s3, adjusting the position of the inner ring of the floor drain in the concave ring of the outer ring of the floor drain to enable the inner ring of the floor drain, the connecting water pipe and the drain pipe connected with the inner ring of the floor drain to be in a proper state, and then enabling the inner ring of the floor drain to be bonded on the outer ring of the floor drain through an adhesive to complete the setting of the floor drain body.
The installation method of the special floor drain device for the environment-friendly waterproof plate further comprises the following steps: when the floor drain support is installed on the inner ring of the floor drain, the four fan-shaped circular rings of the floor drain support are respectively broken along the broken structure, namely the broken line groove, and then the broken structure is combined with the positioning cover to determine the position of the floor drain support; when the positioning cover is lifted to be flush with the upper surface of the floor tile, the floor tile is temporarily removed, then a floor drain support lifter is arranged below the floor drain support, a support bottom flange of a floor drain support body is clamped in a mounting groove of the floor drain support lifter, the installation of the floor drain support and the floor drain support lifter is completed, and the floor drain support lifter is used for heightening the height of the floor drain support so that the floor drain support is flush with the upper surface of the floor tile after the floor drain cover is covered, and a flat floor drain ground is obtained. The invention also provides an installation tool of the special floor drain device for the environment-friendly waterproof plate, wherein the installation tool is a positioning wrench and comprises a handle part, the lower end of the handle part is provided with a pulling part which protrudes outwards, the pulling part is in a triangular shape, arc-shaped bulges are arranged at two bottom corner parts of the triangular shape around the pulling part and are arranged along the vertical direction, and the surfaces of the arc-shaped bulges are processed in a round angle mode so that the arc-shaped bulges can be abutted against the inner walls of the connection water pipe and the inner ring of the floor drain, so that the inner ring of the floor drain and the connection water pipe are temporarily fixed and then are bonded by using an adhesive.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, belong to the scope of the present invention.
Example (b): as shown in fig. 1 to 14, the present embodiment provides a floor drain device integrated board, which includes an environment-friendly waterproof board and a floor drain device for the environment-friendly waterproof board, the floor drain device includes a floor drain body and a floor drain cover disposed on the floor drain body, and the floor drain cover is provided with a filter mesh to prevent the floor drain from being blocked by impurities. The floor drain body comprises a floor drain outer ring and a floor drain inner ring, the floor drain inner ring is sleeved on the floor drain outer ring, a through hole is formed in the floor drain outer ring, and the partial structure of the floor drain inner ring, namely the lower portion of the pipeline portion can penetrate through the through hole and be sleeved on the floor drain outer ring. The floor drain body is provided with a connecting structure, so that the inner floor drain ring can be quickly positioned on the outer floor drain ring, and the inner floor drain ring can be accurately arranged on the outer floor drain ring.
The floor drain inner ring comprises a pipeline part and a connecting part which is arranged around the upper end periphery of the pipeline part in a radially extending mode, the connecting part enables the floor drain inner ring to be sleeved on the floor drain outer ring, and a drainage channel for drainage is arranged on the pipeline part so that water above the floor drain can be drained to an external drainage pipe communicated with the drainage channel through the drainage channel. The diameter of the pipeline part is gradually reduced from top to bottom in a stepped manner, the inner diameter of the pipeline part is also gradually reduced from top to bottom in a stepped manner, the outer diameter of the lower part of the pipeline part is gradually reduced towards the interior of the pipeline to form a pipeline wall with radian, so that the pipeline wall can be conveniently inserted into the sealing rubber ring and the water pipe to be plugged, and can be quickly connected with the water pipe to be plugged.
