本发明涉及牛皮纸生产技术领域,具体涉及一种分层牛皮纸的制造方法。
背景技术
牛皮纸是普通纸的更新换代产品,广泛应用于淋膜包装、医用包装、档案袋、信封、瓜子袋、手拎袋等领域。牛皮纸柔韧结实,耐破度高,能承受较大拉力和压力不破裂,市场需求呈快速增长之势。
牛皮纸上涂覆有一层防油防水的材料,现有工艺主要是通过淋膜完成防油防水材料的涂覆,淋膜纸的制备工艺包括:原纸选择,淋膜原料选择,淋膜原料混合熔融,淋膜机淋膜,液压冷却成型。这种淋膜工艺不仅流程繁琐,成本高,而且由于淋膜材料是塑料不可降解,不易实现可再生制浆。因此,如何生产一种成本低且易降解的牛皮纸是本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种分层牛皮纸的制造方法,简化工艺流程,降低了生产成本,其生产出的牛皮纸易降解可再生制浆,节约资源。
一种分层牛皮纸的制造方法,包括选取原料、制浆、除砂净化、上网成型、压榨、前干燥、喷涂以及后干燥步骤,其特征在于,
选取的原料包括45%~50%针叶材、25%~30%的竹子以及20%~25%的樟木;
所述喷涂工艺步骤中使用喷雾方法向纸面喷涂防水防油液,每吨纸喷涂20~40kg所述防水防油液。
上述的分层牛皮纸的制造方法,优选地,所述防水防油液包括95~105重量份的Emulsion269以及3~5重量份的Cata 2812。
上述的分层牛皮纸的制造方法,优选地,所述制浆步骤依次包括蒸煮操作、打浆操作以及配浆操作:
所述蒸煮操作具体为:将原料采用硫酸盐法间歇蒸煮;

本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的分层牛皮纸的制造方法,采用45%~50%针叶材、25%~30%的竹子以及20%~25%的樟木为原材料,该材料改变了以前生产类似产品必须使用全长纤的工艺,并掺配了一定比例的竹子和提炼精油的樟木,降低了原料成本,拓宽了造纸纤维原料来源,节约了有限的松木资源。以该材料制作出的成品匀度好,纤维分布均匀、质地紧密、紧度高,液体难以渗透,同时原料环保易降解。本发明采用喷雾的方法来喷涂防水防油层,替代了现有技术中的淋膜工艺,操作简单,成本低,生产出的牛皮纸在加工制作胶带时易与胶粘层分离,且易降解,可实现可再生制浆,环保、节约资源。

本发明中,打浆时通过添加打浆酶的预处理作用促使纤维表面松弛,提高纤维吸水润胀程度,进而改善和加快后续机械打浆过程纸浆纤维的细纤维化程度,优化纸浆纤维的打浆性能,最终达到降低打浆能耗和优化纸浆纤维形态的目的,有利于改善打浆度和提高纸张强度。采用3台锥磨串联打浆方式,可以保证成纸的匀度和物理强度,实行先轻后重即先疏解后切断的打浆方法,磨片齿型选用V齿型,便于浆料的疏解,减少纤维切断,有利于保留纤维的长度和强度,节约打浆能耗。
配浆时添加改性阳离子木薯淀粉,可以促进细小纤维留着和提高纸页强度。按15~20kg/t纸添加改PAC,调节***的PH在4.5~6.0可以确保成纸的吸水值≤20mm/10min。
本发明实施例提供的分层牛皮纸的制造方法,上述的除砂净化步骤包括操作:每吨绝干纸浆添加15~20kg阳离子松香胶,提高纸的吸水值。
本发明实施例提供的分层牛皮纸的制造方法,上网成型步骤中,每吨绝干纸浆加入0.5~1.0kg消泡剂、0.5~0.8kg毛布保洁剂以及0.5~0.8kg杀菌剂。上网浓度为0.35~0.50%、上网PH值为4.5~6.0,浆网速比为0.98~0.998,唇口开度为28~35mm。
