The construction method is simple and quick, and workers can complete pressing or bending of the round steel 6 to be processed by one device, so that the construction steps are simplified, and the construction time is saved; and different round steel 6 to be processed can be pressed and simmered simultaneously.

the bending mechanism comprises a bending cylinder (9) vertically arranged on one side of the processing base and a bending rod (10) vertically arranged and matched with the bending cylinder (9); the simmer bent rod (10) comprises a vertical fixed section (10-1) and a horizontal fixed section (10-2), wherein the fixed section is matched with the simmer bent cylinder (9), the horizontal fixed section (10-1) is fixedly connected with the handheld section (10-2), and the fixed section (10-1) and the handheld section (10-2) form an L-shaped rod.