Specifically, the connecting structure is arranged between the outer floor drain ring and the inner floor drain ring, so that the inner floor drain ring can rapidly move on the outer floor drain ring to realize positioning, and then is bonded and installed. The connecting structure comprises a clamping flange arranged on the inner ring of the floor drain and a concave ring which is arranged on one surface of the outer ring of the floor drain, which is in contact with the inner ring of the floor drain, and is matched with the clamping flange, so that the movement and setting range of the inner ring of the floor drain is limited. In this embodiment, the engaging flange and the connecting portion are integrally formed, and the engaging flange is in a solid ring shape surrounding the center of the inner floor drain ring, the concave ring is a concave circular cavity matched with the concave circular cavity, for short, a circular concave ring, and the engaging flange is engaged with the circular concave ring to integrally connect the outer floor drain ring and the inner floor drain ring, so that the inner floor drain ring is quickly mounted on the outer floor drain ring. The back side of the clamping flange contacted with the outer ring of the floor drain is provided with an annular edge area lower than the upper surface of the inner ring of the floor drain, and the annular edge area is used for being spliced with floor tiles or other bottom surface plates to prevent the plates such as the floor tiles from being damaged due to overlarge stress after the floor is tilted or is in top connection with the inner ring of the floor drain.
The circular concave ring is arranged around the via hole, the outer diameter of the inner floor drain ring is larger than the diameter of the via hole, namely the outer diameter of the connecting part or the clamping flange is larger than the diameter of the via hole, the outer diameter of the pipeline part is smaller than the diameter of the via hole, so that the pipeline part of the inner floor drain ring penetrates through the via hole and is clamped on the outer floor drain ring through the connecting part, and the inner floor drain ring cannot penetrate through the via hole and fall down. The diameter of the outer ring of the floor drain is smaller than the outer diameter of the circular concave ring, so that the inner ring of the floor drain can flexibly move in any horizontal direction in the circular concave ring on the outer ring of the floor drain to find a better installation position, and further the quick butt joint with a sewer pipe is realized without adjusting the position of a plate or adjusting the position of the sewer pipe for accurate correction.
The thickness of the clamping flange is equal to the concave depth of the circular concave ring, so that the upper surface of the inner floor drain ring is flush with the upper surface of the outer floor drain ring after the inner floor drain ring and the outer floor drain ring are combined and connected. The circular concave ring is provided with a sunken groove close to and surrounding the via hole, and the sunken groove is used for storing an adhesive to firmly bond the inner floor drain ring and the outer floor drain ring
The end, far away from the outer ring of the floor drain, of the pipeline part is provided with an inclined plane inclining from the edge to the center of the pipeline part, namely the upper end face of the connecting part is provided with an inclined plane inclining towards the direction of the drainage channel, and the inclined plane is arranged around the drainage channel to form a downward arc-shaped or truncated cone-shaped concave space, so that water can flow into the drainage channel of the pipeline part along the inclined plane to drain. In this embodiment, the floor drain cover is disposed on an auxiliary member between the floor drain body and the floor drain cover, that is, the floor drain support lifter and the floor drain support.
And a sealing test assembly is arranged on the inner ring of the floor drain and used for testing the sealing performance of the installed floor drain body. The sealing test assembly comprises a sealing gasket matched with the drainage channel and a sealing ball movably arranged on the sealing gasket. The sealing washer is cylindrical, a sealing flange extends outwards along the edge of the upper end of the cylindrical shape, the thickness of the sealing flange in the vertical direction is smaller than or equal to the depth of the first-stage inner diameter of the drainage channel, so that the sealing flange can be inserted into the first-stage drainage channel to a certain depth to achieve a better sealing effect, the outer diameter of the sealing flange is equal to or slightly larger than the inner diameter of the upper end of the drainage channel, the outer diameter of the sealing flange is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the upper end of the drainage channel, namely the outer diameter of the sealing flange is larger than 0.1% -1% of the inner diameter of the upper end of the drainage channel, the sealing washer is made of an elastic material, and the structure of the sealing flange is convenient for extruding the drainage channel and tightly connecting with the drainage channel when the sealing flange is installed. The outer diameter of the cylindrical part of the sealing flange is equal to the inner diameter of the second stage of the drainage channel, and the inner diameters of the first stage and the second stage are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The sealing washer is provided with a drainage via hole and a sealing concave ring, and because the diameter of the cross section of the sealing ball from top to bottom is gradually reduced, the sealing ball is plugged into the drainage via hole of the sealing washer to form two sealing lines with the sealing concave ring, so that the sealing effect is better achieved through the two sealing lines, and water leakage is prevented.
