Abstract
The invention discloses a high-tensile high-strength tearing-resistant molded packaging product and a manufacturing method thereof. The inner shell and the outer shell are formed by paper pulp molding, two arc-shaped supporting ribs protruding inwards are arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the outer shell, an outer shell groove is formed in each arc-shaped supporting rib, an inner shell groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the outer shell groove, of the bottom of the inner shell, one end of a buffer block is arranged in each inner shell groove, the other end of the buffer block is arranged in each outer shell groove and is connected with the inner shell groove and the outer shell groove through the buffer block, and the top of the inner shell is connected with the top. Strip-shaped supporting bones are arranged at corresponding positions on the inner side of the inner shell where the grooves of the inner shell are located.

Technical Field

Background
At present, most of the pulp molding products at home and abroad are produced by adopting a single-layer pulp and one-step forming suction filtration process. At present, the country advocates that all convenience of packaging is green and environment-friendly and can be recycled, so that the existing pulp molding products mostly use plant fibers (including waste plant fibers such as bagasse) and waste paper boards and mixtures thereof as raw materials, after mincing and pulping, a mold is immersed into a pulp tank to be molded into a wet blank through vacuum suction filtration, and then the wet blank is subjected to hot pressing and shaping and drying to prepare a single-layer pulp molding product only containing one kind of pulp fibers, while the application range of the pulp molding product is limited by various defects of the pulp molding product, the appearance of the pulp molding product is not good enough, a plurality of characteristics are not excellent enough, particularly the buffer characteristic and the like are relatively poor, and the multi-layer pulp molding products are simply laminated together, so that the molding product is endowed with various different characteristics at most, but the molding product cannot change too much, and the complicated molding process will result in increased cost and efficiency.

(2) grouting and plastic suction molding, namely respectively injecting the outer shell slurry and the inner shell slurry into two different molds, and then obtaining wet blanks of the outer shell and the inner shell in a vacuum suction filtration molding mode;
(3) and drying, namely drying the wet embryo of the outer shell and the inner shell to dry part of moisture in the wet embryo. So that the water content in the water-based paint is reduced to 8-15%;
(4) hot press molding, namely placing the dried wet blanks of the outer shell and the inner shell in an environment with the temperature of 90-100 ℃ and the pressure of 12-18MPa for hot press molding to obtain the final outer shell and the final inner shell;

Referring to fig. 1-3, an embodiment of the high tensile, high strength, tear resistant molded packaging article of the present invention and method of making the same is presented:
a high-tensile high-strength tearing-resistant molded packaging product comprises an inner shell 2, a buffer block 3, an outer shell 1 and an elastic film 4.
The inner shell 2 and the outer shell 1 are formed by paper pulp molding, two arc-shaped supporting ribs which are convex inwards are arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the outer shell 1, an outer shell groove is formed in each arc-shaped supporting rib, an inner shell groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the outer shell groove, of the bottom of the inner shell 2, one end of each buffer block 3 is arranged in each inner shell groove, the other end of each buffer block 3 is arranged in each outer shell groove and is connected with the inner shell groove and the outer shell groove through the corresponding buffer block 3, and the top of the inner shell is connected. A manufacturing process of a high-tensile high-strength tearing-resistant molding packaging product comprises the following process steps:

The high-tensile high-strength tearing-resistant molding packaging product and the manufacturing method thereof have the beneficial effects that:

7. A method of making a high tensile, high strength, tear resistant molded package article, as defined in claim 1, wherein: comprises the following process steps;
(1) pulping, wherein the preparation of the pulp of the shell comprises the following steps: selecting bagasse as a raw material, chopping and cleaning the bagasse with clear water, pulping the bagasse in a pulper, adding appropriate amount of water to prepare outer-layer pulp with the mass concentration of 0.5-2%, and preparing the pulp of the inner shell: selecting recycled waste paper, a paper box and a mixture of the recycled waste paper and the paper box as raw materials, chopping and cleaning the raw materials with clear water, pulping the raw materials in a pulper, and adding appropriate amount of water to prepare inner shell pulp with the mass concentration of 0.5-2%;