本发明实施例提供的的分层牛皮纸的制造方法,压榨步骤中,一压线压力为40~50kN/m,二压线压力为70~90kN/m,正压线压力为100~110kN/m。本发明实施例提供的分层牛皮纸的制造方法,后干燥步骤后还包括硬压光步骤,采用五辊三压区的硬压光,一压区线压力120~150kN/m、二压区线压力150~200kN/m、三压区线压力200~220kN/m。采用五辊三压区的硬辊压光机进行表面整饬,可以很好地提升平滑度和紧度,增强防水防油作用,使纸表面平滑度≥35S、紧度≥0.85,产品质量优异,能满足国内分层牛皮纸加工厂家制作离型纸、不干胶贴纸、湿水纸胶带和封边纸胶带的需求。
本发明实施例提供的分层牛皮纸的制造方法,蒸煮操作中,绝干浆料与蒸煮液比为1:3.8~4.0,每吨绝干浆料添加0.7~0.8kg的BUSPERSE 248以及0.7~0.8kg的BUSPERSE2437;有助于加剧木素的溶解与脱除,保留纤维的长度、强度,并提高蒸煮纸浆得率,改善纸浆的柔软性。
本发明实施例提供的一种分层牛皮纸的制造方法,上述的打浆酶优选为LPK-CR复合打浆酶,每吨绝干浆量添加0.8~1.0kg所述LPK-CR复合打浆酶。
实施例1
将松木片13.5吨、阔叶木木片8.0吨、樟木5.5吨混合,用110立方米锅硫酸盐法间歇蒸煮后,得出180吨卡伯值为40的浆料,浆料经氧脱木素、过氧化氢微漂至29.0%ISO、洗涤、除砂净化,浆料经长网多缸造纸机上网成型、压榨、前干燥、喷涂、后干燥、卷取、复卷、打包得到用户技术要求的分层牛皮纸180吨。
抄纸工艺:
用三台锥磨串联打浆,采用先轻后重的方式,1#锥磨电流500KW.H,2#锥磨电流520KW.H,3#锥磨电流550KW.H,按1.0kg/t浆添加LPK-CR复合打浆酶,打浆度为32°SR。将打浆后的浆料与湿损纸混合调配成浓度4.5%的浆,在混合浆泵出口按15kg/t纸添加阳离子木薯淀粉,在成浆泵出口处按20kg/t纸添加改PAC,调节***的PH在5.0,并在除砂泵的出口处按20kg/t纸添加阳离子松香胶。
上网成型时,每吨绝干纸浆加入0.6kg消泡剂、0.6kg毛布保洁剂以及0.6kg杀菌剂。上网浓度0.40%、上网PH值:5.5、浆网速比:0.998、唇口开度35.0mm。压榨步骤中,一压线压力50kN/m、二压线压力90kN/m、正压线压力110kN/m。
通过喷雾装置在纸页的正面喷涂防水防油液,每吨纸防水防油液用量为35kg,防水防油液的浓度为30%,进入喷涂前的纸页干度为92%。喷涂后的纸幅经后干燥熟化后进入五辊三压区硬压光进行整饬:一压区线压力150kN/m、二压区线压力180kN/m、三压区线压力200kN/m。
实施例一制得的分层牛皮纸其产品特征主要参数:定量80g/m2;耐破指数4.3kPa.m2/g,纵向抗张强度5.9kN,横向抗张强度3.4kN,撕裂指数11.2mN.m2/g,平滑度38s,表面吸水性17g/m2,防油等级7,纵向裂断长7.9kN,紧度控制0.85g/cm3,横向伸缩率2.5%,成纸ISO白度24%ISO;成纸卷取水分7.0%;产品质量符合分层牛皮纸国家标准。
实施例2
将松木片13.5吨、阔叶木木片6.8吨、樟木6.7吨混合,用110立方米锅硫酸盐法间歇蒸煮后,得出200吨卡伯值为36的化学木浆,浆料经氧脱木素、过氧化氢微漂至28.5%ISO、洗涤、除砂净化,浆料经长网多缸造纸机上网成型、压榨、干燥、喷涂、卷取、复卷、打包得到用户技术要求的分层牛皮纸205吨。
抄纸工艺:
用三台锥磨串联打浆,采用先轻后重的方式,1#锥磨电流500KW.H,2#锥磨电流520KW.H,3#锥磨电流550KW.H,在叩前池按1.0kg/t浆添加LPK-CR复合打浆酶,打浆度为34°SR。将打浆后的浆料与湿损纸混合调配成浓度4.5%的浆,在混合浆泵出口按15kg/t纸浆添阳离子木薯淀粉,在成浆泵出口处按15~20kg/t纸添加改PAC,调节***的PH在5.5,并在除砂泵的出口处按20kg/t纸添加阳离子松香胶。

