Description

Sterilization and deodorization laundry detergent for pets and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of detergents, in particular to a sterilizing and deodorizing laundry detergent for pets and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In cold winter, the owners of a plurality of pets can wear pet clothes for the pet cats and the pet dogs, so that the pet clothes not only can keep the pets cold and warm, but also can dress the pets beautifully. As the pet runs under the ground, the clothes are easily polluted, and the excrement of the animal also easily falls on the clothes, the clothes of the pet can be infected with foreign matters and germs. If ordinary washing powder or laundry detergent is used, germs and odor cannot be removed effectively in a targeted mode, and therefore health risks are brought to pets and owners of the pets.
The patent with publication number CN108048242A discloses an antibacterial laundry detergent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the antibacterial laundry detergent comprises the following components: sodium laureth sulfate, dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, sodium hydroxide, citric acid, triethanolamine, cocoyl methyl monoethanolamine, acrylate copolymer, triclocarban, p-chloro-m-xylenol, 1, 2-octanediol, dipropylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, sodium chloride, cason and water. The laundry detergent prepared by the method has high sterilization rate, but uses parachlorometaxylenol with high toxicity, and is harmful to human bodies and the environment. The patent with publication number CN106497698A discloses an anion and cation compound antibacterial laundry detergent, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (LAS) accounting for 1.0-9.6% of the weight, sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate (AES) accounting for 1.0-9.6% of the weight, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether accounting for 1.0-8.0% of the weight, cocoamidopropyl amine oxide accounting for 1.0-8.0% of the weight, tetradecyl methyl dihydroxyethyl ammonium bromide accounting for 0.2-1.0% of the weight, sodium citrate accounting for 2.0% of the weight, sodium hydroxide accounting for 0.01% of the weight, sodium chloride accounting for 3.0% of the weight and essence accounting for 0.1% of the weight. The laundry detergent disclosed by the patent is an anion-cation compound laundry detergent with good washing effect and remarkable antibacterial effect, but the Tetradecyl Methyl Dihydroxyethyl Ammonium Bromide (TMDAB) cationic surfactant with a complex preparation process is used, so that the processing cost is high.
The liquid detergent has solubility limit and surfactant compatibility problems, and the addition variety and amount of inorganic auxiliary agents are greatly influenced. How to prepare the mild, safe, nontoxic, high-efficiency, low-foam laundry detergent which can sterilize and deodorize while washing still remains a difficult problem to be solved in the detergent industry. In addition, the above patents are not the sterilization and deodorization laundry detergent for pets, and can not remove germs and odor specifically and effectively. Therefore, the market needs a sterilization and deodorization laundry detergent for pets, which has multiple effects of healthy natural decontamination, sterilization, mite removal, softness and static electricity resistance.
Although people in the industry have searched for laundry detergents with sterilization and deodorization at present, the search for different formulations for detergents for pet clothes still has important significance.

Therefore, the sterilization effect of the embodiments 1 to 4 is obviously better than that of the comparative examples 1 to 4. In comparative example 1, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate is low, in comparative example 2, sodium lauroamphoacetate is low, in comparative example 3, citric acid is low, and in comparative example 4, polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride is low, so that the bactericidal power for escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans, streptococcus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and aspergillus niger is obviously reduced. Therefore, the reasonable proportion of each component in the invention is very important.
Experimental example 3: and (4) testing the dirt-removing capability of the laundry detergent.
The laundry detergent products of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-4 were subjected to a soil release performance test of the laundry detergent.
According to GB/T13174-2008 determination of detergency and circular washing performance of a washing agent for clothing, various dirty cloths required by an experiment are cut into test pieces with the size of 6cm multiplied by 6cm, 1L of test solution with the sample concentration of 2g/L and the constant temperature of 30 ℃ and the fixed rotating speed of 120r/min lasts for 20min by adopting 250mg/kg of hard water, the test pieces are rinsed once and then dried, whiteness values before and after washing are determined, and the detergency of each sample is calculated. As can be seen from FIGS. 1 to 4, the decontamination effects of the carbon black soiled cloth, the protein soiled cloth and the sebum soiled cloth in the examples 1 to 4 are not very different; comparative examples 1 to 4 showed a significant reduction in stain removal. Therefore, the reasonable proportion of each component in the invention is very important.
In conclusion, through the analysis of the decontamination effects of the carbon black contaminated cloth, the protein contaminated cloth and the leather contaminated cloth, the samples of the embodiments 1 to 4 of the present invention have good decontamination effects, and can effectively sterilize and deodorize.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, which are merely illustrative and not restrictive, and it should be understood that other embodiments may be easily implemented by those skilled in the art by means of replacement or modification according to the technical contents disclosed in the specification, and therefore, all changes and modifications that come within the spirit and technical conditions of the present invention should be included in the claims of the present invention.
