FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a method of shelving inventory items according to a second embodiment of the invention; as shown in fig. 2, the method for shelving inventory items provided by the present invention mainly comprises:
step S201, scanning an article bar code of a target article, and acquiring document information corresponding to the target article, wherein the document information comprises a current document state and article information, the current document state is to-be-placed, to-be-placed and to-be-placed, and the article information indicates a placing-placing list number of the target article.
The article bar code is a bar code which is adhered to each inventory article and is used for displaying bill information corresponding to the article, and the bar code can be a bar code or a two-dimensional code. Since an article can go up and/or down many times, the barcode can be queried for information on many times, but only the latest information on or off the shelf (i.e. the current document status) is the document information that the operator needs to work on.
Step S202, a display page of the inventory item system is obtained, and the page type is determined according to the display page, wherein the inventory item system automatically generates a corresponding display page according to the receipt information.
After an operator places the PC at a fixed position, the operator enters the stock area to scan the backup bar codes, does not need to scan a backup, returns to the PC end to judge whether the PC is on-shelf or off-shelf, and simultaneously opens the corresponding on-shelf page or off-shelf page. Through the arrangement, human resources are saved, subjective judgment of operators is reduced, and the accuracy of putting articles on and off the shelf is improved. According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, a large display screen can be connected with the PC terminal, corresponding page information is projected into the large display screen, and personnel do not need to walk to the PC to check the corresponding information, so that the corresponding page information can be further acquired by the operating personnel.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the step of automatically generating the corresponding display page by the inventory item system according to the receipt information comprises the following steps: and the inventory item system calls the receipt information interface to obtain the receipt information of the target item, and automatically generates a corresponding display page according to the receipt information.
And the inventory item system automatically calls a receipt information interface and inquires data of which the latest operation state of all commodities in the receipt corresponding to the target item is an unprocessed state.
If the current document state indicated in the document information is an ex-warehouse document (namely to be put down), the inventory item system automatically opens a function page of putting down, document information corresponding to the target backup is obtained by calling a document information interface, the document information indicates detailed information of the current item bar code, and the detailed information of accessories including item brands, item types, item quantity and names, item pictures, item accessory quantity and names and the like is highlighted. The page header also indicates the document number, the number of documents not being put on shelf, and the like, as shown in fig. 3a (not shown in the red font).
If the current document state indicated in the document information is a warehousing document (namely to be put on shelf), the inventory article system automatically opens a functional page for putting on shelf, and acquires document information corresponding to the target backup by calling a document information interface, wherein the document information indicates detailed information of the current article bar code, including detailed information of accessories such as article brands, article types, article quantity and names, article pictures, and article accessory quantity and names, and the information is highlighted. The page header also indicates the document number, the number of documents not on shelf, and the like, as shown in fig. 3b (not shown in the red font).
When the inventory item system inquires that the latest operation state of all commodities in the receipt corresponding to the target item is not data in an unprocessed state, the latest operation state of the current item is displayed through a page, that the current item is finished being put on or taken off the shelf by an operator xx at an operation time xx and is in an xx link at present, and other items are required to be scanned, and meanwhile, the contents can be played through voice. The operation time and the operator are obtained by the inventory item system through calling a document information interface. And determining the current link (processed item or unprocessed item) of the target item according to the current document state. According to a specific implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, the page information is highlighted by bolding in red and the maximum font that the page can carry, as shown in fig. 3c (the red font is not shown in the figure).
According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, the article information is acquired by the inventory article system through the document information inquiry interface, and the acquired article information comprises the following steps: accessory information such as brand, category, name and number of the article, name and number of the accessory, and an article code. And then calling an article picture interface through the article code to acquire a corresponding article picture. Acquiring the attachment information in the page display: the accessory information of the article is displayed by using a separator, the character is divided into an array by using a separator dividing algorithm, and the length of the array is taken as the total number of the accessories of the article.
Step S203, determine whether the page type is a top page or a bottom page. If yes, executing step S204; if not, go to step S206.
Step S204, scanning the storage position bar code corresponding to the target article, and checking whether the information corresponding to the storage position bar code is consistent with the receipt information. If not, go to step S205; if yes, go to step S206.