通过喷雾装置在纸页的正面喷涂防水防油液,每吨纸防水防油液用量为40kg,防水防油液的浓度为25%,进入喷涂前的纸页干度为94%。喷涂后的纸幅经后干燥熟化后进入五辊三压区硬压光进行整饬:一压区线压力150kN/m、二压区线压力180kN/m、三压区线压力200kN/m。
实施例二制得的分层牛皮纸其产品特征主要参数:定量65g/m2;耐破指数4.2kPa.m2/g,纵向抗张强度5.7kN,横向抗张强度3.2kN,撕裂指数11.2mN.m2/g,平滑度40s,表面吸水性15g/m2,防油等级7,纵向裂断长7.8kN,紧度控制0.88g/cm3,横向伸缩率2.8%,成纸ISO白度22.5%ISO;成纸卷取水分6.5%;产品质量符合分层牛皮纸国家标准。

Claims (10)
1.一种分层牛皮纸的制造方法,包括选取原料、制浆、除砂净化、上网成型、压榨、前干燥、喷涂以及后干燥步骤,其特征在于,
选取的原料包括45%~50%针叶材、25%~30%的竹子以及20%~25%的樟木;
所述喷涂工艺步骤中使用喷雾方法向纸面喷涂防水防油液,每吨纸喷涂20~40kg所述防水防油液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分层牛皮纸的制造方法,其特征在于,所述防水防油液包括95~105重量份的Emulsion269以及3~5重量份的Cata 2812。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分层牛皮纸的制造方法,其特征在于,所述制浆步骤依次包括蒸煮操作、打浆操作以及配浆操作:
所述蒸煮操作具体为:将原料采用硫酸盐法间歇蒸煮;
所述打浆操作具体为:添加打浆酶,使用3台锥磨串联打浆,所述锥磨的磨片齿型为V齿型,采用先疏解后切断的打浆方式。
所述配浆操作具体为:将打浆后的浆料与湿损纸混合成含浆量为3.5~4.5%的纸浆,每吨绝干纸浆添加10~15kg改性阳离子木薯淀粉和15~20kgPAC,调节PH为4.5~6.0。
4.根据权利要求1所述的分层牛皮纸的制造方法,其特征在于,所述除砂净化步骤中:每吨绝干纸浆添加15~20kg阳离子松香胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的分层牛皮纸的制造方法,其特征在于,所述上网成型步骤中,每吨绝干纸浆加入0.5~1.0kg消泡剂、0.5~0.8kg毛布保洁剂以及0.5~0.8kg杀菌剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的分层牛皮纸的制造方法,其特征在于,所述上网成型步骤中:上网浓度为0.35~0.50%、上网PH值为4.5~6.0,浆网速比为0.98~0.998,唇口开度为28~35mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的分层牛皮纸的制造方法,其特征在于,所述压榨步骤中,一压线压力为40~50kN/m,二压线压力为70~90kN/m,正压线压力为100~110kN/m。
8.根据权利要求1所述的分层牛皮纸的制造方法,其特征在于,所述后干燥步骤后还包括硬压光步骤,采用五辊三压区的硬压光,一压区线压力120~150kN/m、二压区线压力150~200kN/m、三压区线压力200~220kN/m。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种分层牛皮纸的制造方法,其特征在于,所述蒸煮操作中,绝干浆料与蒸煮液比为1:3.8~4.0,每吨绝干浆料添加0.7~0.8kg的蒸煮助剂BUSPERSE248以及0.7~0.8kg的蒸煮助剂BUSPERSE 2437。
10.根据权利要求3所述的一种分层牛皮纸的制造方法,其特征在于,所述打浆酶为LPK-CR复合打浆酶,每吨绝干浆量添加0.8~1.0kg所述LPK-CR复合打浆酶。