Specifically, after the inner floor drain ring is installed on the outer floor drain ring, the sealing washer is installed in a drainage channel of the inner floor drain ring, the sealing washer is tightly connected with the drainage channel, then the sealing ball is plugged into the drainage through hole, then water is sprayed between the inner floor drain ring and the outer floor drain ring, whether water leaks from the space between the floor drain bodies or from the space between the floor drain bodies and a plate where the inner floor drain ring and the outer floor drain ring are installed is judged, and therefore the sealing effect of the locally installed floor drain is tested. If the water does not leak, the sealing ball is pulled out through the pulling hook arranged on the sealing ball, so that the sealing washer can be kept in the inner ring of the floor drain or taken out of the inner ring of the floor drain, and then the next step of installation of the floor drain support assembly is continued; if water leaks, the floor drain body is reinstalled, the water leakage sealing effect is checked again until the water leakage sealing effect is qualified, and then the next step of installing the floor drain support assembly is carried out.
The reinforced adsorption structure is arranged on the outer ring of the floor drain and comprises fork grains arranged on the lower side surface of the outer ring of the floor drain and concave and convex grains arranged on the upper side surface of the outer ring of the floor drain, and the concave and convex grains and the concave and convex rings are formed by alternately arranging a plurality of convex rings and grooves which are concentric with the via holes. When the raised grains are used for laying a floor or a ceramic tile on the upper side of the floor drain body, the floor drain body is firmly combined with the floor or the ceramic tile, and the fork grains are used for generating friction force so as to be firmly combined with the environment-friendly waterproof board. The raised grains and the cross grains are arranged on the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the outer ring of the floor drain in a staggered mode, namely at least part of grooves of the raised grains correspond to the convex rings of the cross grains.
The floor drain device further comprises a connection water pipe connected with the pipeline part, and the connection water pipe is used for connecting a drainage channel and an external drainage pipe of the inner ring pipeline part of the floor drain so as to adjust the position of the floor drain body, connect the external drainage pipe with the floor drain body and drain accumulated water. A sealing rubber ring is arranged between the connection water pipe and the pipeline part to better play a role in sealing and prevent water from leaking out through a gap or a small hole between the connection water pipe and the pipeline part.
The floor drain device further comprises a floor drain support arranged between the floor drain body and the floor drain cover and a floor drain support lifter arranged below the floor drain support and in contact with the inner ring of the floor drain, a limiting groove matched with the floor drain cover is arranged on the upper side of the floor drain support, and the limiting groove is used for limiting the position of the floor drain cover. The floor drain body and the floor drain support lifter are provided with sleeving holes, and the sleeving holes are used for water flow to penetrate through. The floor drain support comprises a floor drain support body and is characterized in that a support bottom flange is arranged on the lower side of the floor drain support body, a mounting groove matched with the floor drain support body is formed in a floor drain support lifter, the size and the shape of the support bottom flange are matched with those of the mounting groove, the mounting groove is clamped with the support bottom flange and used for enabling the floor drain support body to be mounted on the floor drain support lifter, the floor drain support lifter is used for lining the floor drain support, the position of the floor drain support is improved, the floor drain support is made to be suitable for floor brick materials with different thicknesses, and the floor drain.
