Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of a transportation device scheduling method according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
In the application scenario of fig. 1, first, the computing device 101 may obtain item circulation information 102 of the target item within a preset historical time period. The article circulation information 102 includes an article circulation amount group 1021 and an article preset circulation amount group 1022. The article flow in the article flow group 1021 corresponds to the article flow in the article preset flow group 1022. Next, the computing device 101 may generate a flow mean 103 and a flow criterion 104 based on the set of item flows 1021. Then, the computing device 101 may generate the initial inventory quantity 105 of items based on the average value 103 of the circulation, the standard value 104 of the circulation of items, the group 1021 of the circulation of items, and the group 1022 of preset circulation of items. Finally, the computing device 101 may control the associated transportation device 106 for device scheduling based on the initial inventory 105 of items.
The computing device 101 may be hardware or software. When the computing device is hardware, it may be implemented as a distributed cluster composed of multiple servers or terminal devices, or may be implemented as a single server or a single terminal device. When the computing device is embodied as software, it may be installed in the hardware devices enumerated above. It may be implemented, for example, as multiple software or software modules to provide distributed services, or as a single software or software module. And is not particularly limited herein.
It should be understood that the number of computing devices in FIG. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of computing devices, as implementation needs dictate.
With continued reference to fig. 2, a flow 200 of some embodiments of a transportation device scheduling method according to the present disclosure is shown. The method may be performed by the computing device 101 of fig. 1. The transportation equipment scheduling method comprises the following steps:
In some embodiments, an executing body of the transportation device scheduling method (e.g., the computing device 101 shown in fig. 1) may acquire the article circulation information of the target article in the preset historical time period from the terminal device through a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. The article circulation information comprises an article circulation amount group and an article preset circulation amount group. The article flow in the article flow group corresponds to the article preset flow in the article preset flow group. Here, the setting of the preset history period is not limited. For example, the preset historical time period may be 2021/5/1-2021/5/5. Here, the article turnover in the article turnover group may refer to the number of articles actually turned around (e.g., 2021/5/1, article a sells 25, i.e., article a has an article turnover of 25). Here, the preset article flow in the preset article flow group may refer to a preset number of articles flowing corresponding to the article flow (for example, 2021/5/1, it is estimated that 30 articles are sold by article a, that is, the preset article flow of article a is 30).
By way of example, 2021/5/1-2021/5/5, the item circulation information for bananas may be:
article runoff group: [25, 20, 30, 28, 22 ];
article preset flow quantity group: [30, 25, 30, 32, 28].
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the preset set of article runouts may be generated by:
the method comprises the steps of firstly, obtaining historical article circulation information of the target article in a target historical time period. The historical article circulation information comprises a historical article circulation quantity group, a historical article estimation circulation quantity group, a historical article end inventory quantity group and a historical article circulation time length group. The historical article circulation amount in the historical article circulation amount group corresponds to the historical article estimated circulation amount in the historical article estimated circulation amount group, the historical article end inventory in the historical article end inventory group and the historical article circulation time in the historical article circulation time group. The duration of the target historical time period is equal to the duration of the preset historical time period.
In practice, the execution main body may acquire historical article circulation information of the target article in a target historical time period from the terminal device in a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. Here, the target history time period may refer to a time period before a preset history time period. For example, if the preset history time period is 2021/5/1-2021/5/5, the target history time period is 2021/4/26-2021/4/30. Here, the historical item end inventory amount in the historical item end inventory amount group may refer to the balance amount of the target item per day (remaining inventory amount per day). Here, the historical item circulation time length in the historical item circulation time length group may refer to a freshness keeping time length (shelf life time length) of the item.
And secondly, generating a circulation adjusting value based on the historical article circulation amount group and the historical article pre-estimation circulation amount group.
In practice, the above-mentioned second step may comprise the following sub-steps:
the first substep, carry on the normalization process to each historical article's flow in the above-mentioned historical article's flow group in order to turn into the flow of normalized article, get the flow group of normalized article.
And the second substep, normalizing each historical article estimated traffic in the historical article estimated traffic group to generate normalized article estimated traffic to obtain a normalized article estimated traffic group.
And a third substep, determining the difference value between each normalized article predicted flow quantity in the normalized article predicted flow quantity group and the normalized article flow quantity corresponding to the normalized article predicted flow quantity as a normalized flow difference value, and obtaining a normalized flow difference value group.
And a fourth substep of selecting the normalized flow difference value less than or equal to a preset threshold value from the normalized flow difference value set as a target normalized flow difference value to obtain a target normalized flow difference value set. Here, the setting of the preset threshold is not limited, and may be set according to actual requirements.
