By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the automatic detection and control of the content of the uploaded multimedia information can be realized, and illegal multimedia content is prevented from being transmitted and scattered in the network.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a content management and control method for multimedia information, including five basic sub-tasks: the method comprises the steps of multimedia content uploading, multimedia content detection, multimedia content control, control model training and training model issuing.
