Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for confirming a check-up of boarding at an airport according to an embodiment of the present invention. The execution main body of the method described in the embodiment of the present invention is an execution main body composed of software or/and hardware, and the execution main body can receive related information in a wired or/and wireless manner and can send a certain instruction. Of course, it may also have certain processing and storage functions. The execution body may control a plurality of devices, such as a remote physical server or a cloud server and related software, or may be a local host or a server and related software for performing related operations on a device installed somewhere. In some scenarios, multiple storage devices may also be controlled, which may be co-located with the device or located in a different location. As shown in fig. 1, the method for confirming the check-up based on airport boarding comprises the following steps:
s101: and detecting the current network state of the target flight.
The method mainly aims to detect the current network state of the target flight, and particularly for the airplane parked at a remote position, the current network state of the target flight can not be connected, namely the current network state of the target flight can not be connected to a flight reconfirmation system. At this time, if a mode of connecting a server to perform network face recognition is adopted, the recognition detection cannot be effectively performed at this time; that is, the boarding reconfirmation system is in an undetectable state at this time. Because data detection operation cannot be performed through a network, a network detection step is set to perform network detection in the embodiment of the present invention; different identification processes are matched according to different network states.
More preferably, before the detecting the current network status of the target flight, the method further includes:
the method comprises the steps of receiving boarding check data sent by a background server, and locally storing the boarding check data, wherein the boarding check data comprises flight numbers and passenger identity information.
Before boarding, the boarding check data sent by a background is required to be received, and the boarding check data of the embodiment of the invention comprises a designated checked target flight, various information of the passenger to be checked determined based on the designated target flight, and the like; and performing rechecking inspection by taking the information as basic information for subsequent comparison.
S102: and acquiring the passenger facial data acquired by the camera when the current network state is determined to be in a network connection state.
S103: and sending the passenger face data to a background server for identity rechecking comparison, and receiving a rechecking comparison result.
Step S102 and step S103 are mainly to perform identity recognition through face recognition, and in specific implementation, the cameras may be disposed in a plurality of places, for example, may be disposed at a machine access opening to perform boarding check, or may be disposed in an area such as a ferry vehicle to perform identity check. Different adjustments can be made depending on the actual environmental conditions. After the identity information of the passengers is acquired at the airplanes, the corresponding identity information can be sent to a background server for calibration and identification, and because more computing resources are needed for face identification, if a corresponding face identification module is configured at each airplane, the use cost of the system can be greatly increased; therefore, during specific implementation, a mode of carrying out data comparison in a centralized manner by using the background server is adopted, and only data acquisition and feedback are required at the front end of the airplane. Therefore, on one hand, the cost of the whole system can be reduced, and the whole system is more convenient to deploy; unification of efficiency and cost control is achieved. Real-time verification can be performed in an online mode, and the real-time performance of verification is guaranteed.
In specific implementation, the mode of simultaneously performing rechecking and data statistics can be adopted. When the method is specifically implemented, not only a face recognition mode can be used, but also a data statistics mode can be used, whether the passengers have wrong logins or not is confirmed through the face recognition mode, and whether the passengers have missing logins or not is confirmed through quantity statistics; the counting and the rechecking are carried out simultaneously. More preferably, after the receiving and reviewing the comparison result, the method includes:
acquiring passenger face data acquired by cameras arranged in each partition in an aircraft cabin, wherein the cameras are associated with positions in the aircraft cabin;
and sending the passenger face data and the camera serial number to a background server for seat comparison.
For the specific position confirmation, the cameras may be arranged in a plurality of different areas, for example, each camera covers 9 seats, and then each camera is configured with a corresponding number; since the seats are relatively fixed and their position in the camera is also fixed, it is possible to directly specify the number of each seat. Therefore, when the identification is carried out, two aspects of information can be obtained, one is the face information of the user, and the other is the number information of the camera; specific seat information is then determined by locating the position of the corresponding face in the camera. Finally, the face data, the position data and the flight information are compared with those stored in advance, and then identity rechecking can be carried out. One advantage of adopting the above scheme is that it can review more data, not only can composite whether the corresponding passenger belongs to the plane, but also can review whether the corresponding passenger belongs to the position; thereby achieving more convenient use. A specific checking scenario: however, the passenger seat may be changed after the boarding of the passenger, and the passenger may not know the seat, and at this time, a passenger notification is required. The passenger can be ensured to be seated on the correct seat by setting the seat detection. The method specifically comprises the following verification modes: 1. when rechecking is carried out before boarding, the change of the passenger seat is found and the passenger is informed in time, so that the dispute problem of the passenger caused by the seat is reduced; 2. the camera may be disposed in the cabin to recognize a seated passenger, return passenger information and seat information, compare them, and determine whether the passenger is seated at a correct position.