And a fifth substep, respectively determining the normalized article flow quantity and the normalized article pre-estimation flow quantity corresponding to each target normalized flow difference value in the target normalized flow difference value group as a target normalized article flow quantity and a target normalized article pre-estimation flow quantity, and obtaining a target normalized article flow quantity group and a target normalized article pre-estimation flow quantity group.
And a sixth substep of generating a circulation adjustment value based on the target normalized commodity circulation amount group and the target normalized commodity pre-estimation circulation amount group.
In practice, the sixth substep comprises the following two steps:
1. and determining the ratio of each target normalized article flow quantity in the target normalized article flow quantity group to the target normalized article estimated flow quantity corresponding to the target normalized article flow quantity as an adjusting value to obtain an adjusting value group.
2. And carrying out weighted average processing on each adjusting value in the adjusting value group to generate a circulation adjusting value. Here, the historical commodity circulation amount corresponding to each adjustment value in the adjustment value group may be set as a weight.
And thirdly, generating preset article traffic based on the traffic adjusting value, each historical article traffic in the historical article traffic group, the historical article estimated traffic corresponding to the historical article traffic, the historical article end inventory and the historical article traffic, and obtaining a preset article traffic group.
In practice, based on the circulation adjustment value, each historical article circulation amount in the historical article circulation amount group, the historical article estimated circulation amount corresponding to the historical article circulation amount, the historical article end inventory amount and the historical article circulation amount, the article preset circulation amount can be generated through the following formula:
wherein the content of the first and second substances, indicating articlesSetting the flow rate.Showing the estimated traffic of the historical goods. And the historical goods circulation time length is shown.Indicating the end-of-term inventory of the historical item.Indicating the historical commodity circulation.Indicating the above-mentioned flow adjustment value.Indicating a rounding down operation.
In some embodiments, based on the set of article turnover numbers, the performing agent may generate a turnover mean value and an article turnover standard value by:
firstly, determining the average value of the article flow quantities in the article flow quantity group as a flow average value.
As an example, the group of article turnover numbers may be "[ 25, 20, 30, 28, 22 ]". The average value "25" of the individual article runout values in the article runout group "[ 25, 20, 30, 28, 22 ]" can be determined as the running average.
Secondly, generating an article circulation standard value through the following formula:
wherein the content of the first and second substances, and expressing the standard value of the article circulation. And a serial number indicating the article flow rate in the article flow rate group.Indicating the number of article runout included in the article runout group.Indicating the first of said groups of article runoutThe flow rate of each article.Representing the above-mentioned flow mean. Here, the value of the standard value of the article circulation can be reserved to two significant digits after the decimal point.
As an example, the group of article turnover numbers may be "[ 25, 20, 30, 28, 22 ]". The flow mean is "25". Generating an article circulation standard value through the following formula:
and 203, generating an initial inventory of the goods based on the circulation average value, the goods circulation standard value, the goods circulation quantity group and the preset goods circulation quantity group.
In some embodiments, based on the mean value of circulation, the standard value of circulation, the group of quantity of circulation, and the group of preset quantity of circulation, the executing entity may generate the initial quantity of circulation by:
firstly, determining a difference value between each preset article flow quantity in the preset article flow quantity group and the article flow quantity corresponding to the preset article flow quantity as a flow difference value, and obtaining a flow difference value group.
As an example, the preset group of article runout amounts may be "[ 30, 25, 30, 32, 28 ]". A difference value "5" between the preset article drift amount "30" and the article drift amount "25" corresponding to the above preset article drift amount "30" may be determined as a drift difference value. A difference value "5" between the preset article drift amount "25" and the article drift amount "20" corresponding to the above preset article drift amount "25" may be determined as a drift difference value. A difference value "0" between the preset article drift amount "30" and the article drift amount "30" corresponding to the above preset article drift amount "30" may be determined as a drift difference value. A difference value "4" between the preset article drift amount "32" and the article drift amount "28" corresponding to the above preset article drift amount "32" may be determined as a drift difference value. A difference value "6" between the preset article drift amount "28" and the article drift amount "22" corresponding to the above preset article drift amount "28" may be determined as a drift difference value. A set of slip differences "5, 5, 0, 4, 6" is obtained.
And secondly, determining the average value of each circulation difference value in the circulation difference value group as the circulation difference value average value.
As an example, an average value "4" of the respective flow difference values in the flow difference value group "5, 5, 0, 4, 6" may be determined as the flow difference value average value.
And thirdly, determining the average value of the preset article flow in the preset article flow group as a preset flow average value.
