Abstract
本发明属于电极材料的制备领域,具体涉及一种导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料的制备方法和应用。所述方法为:称取一定量的CNTs置于样品瓶内,加入去离子水,超声6 h形成均匀的CNTs分散液。将有机配体溶解到CNTs分散液中,超声30 min,使其完溶解,然后转移至圆底烧瓶中。将过渡金属盐溶解到去离子水中,加入氨水,混合均匀后转移至恒压分液漏斗中。最后将过渡金属盐溶液滴加到含有有机配体的CNTs分散液中,边滴加边搅拌,滴加完毕后,油浴升温至65℃反应1.708 h,反应结束后,减压抽滤、洗涤、干燥,得到导电MOF/CNTs复合电极材料。所述导电MOF/CNTs复合电极材料具有自支撑多孔结构,导电性良好。本发明所述制备方法条件温和、操作简单,并能有效阻止CNTs和导电MOFs晶体的团聚。

技术领域
本发明属于电极材料的制备领域,具体涉及一种导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料的制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着人们对各种便携式电子设备、自动电动汽车、卷起式显示器等新一代电子产品的要求越来越高,未来的储能设备要求高效率、低成本、高功率密度、高能量密度以及良好的机械柔性。超级电容器(SCs)作为最有前途的储能技术之一,由于其在功率密度、充/放电速率和循环稳定性方面的优异性能而引起了广泛的关注。然而,目前SCs的能量密度很难满足各种消费电子设备日益增长的能源需求。众所周知,SCs的能量密度E由总比电容(C)和器件的工作电压(V)决定。因此,要提高单体SCs的能量密度,需要在提高工作电压的同时,提高比电容。工作电压与电解质的分解电压有关,而影响比电容的关键因素是电极材料。因此,研究开发具有高能量密度、高功率密度、导电性良好、结构稳定的新型电极材料成为SCs的研究热点和急需解决的难题。
金属有机骨架化合物(MOFs)是具有可调谐结构和高表面积的多孔材料。由于在分子水平上设计的多功能性和丰富的微孔结构,有利于电解液的渗透和离子传输,可同时贡献双电层电容和赝电容。然而,绝大多数MOFs材料导电性能差,严重限制了内置氧化还原中心的有效利用,并且随着充放电过程的进行,由于较快的氧化还原反应产生的体积变化会引起MOFs结构的坍塌,严重影响其比电容及循环稳定性。要解决这一问题主要有两种方法:1)开发导电性能良好、结构稳定的MOFs材料;2)与高导电性的材料复合,如石墨烯、碳纳米管(CNTs)、导电聚合物等构筑3D网络结构。
最具挑战性和潜在回报的做法是合成具有良好导电性的MOFs材料。而导电MOFs材料的高电导率来源于材料的高电荷密度和高电荷迁移率。高电荷密度要求材料含有高浓度的松散束缚电荷载流子(金属离子);高电荷迁移率需要金属原子与有机配体形成扩展的π-共轭结构,在具有适当对称性的轨道之间有良好的空间和能量重叠。但是,扩展的π-共轭结构因π-π相互作用易堆叠导致电解质离子无法达到层间,大大影响了电荷存储和离子传输。
与具有高导电性的碳材料复合形成高效协同的二元复合材料也是提高MOFs基SCs性能的有效方法。碳纳米管(CNTs)是一种具有1D管状结构的碳材料,由于其结构中存在长程的离域大π键而具有优异的导电性。更重要的是,CNTs自身的微孔结构为离子的快速吸脱附提供了通道和活性位点。因此,将导电MOFs与CNTs复合构筑导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料,解决传统MOFs材料导电性差及循环稳定性差的问题,解决CNTs易团聚及比电容低等问题,为发展具有高能量密度、高功率密度和良好循环稳定性的SCs电极材料提供可靠途径。
发明内容
为了解决上诉问题,本发明提供了一种操作简单,易于调控的导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料的制备方法,该制备方法是在水中分散的CNTs上原位生长导电MOFs,同时改变CNTs分散液的浓度来控制导电MOFs在CNTs上的排布密度,使复合材料具有优异的导电性、高的比表面积和丰富的微孔结构。同时,提供了所述导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料在超级电容器中的应用,所述导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料表现出良好的性能。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)称取一定量的CNTs置于样品瓶内,加入去离子水,超声6 h形成均匀的CNTs分散液。
(2)将有机配体溶解到CNTs分散液中,超声30 min,使其完溶解,然后转移至圆底烧瓶中。
