图10E至图10K中图示的传感器组件接纳件的实施方式可以通过位于传感器组件接纳件内表面上的接纳部和止动部的构型来减少传感器组件表面的磨损。如上面所论述的,传感器组件接纳件包括构造成接纳位于传感器组件的下侧部上的插锁的接纳部。如上面所论述的,这确保了传感器组件接纳件只能接纳某些传感器组件。同样,这确保了传感器组件以传感器侧面向上的方式附接至传感器组件接纳件,以适当地形成与位于连接器内部的伸缩针的电连接。在一些实施方式中,位于传感器组件接纳件内部的止动部可以与位于传感器组件的下侧部上的相应的止动部接合。如上面所论述的,止动部向使用者提供触觉或机械反馈,以向使用者指示传感器组件已被适当***。在图10E至图10K中图示的传感器组件接纳件的实施方式中,传感器组件接纳件包括形成传感器组件接纳件表面的倾斜部。

在操作中,如上面所论述的,在一些实施方式中,传感器组件和传感器组件接纳件可以相互作用以减小在传感器组件接纳在传感器组件接纳件中时对传感器组件的顶表面造成的磨损。如图14A中所示,在传感器组件800c被***传感器组件接纳件400c中时,传感器突片810c的传感器侧部812c可以与向下延伸到传感器组件接纳件400c中的多个伸缩针1000相互作用。由于所述多个伸缩针1000中的每个伸缩针可以是弹簧加载的,因此在传感器组件800c被***时,传感器侧部812c越靠近伸缩针1000,施加在传感器突片810c的传感器侧部812c上的压力越大。在一些实施方式中,这可能导致传感器组件800c上的传感器的磨损增加。在一些示例中,如图14A至图14B中所示,通过在传感器组件接纳件400c的抵靠传感器组件800c移动的底表面443c上产生两个水平高度来减小传感器突片810c的传感器侧部812c的磨损。如图14A中所示,当传感器组件800c首先***传感器组件接纳件400c时,传感器突片810c邻近于底表面443c移动。在一些实施方式中,底表面443c构造成使得其减小多个伸缩针1000与传感器侧部812c的相互作用和由所述多个伸缩针1000给予传感器侧部812c的压力。然后,如图14B中所示,在传感器组件800c的传感器突片810c进一步***传感器组件800c中时,底表面443c的倾斜表面441c用作使传感器突片810c移动到升高的水平高度的倾斜部。在一些实施方式中,传感器突片810c还包括位于远端的倾斜部815c,倾斜部815c也可以用于使传感器突片810c移动到升高的水平高度。该升高的水平高度使传感器突片810c更靠近多个伸缩针1000,以提供与传感器组件接纳件400c更可靠的电连接。在一些实施方式中,除了向使用者提供机械反馈之外,插锁止动部865c和止动部440c还可以用于将传感器组件800c的传感器突片810c锁定在升高构型。此外,在一些示例中,如图14C中所示,位于传感器突片810c的近端部870c处的底部接纳部876c和底部突起874c可以与传感器组件接纳件400c的接纳部突起447c和接纳部端部449c相互作用,以将传感器组件800c紧固在传感器组件接纳件400c中。如图14D至图14F和图14G至图14I中所示,传感器组件800d与传感器组件接纳件400d和传感器组件800e与传感器组件接纳件400e以与如上论述的方式相似或相同的方式相互作用。这些实施方式还图示了在各种实施方式中使传感器突片的传感器侧部的磨损减小的目标。图14A至图14C的编号规则适用于图14D至图14F,只是用“d”代替了“c”,并且图14A至图14C的编号规则适用于图14G至图14I,只是用“e”代替了“c”。
如上面所论述的,本设计的优点之一是连接器和传感器组件具有容纳宽范围电触点的各种传感器的能力。这通过使用伸缩针1000和在其表面上具有多个电触点的传感器来实现。如下面将更全面地论述的,由于连接器200可以容纳大量的电触点,因此连接器200中的伸缩针1000的构型对于防止短路是重要的。
如上面所论述的,传感器组件可以容纳不同的传感器。例如,如图11A至图11C中所示,传感器组件800a具有连接器组件840a,连接器组件840a具有能够容纳并保持传感器的上部连接器组件842a和下部连接器组件844a。传感器的近端部在传感器上具有位于传感器突片810a的传感器侧部812a上的多个电触点。图12A图示了传感器组件近端部900的示例,其中,传感器被放置在传感器突片上。传感器组件近端部900包括连接器组件970,连接器组件970具有传感器突片910和近端的唇缘930。传感器940保持在连接器组件970的两个部分之间,使得传感器940从上部连接器组件960的开口990伸出并且还从连接器组件970的远端部980伸出。传感器940的近端部在其表面上具有构造成接合所述多个伸缩针1000的接触梢端1170的多个电触点(例如,电触点900a1、电触点900b1、电触点900c1、电触点900c2、电触点900d1、电触点900d2、电触点900e1、电触点900f1、电触点900g1、电触点900g2)。