As an example, an average value "29" of the preset circulation amounts of the respective articles in the preset circulation amount group "[ 30, 25, 30, 32, 28 ]" may be determined as the preset circulation average value.
Fourthly, generating the initial stock of the article period by the following formula:
wherein the content of the first and second substances, indicating the initial inventory of the item.Representing the above-mentioned flow mean.Representing a preset first cargo rate coefficient. And the standard value of the article circulation is represented.Representing the preset flow mean.Representing a preset second availability factor. The sequence number of the streaming difference value in the set of streaming difference values is shown.Indicating the number of streaming difference values comprised by the set of streaming difference values.Represents the second of the above-mentioned sets of slip differencesThe individual flow difference values.Representing the mean value of the above-mentioned flow difference values.Indicating a rounding down operation.
As an example, stream meanMay be "25". The first cargo rate coefficient is preset toIs "2". Standard value for article circulationMay be "3.68". Preset mean value of flowMay be "29". Presetting a second cargo rate coefficientMay be a "1". The initial inventory at the commodity stage is generated by the following formula:
and step 204, controlling the associated transportation equipment to carry out equipment scheduling according to the initial inventory of the goods.
In some embodiments, the execution agent may control a transportation device communicatively coupled to the execution agent to schedule a device (e.g., a vehicle or a handling robot) matching the initial inventory amount of the item for transportation of the item. For example, the associated transport device "001" may be controlled to deploy the handling robot "AA" to transport the item "banana".
The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantages: according to the transportation equipment scheduling method provided by some embodiments of the disclosure, the fluctuation conditions of the articles at different times are considered, the accuracy of the initial inventory of the set period is improved, the repeated scheduling of the transportation equipment for meeting the delivery demand is avoided, and the waste of transportation resources is reduced. In particular, the reason why the transportation resources are consumed is that: the fluctuation conditions of the goods in different time periods are not considered, so that the set initial period has inaccurate stock, the repeated dispatching of the transportation equipment is performed to meet the distribution demand, the unreasonable transportation of the goods transportation equipment is caused, and the transportation resources are consumed. Based on this, the transportation device scheduling method of some embodiments of the present disclosure first obtains the article circulation information of the target article within a preset historical time period. Therefore, the fluctuation of the flow rate (sales volume) of the target object in the preset historical time period can be considered, and the accuracy of the initial inventory (object initial inventory) can be improved conveniently in the follow-up process. Then, based on the article circulation amount group, a circulation average value and an article circulation standard value are generated. Thus, data support is provided for reducing fluctuation of the turnover amount (sales amount) in the preset history period and improving the accuracy of the initial stock amount (initial stock amount of the article). And then, generating an initial inventory of the goods based on the circulation mean value, the goods circulation standard value, the goods circulation quantity group and the preset goods circulation quantity group. Therefore, the accuracy of the set initial inventory (initial inventory of articles) is improved, and the influence of fluctuation of the articles in different time periods is reduced. And finally, controlling the associated transportation equipment to carry out equipment scheduling according to the initial inventory of the articles. Therefore, repeated dispatching of the transportation equipment for meeting the distribution requirement is avoided. The transportation equipment can be reasonably arranged according to the initial stock of the articles, so that the ordered transportation of the articles is facilitated. Furthermore, the waste of transportation resources is reduced, and the energy loss is reduced.
With further reference to fig. 3, a flow 300 of further embodiments of a transportation device scheduling method according to the present disclosure is shown. The method may be performed by the computing device 101 of fig. 1. The transportation equipment scheduling method comprises the following steps:
In some embodiments, the specific implementation manner and technical effects of the steps 301 and 302 can refer to the steps 201 and 202 in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 2, which are not described herein again.
In some embodiments, in response to the group of article turnover numbers satisfying a first preset condition, an executing entity of the transportation device scheduling method (e.g., the computing device 101 shown in fig. 1) may obtain a preset first availability factor corresponding to the first preset condition from the terminal device through a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. Here, the first preset condition may be "a difference between every two article runout amounts in the article runout amount group is equal to or greater than a first preset difference, and the difference is equal to or less than a second preset difference". Here, the setting of the first preset difference and the second preset difference is not limited. Here, the first availability factor may be a factor preset to be stored in the local server corresponding to a preset availability factor. For example, the preset good rate may be "95%", and the preset first good rate coefficient may be "1".
In some embodiments, the execution main body may determine a difference between each preset article flow amount in the preset article flow amount group and an article flow amount corresponding to the preset article flow amount as a flow difference, so as to obtain a flow difference group.