(3)将过渡金属盐溶解到去离子水中,加入氨水,混合均匀后转移至恒压分液漏斗中。
(4)将过渡金属盐溶液滴加到含有有机配体的CNTs分散液中,边滴加边搅拌,滴加完毕后,油浴升温至65 ℃,反应1.708 h,反应结束后,减压抽滤可得黑色粉末,然后将所得粉末分别用蒸馏水和无水乙醇洗涤多次,干燥12 h,得到导电MOF/CNTs复合电极材料。
步骤(1)中,所述的CNTs为单壁碳纳米管(SWCNTs),直径 < 2 nm,长度0.3 ~ 5 μm;所述CNTs分散液浓度为0.1 ~ 3 mg mL-1。
步骤(1)中,所述CNTs是经过混酸处理后的CNTs,混酸组成为:浓硫酸与硝酸体积比为3:1;CNTs在混酸中的浓度为2.5 mg mL-1;处理方式为:将混合溶液超声4 h,离心或抽滤,用去离子水洗至中性,干燥后可得酸化CNTs;酸化处理目的是,在CNTs有缺陷的地方开孔或截断CNTs,使CNTs内部微孔结构得以充分利用。
步骤(2)中,所述有机配体为2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11-六氨基三苯六盐酸盐(HITP),浓度为3.14 mmol L-1,分散液体积为20 mL。
步骤(3)中,所述过渡金属盐为六水合氯化镍,过渡金属盐溶液浓度为5.55 mmolL-1,溶液体积为20 mL,加入氨水1.2 mL。
步骤(4)中,两种溶液混合时的滴加速度控制在滴/1s ~ 滴/6s。
步骤(4)中,反应时间为1.708 h,该时间是由华罗庚优选法筛选出的最佳反应时间,在该反应时间下制备的导电MOFs性能最好。
步骤(4)中,干燥温度为80 ℃。
单体导电MOFs的制备方法同上,只是不加入CNTs。
将本发明制备的导电MOFs/CNTs复合材料用于超级电容器的电极材料,使用方法为:将导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料、导电剂、粘结剂按一定的质量比均匀混合后涂覆在集流体上,干燥后压制成膜。
所述导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料、导电剂、粘结剂的质量比为8:1:1;所述导电剂为炭黑;所述粘结剂为聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF);所述集流体为泡沫镍。
所述导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料在集流体上压制成膜,在80 ℃条件下干燥12h;压膜时所用压力为10 MPa。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)配体选择具有扩展π-共轭结构的有机配体,在具有适当对称性的轨道之间有良好的空间和能量重叠,确保材料的高电荷迁移率。
(2)在CNTs表面沉积导电MOFs纳米棒形成3D结构,导电MOFs纳米棒作为“间隔器”,避免了CNTs因π-π相互作用而团聚,同时CNTs也有助于防止MOF纳米棒的团聚,更重要的是CNTs的高导电性和中空的结构为离子扩散提供了通道,更有利于电荷存储。
(3)制备方法简单,采用自下而上组装法来完成MOFs在CNTs表面的自组装,通过改变过渡金属盐溶液滴入速度及CNTs分散液浓度实现复合材料的结构可调性,因此电极的可重现性强,电极结构稳定。

下面结合附图与具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行说明。
实施例1
准确称取2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11-六氨基三苯六盐酸盐(HITP)20 mg(0.0628mmol),加入20 mL去离子水,超声30 min使其完全溶解,然后将有机配体溶液转移至100 mL圆底烧瓶中。准确称取六水合氯化镍26.4 mg(0.111 mmol)于样品瓶中,加入20 mL去离子水使其完全溶解,再加入1.2 mL氨水,混合均匀后转移至25 mL恒压分液漏斗中,控制滴加速度为1滴/2s,边滴加边搅拌。滴加完毕后,油浴升温至65 ℃,反应1.708 h,离心过滤可得黑色粉末,然后将所得粉末分别用蒸馏水和无水乙醇洗涤多次,将产品放入干燥箱内干燥12 h,所得样品分别标记为:MOF。
实施例2
