the control module 4 is respectively connected with the communication early warning module 5, the display screen 6, the identification module 10 and the interaction module 9 and controls the connection;
the communication early warning module 5 is used for sending out alarm information according to the total quantity or the total weight of dinner plates on the dinner plate rack 7 and/or the total quantity or the total weight of the tableware in the tableware collection container 16;
the display screen 6 is used for displaying information; the dinner plate rack 7 is used for stacking dinner plates;
the classification plate 8 is provided with a dry garbage inlet 11, a wet garbage inlet 12 and a tableware inlet 13;
the identification module 10 is used for identifying whether a newly added dinner plate is arranged on the dinner plate rack 7;
the interaction module 9 is used for enabling a customer to participate in interaction through the interaction module 9 after the identification module 10 identifies the newly-added dinner plate;
the sub-vehicle 2 is accommodated in the main cabinet 1 and is separated from the main cabinet 1, and a tableware collecting container 16 and universal wheels 17 which are used for containing tableware are arranged on the sub-vehicle 2;
the lifting module 3 is arranged below the main cabinet 1 and the sub-cart 2, and is used for lifting or lowering the tableware collecting container 16 on the sub-cart 2 according to the total number or total weight of the dinner plates on the dinner plate rack 7 and/or the total number or total weight of the tableware in the tableware collecting container 16, so that the volume of the tableware collecting container 16 is reduced or enlarged;
the total number or total weight of the dinner plates on the dinner plate frame 7 is obtained by the identification module 10 or the control module 4, and the sub-vehicle 2 or the main cabinet 1 is provided with a dry garbage container 14 for containing dry garbage and a wet garbage container 15 for containing wet garbage.
2. The tableware collecting device according to claim 1, wherein said interactive module 9, dry garbage inlet 11 and/or wet garbage inlet 12 are provided on both left and right sides of said classification plate 8.

The tableware collecting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a chopstick and spoon container 18 for containing chopsticks and spoons is provided on the classification plate 8; alternatively, the chopstick and spoon container 18 is provided on the child cart 2, and the sorting plate 8 is provided with inlets for chopsticks and spoons.

6. The tableware retrieval apparatus of any one of claims 1-4, wherein said dry garbage container 14 and said wet garbage container 15 are detachable from the main cabinet 1 or the sub-cart 2.
7. The tableware collecting apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein universal wheels 19 are provided under the main cabinet 1.

The tableware collecting container 16 according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said tableware collecting container is composed of a bottom frame 21 and a surrounding plate 20, said bottom frame 21 is an open-top and sealed-all-around and bottom container, said surrounding plate 20 is a sleeve-shaped structure open-top and sealed-all-around, said surrounding plate 20 is placed in the bottom frame 21, said surrounding plate 20 is fixed on the sub-vehicle 2 at the upper part, said bottom frame 21 is placed on the lifting module 3, and said bottom frame 21 can slide up and down along the outer wall of the surrounding plate 20.

The tableware collection apparatus of claim 8 wherein: the lifting module 3 adopts a motor or hydraulic mode, the tableware collecting container 16 is provided with a plurality of enclosing plates, the innermost enclosing plate is fixed on the sub-vehicle 2, and the outermost enclosing plate is connected with the bottom frame 21.