The floor drain support comprises a floor drain support body which supports and fixes the floor drain cover, and the limiting groove is arranged on the inner side of the floor drain support body so that the floor drain support is stably arranged on the floor drain support body and the floor drain cover is limited. The side of the floor drain support body is provided with a floor drain support ring, the floor drain support ring is used for fixing the floor drain support body on a floor drain inner ring, the floor drain inner ring is in a sheet shape, the floor drain support ring is specifically bonded on the floor drain inner ring through an adhesive, the contact area is increased, and the connection strength of the floor drain support and the floor drain body is enhanced. In this embodiment, the hollow structure is a leakage hole formed in the circular ring of the floor drain holder, the leakage hole is in a waist-shaped hole shape, so that an adhesive can penetrate through the waist-shaped hole, and an opening axis of the waist-shaped hole is perpendicular to a plane of the circular ring of the floor drain holder.

The floor drain support ring is divided into four fan-shaped sub-components, and a partition gap is arranged between two adjacent fan-shaped sub-components so as to conveniently separate the floor drain support ring and the floor drain support body.
The floor drain device further comprises a floor drain support positioning cover assembly, and the floor drain support positioning cover assembly comprises a positioning cover, a positioning bolt and a positioning screw. The positioning cover is provided with a connecting flange matched with the limiting groove of the floor drain support body, so that the positioning cover can be clamped in the limiting groove of the floor drain support body. The positioning cover is provided with a positioning bolt hole, the positioning bolt hole is arranged in the middle of the positioning cover, the positioning bolt hole is arranged in a 'pin' -shaped position, the positioning bolt hole is also in a waist-shaped hole shape, and correspondingly, the positioning bolt is flat and matched with the waist-shaped hole-shaped positioning bolt hole. The floor drain device for the environment-friendly waterproof plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the floor drain inner ring comprises a pipeline part and a connecting part which is arranged around the upper end periphery of the pipeline part in a radially extending mode, and a drainage channel for draining water is arranged on the pipeline part.

The floor drain device for the environment-friendly waterproof plate as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the clamping flange is arranged on the inner ring of the floor drain and is integrally formed with the connecting part; the concave ring is arranged on one surface of the outer floor drain ring, which is used for being in contact with the inner floor drain ring.
7. The floor drain device for the environment-friendly waterproof plate as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein: the concave ring is circular, rectangular, triangular or elliptical.

The floor drain device for the environment-friendly waterproof plate as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the concave ring encircles the via hole setting, the internal diameter of block flange is less than the internal diameter of via hole, the external diameter of block flange is greater than the internal diameter of via hole and is less than the external diameter of concave ring, the external diameter of pipeline portion is less than the diameter of via hole.
9. The floor drain device for the environment-friendly waterproof plate as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the thickness of the clamping flange is equal to the depth of the concave ring.
10. The floor drain device for the environment-friendly waterproof plate as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein: and an annular edge area lower than the upper surface of the inner floor drain ring is arranged on the back side of the clamping flange contacted with the outer floor drain ring.

The floor drain device for the environment-friendly waterproof plate as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein: and one end of the pipeline part, which is far away from the outer ring of the floor drain, is provided with an inclined plane which inclines from the edge to the center of the pipeline part, and the inclined plane is arranged around the drainage channel to form a downward arc-shaped or truncated cone-shaped concave space.

s1, forming a pit matched with the outer ring of the floor drain on the environment-friendly waterproof board, and then bonding the outer ring of the floor drain in the pit through an adhesive to enable the outer ring of the floor drain and the environment-friendly waterproof board to be tightly connected into a whole, wherein the upper surface of the outer ring of the floor drain and the upper surface of the environment-friendly waterproof board keep consistent in height;
s2, connecting the connection water pipe with an external drainage pipeline, then connecting the pipeline part of the inner ring of the floor drain with the connection water pipe, and preferably, connecting the pipeline part and the connection water pipe in a sealing manner through a sealing rubber ring;
s3, adjusting the position of the inner floor drain ring in the outer floor drain ring concave ring to enable the inner floor drain ring and the connecting water pipe connected with the inner floor drain ring to be in a proper state, and then enabling the inner floor drain ring to be bonded on the outer floor drain ring through an adhesive to complete the arrangement of the floor drain body.