称取4 mg 酸化CNTs置于25 mL样品瓶中,加入20 mL去离子水,超声6 h形成均匀的CNTs分散液,分散液浓度依次为0.2 mg mL-1。准确称取2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11-六氨基三苯六盐酸盐(HITP)20 mg(0.0628 mmol),加入到CNTs分散液中超声30 min,使其完全溶解,然后将分散液转移至100 mL圆底烧瓶中。准确称取六水合氯化镍26.4 mg(0.111 mmol)于样品瓶中,加入20 mL去离子水使其完全溶解,再加入1.2 mL氨水,混合均匀后转移至25 mL恒压分液漏斗中,控制滴加速度为1滴/2s,边滴加边搅拌。滴加完毕后,油浴升温至65 ℃,反应1.708 h,离心过滤可得黑色粉末,然后将所得粉末分别用蒸馏水和无水乙醇洗涤多次,将产品放入干燥箱内干燥12 h,所得样品分别标记为:MOF/CNTs-0.2。
实施例3
称取10 mg 酸化CNTs置于25 mL样品瓶中,加入20 mL去离子水,超声6 h形成均匀的CNTs分散液,分散液浓度依次为0.5 mg mL-1。准确称取2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11-六氨基三苯六盐酸盐(HITP)20 mg(0.0628 mmol),加入到CNTs分散液中超声30 min,使其完全溶解,然后将分散液转移至100 mL圆底烧瓶中。准确称取六水合氯化镍26.4 mg(0.111 mmol)于样品瓶中,加入20 mL去离子水使其完全溶解,再加入1.2 mL氨水,混合均匀后转移至25 mL恒压分液漏斗中,控制滴加速度为1滴/2s,边滴加边搅拌。滴加完毕后,油浴升温至65 ℃,反应1.708 h,离心过滤可得黑色粉末,然后将所得粉末分别用蒸馏水和无水乙醇洗涤多次,将产品放入干燥箱内干燥12 h,所得样品分别标记为:MOF/CNT -0.5。
实施例4
称取20 mg 酸化CNTs置于25 mL样品瓶中,加入20 mL去离子水,超声6 h形成均匀的CNTs分散液,分散液浓度依次为1.0 mg mL-1。准确称取2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11-六氨基三苯六盐酸盐(HITP)20 mg(0.0628 mmol),加入到CNTs分散液中超声30 min,使其完全溶解,然后将分散液转移至100 mL圆底烧瓶中。准确称取六水合氯化镍26.4 mg(0.111 mmol)于样品瓶中,加入20 mL去离子水使其完全溶解,再加入1.2 mL氨水,混合均匀后转移至25 mL恒压分液漏斗中,控制滴加速度为1滴/2s,边滴加边搅拌。滴加完毕后,油浴升温至65 ℃,反应1.708 h,离心过滤可得黑色粉末,然后将所得粉末分别用蒸馏水和无水乙醇洗涤多次,将产品放入干燥箱内干燥12 h,所得样品分别标记为:MOF/CNT -1.0。
为了验证本发明的有益效果,发明人对实施案例3制备的导电MOF/CNT-0.5复合电极材料进行了测试:
(1)导电MOF/CNT-0.5复合电极材料的形貌表征
采用实施例3所制备的导电MOF/CNT-0.5复合电极材料进行扫描电子显微镜测试(图1),从MOF/CNT-0.5粉末的SEM图片可见,纳米管束上均匀生长的突起,说明导电MOFs成功完成了在CNTs表面的自组装,而在较细的管束上则很少能观测到颗粒物的存在,说明在曲率半径较小的管径上难以发生复合。
(2)导电MOFs及导电MOFs/CNTs-0.5复合电极材料的结构表征
对实施例1所制备的导电MOFs及实施例3所制备的导电MOF/CNT-0.5复合电极材料进行了77 K下N2吸脱附等温线测试,如图2 所示,导电MOF/CNT-0.5复合电极材料的平均孔径为1 nm,比表面积为753 m2 g−1,远高于导电MOFs自身的比表面积(589 m2 g−1)。
对实施例1所制备的导电MOFs及实施例3所制备的导电MOF/CNT-0.5复合电极材料进行了X射线衍射,如图3所示,导电MOFs在2θ = 4.7°、9.5°、12.6°、16.5°和27.3°处有明显的衍射峰,而在导电MOF/CNT-0.5复合电极材料中这些峰的位置及峰宽与导电MOFs材料相比没有明显变化,说明导电MOFs很好的复合在了CNTs上,而不仅仅是单纯的混合。
(3)导电MOF/CNT-0.5复合电极材料的电子电导率测试
对实施例3所制备的导电MOF/CNT-0.5复合电极材料进行了电导率测试,采用4探针测试仪测得该材料在常温下的电子电导率高达10 S cm-1。
(4)导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料的电化学性能测试
对实施例1所制备的导电MOFs及实施例2~4所制备的导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料进行了电化学性能测试,所有材料的未经充放电的交流阻抗图如图4所示,测试电压-0.2 V~ 0.4 V,频率为100 kHZ~ 10 mHZ。所有材料中,MOF/CNT-0.5电极中频区的半圆直径最小,代表其电荷转移阻抗R ct最小,说明该材料的导电性能最好,电极表面离子吸附/脱附过程快。由图可知,CNTs负载量最多的MOF/CNT-1.0材料的R ct并不是最小的,电荷转移阻抗R ct与CNTs的负载量并不成正比关系,可以侧面反映出电荷转移阻抗R ct的大小,与导电MOFs和CNTs自组装形成的复合材料的结构更加相关。综上所述,CNTs的加入使导电MOFs材料的电化学性能得到了有效提升。
