the main pipe (1) comprises an outer pipe (12) and an inner pipe (11), the inner pipe (11) is coaxially sleeved on the outer pipe (12) to form an annular cavity (13) between the outer pipe (12) and the inner pipe (11), one end of the main pipe (1) is communicated with the water pan (3), and the other end of the main pipe is connected with the extension part (2);
the extension part (2) comprises an extension pipe (21) and an end cover (22), a plurality of drain holes (23) are formed in the extension pipe (21), one end of the extension pipe (21) is rotatably and telescopically inserted into the annular cavity (13), the other end of the extension pipe is closed by the end cover (22), and the extension pipe (21) can be rotatably inserted into or extend out of the annular cavity (13) to open or close the drain holes (23).