In some embodiments, in response to the slip difference value set satisfying a second preset condition, the execution main body may acquire a second availability factor corresponding to the second preset condition from the terminal device through a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. Here, the second preset condition may be "the difference between every two of the flow transition difference values in the flow transition difference value group is equal to or greater than the first preset value, and the difference is equal to or less than the second preset value". Here, the setting of the first preset value and the second preset value is not limited. Here, the second cargo-rate coefficient may be a coefficient preset to be stored in the local server corresponding to a preset cargo rate. For example, the preset good rate may be "97%", and the preset second good rate coefficient may be "2".
In some embodiments, based on the mean value of circulation, the standard value of article circulation, the first rate coefficient of availability, the differential value of circulation, the second rate coefficient of availability, the set of article circulation, and the set of preset circulation, the executing entity may store the article initial inventory by:
firstly, determining the average value of the preset article flow quantities in the preset article flow quantity group as a preset flow average value.
And secondly, determining the average value of each circulation difference value in the circulation difference value group as the circulation difference value average value.
And thirdly, generating an article early storage amount based on the preset circulation average value, the circulation difference average value, the circulation average value, the article circulation standard value, the first goods availability factor, the circulation difference value group, the second goods availability factor, the article circulation amount group and the article preset circulation amount group.
In practice, the initial inventory of the article period can be generated by the following formula:
wherein the content of the first and second substances, indicating the initial first inventory.Representing the above-mentioned flow mean. The first cargo rate coefficient is represented. And the standard value of the article circulation is represented.Representing the preset flow mean. The second cargo rate coefficient is represented. The sequence number of the streaming difference value in the set of streaming difference values is shown.Indicating the number of streaming difference values comprised by the set of streaming difference values.Represents the second of the above-mentioned sets of slip differencesThe individual flow difference values.Representing the mean value of the above-mentioned flow difference values.Indicating an inventory threshold.Representing the factorial operator.Indicating the initial second inventory.Indicating the initial inventory of the item.Indicating a rounding down operation.
The formula and the related content in step 306 serve as an invention point of the present disclosure, thereby solving the technical problem mentioned in the background art that "the fluctuation of the articles at different times is not considered, and the initial inventory setting is too high, which may cause high loss of part of the articles; the initial period should have a low inventory setting, which results in a low utilization of the front bay. The factors that contribute to higher losses of parts of the articles or lower utilization of the front compartment are often as follows: the fluctuation conditions of the articles at different time are not considered, and the initial inventory setting is too high, which causes higher loss of part of the articles; if the initial inventory setting is low, the utilization of the front warehouse will be causedThe rate is low. If the factors are solved, the effects of reducing the loss of partial articles and improving the utilization rate of the front bin can be achieved. To achieve this, the transportation device scheduling method of some embodiments of the present disclosure passes through three different angles to mitigate the fluctuation of the items at different times. First, it is determined whether the group of article runoff quantities satisfies a first preset condition, i.e., whether the group of article runoff quantities conforms to normal distribution is determined. Thus, when the group of article runoff quantities conforms to the normal distribution, the method utilizesThe initial inventory of the generated article relatively accords with the requirement condition of the actual article. And then, determining whether the flow rotation difference value group meets a second preset condition, namely, judging whether the flow rotation difference value group accords with normal distribution. Thus, when the flow difference value group is fit to the normal distribution, the method usesThe initial stock of the article thus generated is in accordance with the actual demand of the article. Then, when the article flow quantity group and the flow difference value group do not conform to the normal distribution, the article flow quantity group and the flow difference value group are passedTo obtain the initial inventory of the second period. And finally, comprehensively selecting the optimal (maximum) initial inventory of the articles from the initial inventory of the articles obtained from three different angles through a formula. Therefore, the problem that the loss of part of articles is high due to the fact that the initial inventory setting is too high is solved; and the problem that the utilization rate of the preposed bin is low due to low inventory setting at the beginning of the period is solved. Therefore, the loss of partial articles in the front cabin is reduced, and the space utilization rate of the front cabin is improved.
And 307, controlling the related transportation equipment to dispatch the equipment according to the initial inventory of the goods.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation manner and technical effects of step 307 may refer to step 204 in those embodiments corresponding to fig. 2, and are not described herein again.
As can be seen from fig. 3, compared with the description of some embodiments corresponding to fig. 2, the flow 300 of the transportation device scheduling method in some embodiments corresponding to fig. 3 solves the problem that the initial inventory level is set too high, which results in high loss of part of the articles; and the problem that the utilization rate of the preposed bin is low due to low inventory setting at the beginning of the period is solved. Therefore, the loss of partial articles in the front cabin is reduced, and the space utilization rate of the front cabin is improved.
