As shown in fig. 18 and 19, in this embodiment, the electric welding machine includes an electric control device, the electric control device includes a 220V power supply, an auxiliary power supply, a single chip, a power supply circuit, a working circuit, a detection control circuit, and a transformer, the power supply circuit is connected to a primary end of the transformer, the working circuit is connected to a secondary end of the transformer, the 220V power supply is connected to the power supply circuit, and the power supply circuit supplies power to the working circuit through the transformer; the auxiliary power supply is a 12V power supply and can supply power to the singlechip and the detection control circuit; the detection control circuit comprises a bidirectional thyristor alternating-current switch, a current transformer, a rectifying circuit, a first integrated circuit, a second integrated circuit, a triode and a capacitor, wherein the bidirectional thyristor alternating-current switch is connected in series in the power supply circuit and is connected in parallel with the capacitor; the output end of the working circuit is connected with a welding gun or a welding clamp, and the grounding end of the working circuit is connected with a workpiece; the current transformer is serially arranged in a working circuit and is connected with a first integrated circuit through a rectifying circuit, the output end of the first integrated circuit is at a low level, the output end of the first integrated circuit is connected with a second integrated circuit through a triode, the second integrated circuit comprises a photosensitive diode and a coupling end, the photosensitive diode is connected with a single chip microcomputer, and the coupling end is connected with and controls a bidirectional thyristor switch.
When a 220V power supply is switched on, 12V voltage is generated in the auxiliary power supply, only weak current exists in the capacitor at the moment, and weak voltage exists in the transformer, namely the standby state is achieved; when a welding gun or a welding tongs is in short circuit with a workpiece and a grounding end through a welding drawing component, current passes through a current transformer, the current passes through a rectifying circuit and a first integrated circuit, the output end of the first integrated circuit is at a low level, at the moment, a triode is conducted, then a photosensitive diode in a second integrated circuit emits light, the coupling end of the second integrated circuit is conducted, a bidirectional thyristor alternating current switch is conducted, all voltage is applied to the primary end of a transformer, and the secondary end of the transformer generates low voltage meeting the requirement, so that the workpiece can be welded; wherein the singlechip can adjust and control the welding duration.
The remaining structures of this embodiment are the same as those of the first, second, third or fourth embodiments, and are not described again.
