Detailed Description
The invention provides a lotus seed coring machine, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the lotus seed coring machine comprises:
a frame 20 for providing a fixed support location;
a transfer device 20 disposed on the frame 20; the conveying device 20 is used for conveying lotus seeds;
a feed hopper 40 provided on the conveyor 20;
a clamp 30 disposed on the conveyor 20 at an end remote from the feed hopper 40;
the coring mechanism 10 is arranged on one end of the clamp 30 on the rack 20 and is arranged corresponding to the clamp 30; coring mechanism 10 is including setting up driving motor 11 in frame 20, setting are in cam 12 on driving motor 11's the output shaft, one end with cam 12 swing joint's movable block 14, setting are in on the movable block 14 and with the iron ball 13 of cam 12 outer circumference butt, setting are in coring cutter 16 and one end of the movable block 14 other end with frame 20 is connected the other end with the reset spring that the movable block 14 is connected. In this embodiment, the driving motor 11 of the coring mechanism 10 rotates, the cam 12 rotates synchronously, the cam 12 pushes the iron core on the movable block 14 to further push the movable block 14, the clamp 30 fixes the lotus seed, and the coring cutter 16 performs coring on the lotus seed. The movable block 14 is reset by providing a reset spring.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a sliding block fixedly connected to the movable block 14 is disposed below the movable block 14, and a track adapted to the sliding block is correspondingly disposed on the frame 20. The continuity of the movable block 14 for driving the coring cutter 16 to core is ensured.

Further, the distance between the adjacent guide pieces 22 is adjustable and is matched with the diameter of the lotus seed. In the invention, an adjusting device is arranged above the guide pieces 22, the adjusting device comprises a fixed block and a bolt, and the adjustment of the distance between the adjacent guide pieces 22 is realized by adjusting the length of the bolt.

2. A lotus seed coring machine as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a lotus seed core collection box and a lotus seed collection box disposed below the coring mechanism.
3. The lotus seed core remover according to claim 1, wherein a sliding block fixedly connected with the movable block is arranged below the movable block, and a track matched with the sliding block is correspondingly arranged on the rack.

A lotus seed coring machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein one side of the movable block close to the coring cutter is hollow, a guide groove is arranged at the lower end of the movable block, one end of the guide groove is communicated with the inside of the movable block, and the other end of the guide groove is communicated with a lotus seed kernel collecting box.

6. The lotus seed coring machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conveying device comprises a driving pulley, a driven pulley and a conveying belt sleeved on the driving pulley and the driven pulley; the conveyer belt is provided with a plurality of guide pieces.
7. A lotus seed coring machine as claimed in claim 6 wherein the spacing between adjacent guide plates is adjustable and adapted to the diameter of the lotus seed.
8. Lotus seed coring machine according to claim 7, characterized in that said guiding blades are arranged parallel to the conveying direction of said conveyor belt.
9. The lotus seed coring machine as recited in claim 1, wherein the clamp comprises a left clamp and a right clamp block disposed on the conveying device; the left clamping block and the right clamping block vertically move along the conveying direction of the conveying device to position and clamp the lotus seeds; and a pressure sensing device is arranged on the side surface of the left clamping block opposite to the right clamping block.