从图12A中可以观察到的,传感器940的表面上的交错的电触点被布置成多排。在图12A中示出的示例中,电触点900a1处于一排,电触点900b1处于第二排,电触点900c1和电触点900c2处于第三排,电触点900d1和电触点900d2处于第四排,电触点900e1处于第五排,电触点900f1处于第六排,传感器组件近端部900的电触点g1和电触点900g2处于第七排。如下面将进一步示出的,所述多个伸缩针1000以类似的构型布置并保持在内护板600中。
图12B图示了传感器组件近端部900的实施方式,其中,所述多个迹线950包括接地迹线955。如图12B中所观察到的,标记为迹线950“3”的接地迹线955具有从传感器突片的近端部延伸至唇缘930的近端部的部分。如图12C中所示,在一些实施方式中,接地迹线955b完全电连接在传感器突片的表面上。在其他实施方式中,如图12B中所示,接地迹线955具有电连接在传感器表面下方的部分。在其他实施方式中,接地迹线955横穿传感器的表面间隔地连接。
在一些实施方式中,接地迹线955可以用作用以放出传感器组件中的任何积累的静电的接地线。在一些实施方式中,为了防止连接器200或传感器组件的损坏,可以使传感器组件在多个伸缩针1000与迹线950(例如,迹线950中的一些或全部迹线)之间形成可靠的电连接之前放电。在一些示例中,为了在多个伸缩针1000中的任一伸缩针接触多个迹线950中的任一迹线之前将传感器组件接地,接地迹线955可以构造成使得连接器200的一部分将接触接地迹线955并且在这之后接触其他迹线950中的任一迹线。例如,如图12B中所示,在一些实施方式中,接地迹线955在近端方向上比同一排的其他迹线(例如迹线“10”、迹线“11”和迹线“12”)延伸地远。以这种方式,在传感器组件近端部900的传感器侧部920被***连接器200中时,连接器200内的结构将接触接地迹线955,以在多个伸缩针1000接触传感器侧部920上的其余迹线950之前首先使传感器组件放电。
为了将传感器组件接地,可以将连接器200的一部分接地。在一些实施方式中,外护板300接地。在其他实施方式中,内护板600接地。如上面所论述的,在一些示例中,连接器200的构造成接触传感器组件的传感器侧部920的部分被连接至连接器200的接地部分(例如外护板300或内护板600)。在一些示例中,多个伸缩针1000中的一个伸缩针接地并且可以构造成接触接地迹线955。在其他示例中,连接器200的内表面包括下述结构(例如,突起或延伸部如柔性线丝或触点):该结构在连接开口附近并构造成在与连接器200的任何其他导电部分形成接触之前接触接地迹线955以将传感器组件接地。
图13A至图13B示出了具有与相应的传感器组件的传感器上的电触点对应的伸缩针1000的连接器的示例。图13A中示出的传感器组件近端部1300具有连接器组件1310,连接器组件1310具有上部连接器组件1320,上部连接器组件1320具有开口1360,传感器1340从开口1360伸出。传感器1340容纳在传感器突片1330上并且具有多个电触点1350。图13B示出了具有多个伸缩针1000的连接器1400的横截面图。在图13A至图13B中示出的示例性传感器组件和连接器中,传感器1340上的电触点和连接器1400中的伸缩针1000的构型布置成在传感器1340与连接器1400之间建立多个电连接。传感器1340具有多个电触点:电触点a、电触点b1、电触点b2、电触点c1、电触点c2、电触点d1、电触点d2、电触点e1、电触点e2、电触点e3、电触点e4、电触点f1、电触点f2、电触点g1和电触点g2。连接器1400具有多个伸缩针1000:伸缩针触点a’、伸缩针触点b1’、伸缩针触点b2’、伸缩针触点c1’、伸缩针触点c2’、伸缩针触点d1’、伸缩针触点d2’、伸缩针触点e1’、伸缩针触点e2’、伸缩针触点e3’、伸缩针触点e4’、伸缩针触点f1’、伸缩针触点f2’、伸缩针触点g1’和伸缩针触点g2’。这些伸缩针1000接触所述多个电触点1350以建立多个电连接。在本示例中,一旦传感器突片1330完全***连接器1400中,以下伸缩针就接触以下电触点:伸缩针触点a’与电触点a、伸缩针触点b1’与电触点b1、伸缩针触点b2’与电触点b2、伸缩针触点c1’与电触点c1、伸缩针触点c2’与电触点c2、伸缩针触点d1’与电触点d1、伸缩针触点e1’与电触点e1、伸缩针触点f1’与电触点f1、伸缩针触点f2’与电触点f2、伸缩针触点g1’与电触点g1、以及伸缩针触点g2’与电触点g2。