实施例3所制备的导电MOF/CNT-0.5复合电极材料的循环稳定性测试结果如图5所示,在4 A g−1条件下经10000次充放电之后,导电MOF/CNT-0.5的容量保持率为83.5%,库仑效率都为100%。MOF/CNT-0.5材料较高的容量保持率,说明CNTs的加入对充放电过程中导电MOFs的结构起到了一定的支撑作用。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,本发明的保护范围不限于此。本技术领域的技术人员在本发明基础上所做的同等替代或变换,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (12)
1.导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取一定量的CNTs置于样品瓶内,加入去离子水,超声6 h形成均匀的CNTs分散液;
(2)将有机配体溶解到CNTs分散液中,超声30 min,使其完溶解,然后转移至圆底烧瓶中;
(3)将过渡金属盐溶解到去离子水中,加入氨水,混合均匀后转移至恒压分液漏斗中;
(4)将过渡金属盐溶液滴加到含有有机配体的CNTs分散液中,边滴加边搅拌,滴加完毕后,油浴升温至65 ℃,反应1.708 h,反应结束后,减压抽滤可得黑色粉末,然后将所得粉末分别用蒸馏水和无水乙醇洗涤多次,干燥12 h,得到导电MOF/CNTs复合电极材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述的CNTs为单壁碳纳米管(SWCNTs),直径 < 2 nm,长度0.3 ~ 5 μm;所述CNTs分散液浓度为0.1 ~ 3 mg mL-1。
3.如权利要求1所述的导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述CNTs分散液浓度为0.1 ~ 3 mg mL-1。
4.如权利要求1所述的导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述CNTs是经过混酸处理后的CNTs,混酸组成为:浓硫酸与硝酸体积比为3:1;CNTs在混酸中的浓度为2.5 mg mL-1;处理方式为:将混合溶液超声4 h,离心或抽滤,用去离子水洗至中性,干燥后可得酸化CNTs。
5.如权利要求1所述的导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述有机配体为2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11-六氨基三苯六盐酸盐(HITP),浓度为3.14 mmolL-1,分散液体积为20 mL。
6.如权利要求1所述的导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述过渡金属盐为六水合氯化镍,过渡金属盐溶液浓度为5.55 mmol L-1,溶液体积为20mL,加入氨水1.2 mL。
7.如权利要求1所述的导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,两种溶液混合时的滴加速度控制在滴/1s ~ 滴/6s。
8.如权利要求1所述的导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,反应时间为1.708 h,该时间是由华罗庚优选法筛选出的最佳反应时间,在该反应时间下制备的导电MOFs性能最好。
9.如权利要求1所述的导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,干燥温度为80 ℃。
10.将权利要求1 ~ 9任一项所述制备方法制得的导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料用于超级电容器电极的用途。
11.如权利要求10所述的用途,其特征在于,所述导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料、导电剂、粘结剂的质量比为8:1:1;所述导电剂为炭黑;所述粘结剂为聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF);所述集流体为泡沫镍。
12.如权利要求10所述的用途,其特征在于,所述导电MOFs/CNTs复合电极材料在集流体上压制成膜,在80 ℃条件下干燥12 h;压膜时所用压力为10 MPa。
