and backward overturning mode, and the chair seat 3 can be respectively adjusted in a forward and backward moving mode, and the operation is very convenient. It should be noted that the two adjustments are continuously performed in operation, and the two adjustments are in seamless connection, for example, if the user wants to adjust from sitting to recline to lie half or to lie flat, the user can push the bar 53 in a forward direction, so that the first adjustment structure and the first mating structure separate the seat back 2 and turn over, then the user leans back against the seat back 2 to drive the seat back 2 to turn over, the user does not need to change the posture after leaning back to the extent of the desired adjustment, pushes the bar 53 reversely, during this pushing process, the first adjustment structure is combined with the first mating structure to make the seat back 2 non-reversible, then the second adjustment structure and the second mating structure separate the seat 3 to move, at this time, in the case that the back is supported by the seat back 2, the user only needs to move the buttocks and the thighs forward and backward, so that the seat back 3 can be moved forward and backward, in most cases, in order to obtain a more comfortable sitting or lying posture, the adjustment of the seat back 3 is moved forward, and the bar 53 is pushed reversely, so that the second adjustment structure and the second adjustment structure is not combined. Similarly, the seat 3 can be adjusted first, and then the back 2 can be adjusted.
The first matching structure comprises a first adjusting gear 62, the first adjusting structure comprises a first adjusting rod 61, the first adjusting gear 62 is fixedly sleeved at the end part of the chair back rotating shaft 4 penetrating out of the bracket structure 11, and a certain gap is required to be reserved between the first adjusting gear 62 and the bracket structure 11 so as to avoid collision interference; one end of the first adjusting rod 61 is connected to the end of the swing rod rotating shaft 52 penetrating through the frame plate 1, the other end of the first adjusting rod 61 can extend into the space between adjacent gear teeth of the first adjusting gear 62, and therefore the first adjusting gear 62 can be prevented from rotating to achieve combination of the first adjusting structure and the first matching structure, in order to avoid small-amplitude rotation of the first adjusting gear 62, the first adjusting rod 61 extends into the space between adjacent gear teeth of the first adjusting gear 62 in the radial direction deviating from the first adjusting gear 62, and when the gear lever 53 is pushed to enable the swing rod rotating shaft 52 to rotate, the first adjusting rod 61 can be pulled out from the first adjusting gear 62, so that rotation of the first adjusting gear 62 is not interfered any more, and therefore the seat back 2 can be overturned.
The connection relationship between the first adjusting rod 61 and the swing rod rotating shaft 52 can be rigid connection or movable connection, if the connection is rigid connection, when the gear lever 53 is pushed to enable the first adjusting rod 61 to be pulled out from adjacent gear teeth of the first adjusting gear 62, the first adjusting rod 61 and the first adjusting gear 62 generate larger friction, so that not only is the loss increased, the service life reduced, but also the phenomenon that the first adjusting rod 61 is blocked easily occurs, the stress load at the connection position of the first adjusting rod 61 and the swing rod rotating shaft 52 also becomes very large, and the situation that the local structure is damaged or bending deformation easily occurs, so that the movable connection is preferably adopted between the first adjusting rod 61 and the swing rod rotating shaft 52.
A first positioning column 63 is provided at a position of the shaft end surface of the swing link rotary shaft 52, which is deviated from the center point thereof, and the first positioning column 63 is parallel to the axial direction of the swing link rotary shaft 52. As for the relation between the first positioning column 63 and the swing rod rotating shaft 52, a cover body can be fixed at the end part of the swing rod rotating shaft 52, and the first positioning column 63 and the cover body are in an integral structure; the root of the first positioning column 63 may be set to be a threaded structure, a threaded blind hole is formed in the shaft end surface of the swing rod shaft 52 at a position where the first positioning column 63 is connected, and the first positioning column 63 is fixed on the shaft end surface of the swing rod shaft 52 in a threaded fit manner. One end of the first adjusting rod 61 is provided with a collar structure 61-H, and the collar structure 61-H is sleeved on the first positioning column 63 in a sliding manner. The frame plate 1 is provided with a first barrier 12 formed by protruding along the outer surface of the swing rod rotating shaft 52 and the first adjusting gear 62, the first barrier 12 is provided with an opening 12-A allowing the first adjusting rod 61 to pass through, the width of the opening 12-A is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the first adjusting rod 61, the first barrier 12 can play a limiting role when the swing rod rotating shaft 52 drives the first adjusting rod 61 to eccentrically rotate so as to prevent the first adjusting rod 61 from naturally sliding under the action of gravity, and can play a role of supporting the first adjusting rod 61 after extending into adjacent gear teeth of the first adjusting gear 62.
When the gear lever 53 is located in the middle of the adjusting slot 1-a, the first adjusting structure and the first matching structure, the second adjusting structure and the second matching structure are all combined with each other, that is, the first adjusting lever 61 is located between adjacent gear teeth of the first adjusting gear 62, when the gear lever 53 is pushed to separate the second adjusting structure and the second matching structure, the first adjusting lever 61 continues to extend between adjacent gear teeth of the first adjusting gear 62, so if the first adjusting lever 61 is of a rigid structure, a certain margin needs to be reserved for the full height (i.e. the radial length of the gear teeth) and the pitch (the distance between adjacent gear teeth) of the gear teeth of the first adjusting gear, so that the first adjusting lever 61 can continue to extend, but the structural strength of the gear teeth correspondingly worsens due to the increase of the full height and the pitch, the acting force distance of the first adjusting lever 61 from the adjacent two gear teeth also increases, so that the situation that the structures such as breakage and deformation occur more easily occurs due to the first adjusting lever 61 and the first adjusting gear 62 is shortened in service life. In addition, during pushing the gear lever 53, the first adjusting lever 61 continues to extend, and the relative movement of the first adjusting gear 62 in the friction state generates higher damping, so that it is more laborious to push the gear lever 53.