In the boarding process of passengers, the passenger is in a far position, so that the ferry vehicle needs to be taken in many cases. And in this process, a situation may be encountered in which, even when the user takes the ferry vehicle, the user carries the luggage, but when the user gets off the ferry vehicle, the user forgets the luggage to the ferry vehicle. In this case, the conventional detection method cannot be detected. Because the conventional mode is only used for recording whether to carry the luggage or not on the system, and the luggage is mostly checked whether to consign the luggage or not, and excessive detection is not carried out on the carry-on luggage; this can result in the loss of passenger baggage. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, a more preferable scheme is provided for explaining, where the background server stores network comparison data, and the network comparison data includes whether to carry the baggage with the user.
The baggage identification can identify whether the corresponding user carries baggage, the number of pieces of baggage carried, a baggage style, and the like. The information is identified to be associated with the corresponding passenger user, so that when the loss of the luggage is detected, the position of the lost luggage and the owner of the luggage can be quickly positioned; then, the passenger is reminded, and the arrangement of the detection mode can help the passenger to quickly board, which also belongs to one aspect of check and confirmation of boarding of the passenger. The specific baggage identification process is as follows:
1. identifying whether the passenger carries luggage, the number of the luggage and the type of the luggage;
2. the luggage information is bound with the passengers;
3. when boarding (a camera outside a cabin), passenger check (identity check, baggage identification (such as that a passenger on a ferry vehicle carries baggage but does not have baggage when boarding, or the baggage of the passenger is inconsistent with the number of types identified previously));
4. when the left luggage is tracked, the left luggage is scanned and the corresponding passenger is tracked.
Before the sending the passenger face data to a background server for identity rechecking comparison, the method comprises the following steps:
the background server acquires character information acquired by a camera arranged at the ferry vehicle, wherein the character information comprises face data and luggage data associated with the face data.
In the embodiment of the invention, the network comparison data can be obtained in various ways, and the corresponding comparison data is obtained by adopting a camera arranged on the ferry vehicle; the shuttle car generally only carries passengers on a single flight, so that when a passenger gets on the corresponding shuttle car, the passenger is determined to take a specific flight. At the moment, the state of the person on the ferry vehicle can be obtained through the camera on the ferry vehicle, namely whether the person carries luggage or not, and the luggage is associated with the person; thus, the subsequent comparison basis is obtained. When the passenger boards the airplane, the passenger can directly determine whether the corresponding passenger has the lost luggage through the identification module at the airplane. By the scheme, the probability of losing the luggage by the passengers can be greatly reduced, and the airport service quality is improved.
S104: and when the current network state is determined to be in a network disconnection state, controlling to start the local identification equipment to acquire the credential information provided by the passenger for local data rechecking.
When the network at the aircraft is in a disconnected state, that is, the aircraft cannot be connected to a remote service at the moment, the corresponding face recognition module cannot be called for recognition at the moment. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, an offline detection module may be provided to perform another way of identifying the user identity; the service stability of the airline company or the airport is improved to a certain extent. The way for the local identification device to acquire the passenger information can be supported by terminal devices, including but not limited to handheld terminals, mobile phone terminals, other terminal devices capable of realizing one-dimensional code scanning and two-dimensional code scanning and identification, and other terminal devices capable of realizing the function of an identity card reader, and can completely or partially replace the handheld devices described in the invention for realizing the functions.
More preferably, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of local data review comparison disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the controlling and starting the local identification device to obtain the credential information provided by the passenger to perform local data review includes:
s1041: controlling and starting a certificate identification module to identify the certificate information provided by the passenger so as to obtain rechecking comparison data;
s1042: and matching the rechecking comparison data with the boarding rechecking data to carry out local data rechecking, and updating a corresponding local rechecking result.
The above steps are a specific way of performing local review comparison by using the certificate identification module, and before performing comparison, the relevant information of the current flight is stored in the local device in advance for subsequent comparison. The embodiment of the invention acquires flight information and passenger information in real time, acquires key information by four modes of scanning boarding check and manually inputting boarding number, and returns passenger detailed information after local equipment receives the passenger key information, wherein the method comprises the following steps: flight number, date, boarding number, seat number, check-in status, boarding status, baggage, whether or not a baby is carried. Determining whether a flight on which the passenger is to board is correct based on the flight number and the date; determining a unique passenger based on the boarding number and the seat number; determining whether the passenger is checked in, passes security inspection and finishes boarding based on the check-in state and the boarding state; determining whether the passenger carries consigned baggage based on the baggage; based on whether the infant is carried, it is determined whether the passenger needs special attention. After a series of boarding reconfirmations are completed, the passengers can be ensured to correctly and smoothly board the airplane, the efficiency of airport staff is improved, and the risk of flight delay is reduced. The above comparison method is also applicable to a network comparison method. In the above-described scenario, although the passenger data is in an offline state, the passenger data is already downloaded, or in other cases, the passenger data is not downloaded, and in this case, the check may be performed directly by comparing whether the passenger belongs to a flight, confirming the boarding number, or the like.