在传感器突片1330***传感器组件接纳件1420的开口1410中时,靠近开口1410的伸缩针1000将在与其相应的电触点连接之前接触传感器1340的长度。例如,在到达电触点a之前,伸缩针触点a1’将接触传感器1340的近端部。因此,在一种构型中,为了防止短路,传感器1340上的电触点和连接器1400中的相应的伸缩针1000布置成交错的排,以使在传感器突片1330***连接器1400中时伸缩针1000中的每个伸缩针的近端部将接触的电触点最少。例如,如图13A中所观察到的,电触点b1位于电触点a与电触点c1附件并且位于电触点a与电触点c1之间。这样,在传感器突片1330***时,伸缩针触点b1’两侧的伸缩针触点a1’和伸缩针触点c1’将不接触电触点b1。
传感器突片1330上的电触点和连接器1400中的伸缩针1000的交错的另一潜在益处是传感器突片1330和连接器1400的内护板600的构型可以使传感器具有增加的电连接。如前所论述的,由于伸缩针1000和传感器突片1330上的电触点的构型,所公开的传感器组件和连接器的构型可以容纳需要大量电触点的传感器。

Claims (29)

1.一种阳传感器组件(800a),包括:
连接器(842a,844a),所述连接器包括传感器突片(810a),所述传感器突片形成所述连接器的近端部(870a),
其中,所述传感器突片包括多个交错的迹线(950,955)或交错的电触点(900a1-900g2),所述多个交错的迹线或交错的电触点构造成接合相应的阴传感器组件中的多个可伸缩的电连接件,并且
其中,所述多个交错的迹线或电触点包括用作接地线的迹线或电触点,使得所述多个可伸缩的电连接件构造成在所述多个可伸缩的电连接件中的其它电连接件与所述多个迹线或电触点中的其它迹线或电触点之间建立电连接之前与所述接地线相接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述多个交错的迹线或电触点定位在所述传感器突片的第一侧部的近端部上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述连接器包括在所述连接器的近端部上的渐缩表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述连接器包括构造成与相应的阴传感器组件上的颜色指示器相对应的颜色指示器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述传感器突片包括插锁结构,所述插锁结构构造成配装到相应的阴传感器组件的相应的开口中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述插锁结构是矩形形状的突起并且构造成配装到相应的阴传感器组件的相应矩形凹部中。
7.根据权利要求5所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述插锁结构包括第一止动部,所述第一止动部构造成与相应的阴传感器组件的第二止动部相接合,所述第一止动部和所述第二止动部构造成相互作用并向使用者提供触觉反馈。
8.根据权利要求5所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述插锁结构是位于所述传感器组件的近端部的任一侧部上的多个凹部,所述多个凹部能够被所述相应的阴传感器组件的锁结构紧固。
9.根据权利要求5所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述插锁结构是居中的矩形结构,所述居中的矩形结构具有近端唇缘并且在所述连接器的近端部处具有弯曲的凹部。
10.根据权利要求1所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述接地线位于所述阳传感器组件的近端部附近。