For the goods on shelf, the current document state is updated to be the goods on shelf, the physical position of the goods to be stored is recorded by scanning the storage position, and the information of the stored target backup is recorded in the information in the storage position bar code, so that the goods can be quickly found when the goods are searched for in the following process. For the article which is off-shelf, the current document state is updated to be off-shelf, and the current storage position is recorded to be empty in the information in the storage position bar code by scanning the corresponding storage position, so that the subsequent further utilization of the storage position is facilitated.
For the same putting-on list or putting-off list, multiple articles may be corresponded, and the process of information checking needs to ensure that all the articles in the whole putting-on list or putting-off list complete corresponding putting-on and putting-off operations.
In step S205, exception processing is performed and registration is performed in the difference table.
The reason for the inconsistency of the information is caused by the irregular operation of the operator, and the operator for the same bill (each listing or leaving may correspond to a plurality of commodities) may be operated by a plurality of persons at the same time. When other people scan goods, the system records that the goods are taken off the shelf, and the information is inconsistent because the system forgets to take the goods off the shelf.
For the case of inconsistent information, the inventory item system automatically generates a difference processing list, and the reason for the difference indicates that, according to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the difference processing list may further record: the system comprises an article name, an article bar code, an article code, a shelf storage number corresponding to the article, an operator, operation time and the like.
After the indication that the information is inconsistent is obtained, the operator can manually perform corresponding processing, and if the articles are lost, the defect of the plate is registered. If there are more items, a filling is registered. And if the real object does not conform to the real object, adjusting the real object condition of the object, and the like.
Step S206, the highlighted page information is obtained, and/or the page display information of the voice playing is obtained. After the execution is completed, the process goes to step S207.
If the page type is not the top page or the bottom page, the inventory item system obtains the abnormal information of the target backup through the current document state, and displays the page, as shown in fig. 3d (not shown in the red font figure).
If the current document state is that the document is placed (that is, all the articles in the placing list corresponding to the scanned target article are placed), the page is highlighted: "the list on which the backup is located has been put on shelf by the operator xx at the operation time xx, and the above contents can be played by voice at the same time. And the operation time xx and the operator xx are automatically obtained from an operation information interface of the document by the system. Meanwhile, the page red and the bold font give the line operator with the maximum font prompt information which can be borne by the page. The presentation information is shown in fig. 3e below (red font not shown in the figure).
If the current document state is that the document is placed (that is, all the articles in the placing list corresponding to the scanned target article are placed), the page is highlighted: the list of the backup is placed on the shelf and the operation time xx of all backups is finished by the operator xx, and the contents can be played through voice at the same time, wherein the operation time xx and the operator xx are automatically acquired by the inventory system through a document information interface. According to a specific mode of the embodiment of the present invention, the font red in the page is bolded to the maximum font that the page can bear, so that the operator can know that the display information is shown in fig. 3f (the red font is not shown in the figure).
Step S207, determining whether all the articles are scanned. If yes, go to step S208; if not, the process goes to step S201.
If not, the scan continues for other backups. If the registered quantity of the system is not enough after all backups are scanned, the inventory item system generates a difference table and performs corresponding registration.
And step S208, ending. And displaying the 'putting on shelf or putting off shelf completion' on the page, and simultaneously playing the voice.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the receipt information corresponding to the target object is obtained by scanning the object bar code of the target object, wherein the receipt information comprises the current receipt state and the object information, the current receipt state is to-be-put on, to-be-put off, put on and put off, and the object information indicates the number of the put-on and put-off single numbers of the target object; acquiring a display page of the inventory item system, and determining the page type according to the display page, wherein the inventory item system generates a corresponding display page according to the receipt information; the technical means is that under the condition that the page type is an upper page or a lower page, a storage position bar code corresponding to the target goods is scanned, whether information corresponding to the storage position bar code is consistent with article information or not is checked, and under the condition that the information is consistent, the operation of current document state indication is executed, and the information in the current document state and the storage position bar code is updated, so that the upper and lower operation of the inventory articles is completed.
