When the second belt pulley 217 rotates, the second belt pulley 218 is driven to rotate, the second belt pulley 218 drives the fourth belt pulley 219 to rotate, so as to drive the transmission case 3 to rotate, the output end at the top of the transmission case 3 drives the rotating plate 301 to rotate, the rotating plate 301 drives the rotating column 302 to rotate, the rotating column 302 drives the third rotating frame 303 to rotate on the inner wall of the fixed plate 304 and simultaneously drives the screen 305 to rotate, when the screen 305 rotates, the raw material powder which is ground in the crushing barrel 1 enters the screen 305 to be screened by opening the electromagnetic valve 204, the fine powder enters the powder box 306, and the larger particles are left in the screen 305 to be subjected to subsequent treatment; the invention can grind the raw materials more thoroughly, and can screen out raw material particles with larger diameters, so that the finally obtained raw material powder is more delicate, the grinding efficiency is improved, and the product quality is also improved.
