An object of the present invention is to provide a wastewater treatment apparatus capable of efficiently discharging a precipitate.

a wastewater treatment device comprises a box body and a sewage discharge assembly, wherein the box body comprises a body and an upper cover, the upper cover is arranged on the body, the side part of the body is provided with a water inlet, the bottom of the body is provided with a sewage discharge port, the sewage discharge assembly comprises a water outlet groove and an opening and closing device, the opening and closing device comprises a guide rod and an opening and closing part, the opening and closing part comprises a floating box, an adjusting pipe and a sealing bag ring, the floating box is annular, the adjusting pipe is internally provided with an air conveying channel and an infusion channel which are arranged in parallel, the air conveying channel and the infusion channel are connected with the inside of the floating box, the sealing bag ring is also annular, the sealing bag ring is arranged at the bottom of the floating box, the guide rod is vertically arranged, the upper end of the guide rod is fixed on the upper cover, the lower end of the guide rod is inserted into the floating box, and the, the water outlet groove is connected with the sewage draining outlet, the bottom of the water outlet groove is provided with a sewage outlet, and the sealing air bag surrounds the sewage outlet and is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the water outlet groove.
In a preferred embodiment, the sealing balloon ring is provided with a cavity inside, and is made of a rubber material.
In a preferred embodiment, the adjusting pipe is connected with the outside of the box body.
In a preferred embodiment, the sewage treatment device further comprises a sewage outlet pipe, and the sewage outlet pipe is connected with the sewage outlet.
In a preferred embodiment, the floating box further comprises a plurality of dirt collecting assemblies, each dirt collecting assembly comprises a first mounting seat, a second mounting seat, a rotating roller and bristles, the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat are fixed at the bottom of the floating box, two ends of each rotating roller are respectively mounted on the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat, the bristles are distributed on the side wall of each rotating roller, the dirt collecting assemblies are distributed circumferentially, the rotating rollers of the dirt collecting assemblies form a circle together, and the sealing bag ring surrounds the dirt collecting assemblies.
In a preferred embodiment, the dirt collecting assembly further comprises two blade groups, each blade group comprises a plurality of blades, the blades are uniformly distributed around the circumference of the rotary roller, the two blade groups are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotary roller, and the blade groups rotate in a single direction under the action of water flow.
In a preferred embodiment, the blade includes a base plate and a plurality of supporting plates, the base plate is made of flexible materials, the supporting plates are made of hard materials, the supporting plates are fixed on the base plate and arranged in a straight line, the distance between two adjacent supporting plates in the supporting plates is set to be 0.1mm-0.5mm, the thickness of the supporting plates is set to be 3mm-5mm, and the thickness of the base plate is set to be 0.5mm-0.6 mm.
In a preferred embodiment, the base plate is made of a rubber material, and the support plate is made of hard plastic.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a wastewater treatment device which is provided with a sewage discharge assembly, wherein the sewage discharge assembly comprises a water outlet groove and an opening and closing device, the opening and closing device comprises a guide rod and an opening and closing piece, the opening and closing piece comprises a floating box, an adjusting pipe and a sealing bag ring, sewage to be treated is placed in a box body, when the floating box is filled with water through an infusion passage, the overall mass of the floating box is increased to generate sinking motion, when the floating box is filled with air through an air transmission passage, the water in the floating box is discharged from the infusion passage under the action of air pressure, the overall mass of the floating box is reduced to generate floating motion, so that the sinking and floating of the opening and closing piece can be realized, in the working process, the opening and closing piece is firstly positioned at a low position to close a sewage discharge outlet, then standing and precipitating to precipitate impurities in the sewage, and the floating box is controlled to slowly float to a certain height after the precipitation is finished, the floating height is preferably 5cm-10cm, so that the phenomenon that the sediment is shaken and gushes due to too violent action or too large amplitude is avoided, the sediment is discharged from a gap between the buoyancy tank and the sewage outlet, the sediment deposited on the buoyancy tank is brought into the sewage outlet under the action of water flow, the sediment is discharged thoroughly, and after the sediment is discharged, the opening and closing piece sinks to seal the sewage outlet. Specifically, the blade 15 includes a base plate 16 and a plurality of supporting plates 17, the base plate 16 is made of flexible materials, the supporting plates 17 are made of hard materials, the supporting plates 17 are fixed on the base plate 16 and are arranged in a straight line shape, the distance between two adjacent supporting plates 17 in the supporting plates 17 is set to be 0.1mm-0.5mm, the thickness of the supporting plates 17 is set to be 3mm-5mm, and the thickness of the base plate 16 is set to be 0.5mm-0.6 mm. With the above structure, the blade 15 can only bend in one direction, so it can only bear the force of water flow in one direction, thus realizing one-way rotation.
Specifically, the base plate 16 is made of a rubber material, and the support plate 17 is made of hard plastic.