The check confirming method for airport boarding in the embodiment of the invention sets two different identity recognition modes by detecting the network state to finish the check confirmation of the boarding of passengers, can directly carry out recognition processing by a face recognition mode when in a network connection state, and can carry out processing by a certificate recognition mode when in a network disconnection state. Therefore, when no network exists, the passenger can be quickly checked again, checking efficiency and accuracy of check again can be improved, and the intelligent degree of the airport can be improved.
Example two
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of boarding reconfirmation disclosed in the embodiment of the invention, and fig. 4 is a system framework diagram of boarding reconfirmation disclosed in the embodiment of the invention; when data storage is carried out, the passenger information can be uniformly stored in the background server, and also can be dispersedly arranged, and the passenger information is stored in an independent database, so that the data safety can be ensured on one hand, and on the other hand, the actual data storage requirements are better met. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the flow of the boarding reconfirmation system provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
step S201: the method comprises the steps of acquiring passenger information to be rechecked through a camera, and sending the acquired passenger information to be rechecked to a server, wherein the information may comprise: flight information (flight number, origination station, flight date, boarding number, seat number), identity information (certificate number).
Step S202: and receiving passenger information to be checked again.
Step S203: the check flight information (flight number, origin, flight date) and the passenger boarding number are sent to request passenger data from the database.
Step S204: passenger data is returned to the database.
Step S205: passenger check-up. And comparing whether the flight message obtained from the boarding voucher of the passenger to be checked is consistent with the target flight or not, and determining whether the passenger to be checked belongs to the target flight or not.
Step S206: checking whether the check-in state and the boarding state of the passenger to be checked are met, and determining whether the passenger to be checked meets the boarding requirement.
Step S207: and judging whether the acquired passenger information to be checked contains a seat number.
Step S208: checking whether the passenger seat number to be checked is changed. And comparing the passenger seat number acquired from the boarding voucher of the passenger to be checked with the passenger seat number in the database, and determining whether the seat number in the voucher held by the passenger to be checked is changed.
Step S209: returning to the check success, and confirming the boarding completion of the passenger.
Step S210: and returning the rechecking failure reason.
Through the process, the extraction and comparison of passenger data can be relatively completely realized, and after a series of boarding is completed and then verification is confirmed, the passengers can be ensured to correctly and smoothly board the airplane, the efficiency of airport staff is improved, and the risk of flight delay is reduced.
EXAMPLE III
The differences between the present embodiment and the first embodiment are as follows. After the matching of the rechecking comparison data with the boarding rechecking data to perform local data rechecking and updating a corresponding local rechecking result, the method further comprises the following steps:
and starting a counter to cumulatively record the number of the rechecked passengers and displaying the number of the rechecked passengers.
Namely, the quantity counting module is arranged, so that the working personnel can know the boarding state of the current passenger in time, and know the number of boarding people and the number of non-boarding people; the airport can be managed uniformly. Particularly, when the number of people who have boarded is determined, the number of people to board at the cabin opening can be directly counted through the face recognition module when the network is recovered, and specific data matching is not carried out if the data of the number of people to board and the data of the people to board are matched.
More preferably, after the controlling starts the local identification device to obtain the credential information provided by the passenger for local data review, the method further includes:
and when the network connection is detected, uploading the local rechecking result to a background server, and deleting the local rechecking result.
All data need to be backed up in the background, so that the data can be conveniently retrieved subsequently. That is, when the airplane is detected to be in the network unblocked state, the local rechecking result is uploaded, and the local result is deleted.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of another local data review comparison disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, which is also a specific implementation flow provided in the embodiment of the present invention:
step S301: scanning a boarding voucher of the passenger to be checked again to obtain information of the passenger to be checked again, wherein the information comprises key information: flight number, flight date, boarding number, seat number.
Step S302: checking whether the acquired flight information of the passenger is consistent with the flight information which is checked currently, and confirming whether the passenger belongs to the target flight.
Step S303: checking whether the passenger has repeated the check.
Step S304: the passenger is successfully checked, the counter accumulates +1, the number of checked passengers is counted, and the flight information, the seat number and the boarding number of the passenger are recorded.
Step S305: and after all passengers on the flight are checked again, continuously monitoring the network connection condition. And after the network is recovered, automatically returning off-line flight recheck data and deleting local off-line data.
The invention discloses a boarding reconfirmation method, which is applied to the boarding reconfirmation processing flow disclosed by the example, acquires passenger information and performs boarding recheck by a flow program, confirms whether the passenger belongs to a target boarding flight and meets boarding conditions, and can check whether the passenger seat number is correct under the condition of information permission. According to the scheme, the quick release of the boarding reconfirmation link can be realized, and the confirming efficiency and accuracy of the boarding reconfirmation are improved.