11.根据权利要求1所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述接地线完全位于所述阳传感器组件的表面上。
12.根据权利要求1所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述接地线部分地位于所述传感器组件的表面上方并且部分地位于所述阳传感器组件的表面下方。
13.根据权利要求1所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述接地线横穿所述阳传感器组件的表面间隔地连接。
14.一种阳传感器组件(800a),包括:
上部连接器(842a),
下部连接器(844a),其中,所述上部连接器(842a)构造成与所述下部连接器(844a)的远端部分连接,所述上部连接器和所述下部连接器构造成形成远端开口(850a)和近端开口(880a);以及
传感器,所述传感器紧固在所述上部连接器(842a)与所述下部连接器(844a)之间,其中,所述传感器构造成延伸穿过所述近端开口(880a)和所述远端开口(850a),

15.根据权利要求14所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述多个交错的迹线或电触点定位在所述下部连接器的第一侧部的近端部上。
16.根据权利要求14所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述下部连接器包括用于容纳所述传感器的近端部的开口。
17.根据权利要求16所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述下部连接器还包括唇缘,所述唇缘构造成确保所述传感器的近端部的适当安置。
18.根据权利要求14所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述上部连接器包括在所述上部连接器的近端部上的渐缩表面。
19.根据权利要求14所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述上部连接器包括构造成与相应的阴传感器组件上的颜色指示器相对应的颜色指示器。
20.根据权利要求14所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述下部连接器包括插锁结构,所述插锁结构构造成配装到相应的阴传感器组件的相应的开口中。
21.根据权利要求20所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述插锁结构是矩形形状的突起并且构造成配装到相应的阴传感器组件的相应矩形凹部中。
22.根据权利要求20所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述插锁结构包括第一止动部,所述第一止动部构造成与相应的阴传感器组件的第二止动部相接合,所述第一止动部和所述第二止动部构造成相互作用并向使用者提供触觉反馈。
23.根据权利要求20所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述插锁结构是位于所述传感器组件的近端部的任一侧部上的多个凹部,所述多个凹部能够被所述相应的阴传感器组件的锁结构紧固。
24.根据权利要求20所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述插锁结构是居中的矩形结构,所述居中的矩形结构具有近端唇缘并且在所述下部连接器的近端部处具有弯曲的凹部。
25.根据权利要求14所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述多个交错的迹线或电触点包括用作接地线的电触点。
26.根据权利要求25所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述接地线定位在所述阳传感器组件的近端部附近。
27.根据权利要求25所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述接地线完全位于所述阳传感器组件的表面上。
28.根据权利要求25所述的阳传感器组件,其中,所述接地线部分地位于所述传感器组件的表面上方并且部分地位于所述阳传感器组件的表面下方。
