the investigation module is used for collecting government affair requests received by the control center within a preset period of time and carrying out keyword analysis on the government affair requests to obtain target keywords; sorting the target keywords according to the occurrence frequency L1; transmitting the ordered target keywords to a display module for real-time display through a control center; the topics which are concerned by citizens in common are determined conveniently in real time; the smart city construction is quickened; the browsing module is connected with the government affair platform; the browsing module is used for citizens to browse city construction data stored in the government affair platform; and records browsing records of citizens; the browsing module is used for collecting browsing records of citizens in a preset period of time and analyzing the browsing records to obtain communication factor values between the citizens and the government platform; the information pushing module is used for receiving the communication factor value TX and determining an affinity level corresponding to the communication factor value TX by combining a database; when citizens log in the browsing module through the intelligent terminal to browse city construction data stored in the government affair platform; the information pushing module is used for determining corresponding information reminding contents according to the corresponding affinity level and the sorted target keywords; and the corresponding information reminding content is fed back to the intelligent terminal of the citizen, so that the citizen can know the urban construction information of the current popularity, and the user experience is greatly improved.

the problem uploading module is used for citizens to collect and edit urban construction problems, form government affair requests and upload the government affair requests to the control center; the control center performs type discrimination on the received government affair request; if the consultation type request is a consultation type request, the staff replies to citizens, if the consultation type request cannot be replied immediately, a corresponding task work order of the consultation request is dispatched to related departments, and the staff of the related departments replies;

obtaining transaction requests subjected to auditing and filtering by a control center, and marking the transaction requests as target requests; acquiring a credibility value KX of the target request; counting the number of requests which are considered to be the same request as the target request, and marking the request frequency P1 of the target request; obtaining uploading time which is considered to be the same as the target request, and performing time difference calculation on two adjacent uploading times to obtain single uploading interval duration; performing correlation processing on the single uploading interval duration to obtain an interval influence value C3; calculating a priority value YX of the target request by using a formula yx=kx×b1+p1×b2+c3×b3;
sorting the target requests according to the magnitude of the priority value YX; sequentially distributing task work orders of the target requests to related business departments according to the ordering of the target requests for processing; after the business department finishes processing, the task work orders flow back to the control center, and then the processing result is fed back to citizens;
the method for auditing and filtering the transaction requests by the control center comprises the following steps:
marking all transaction requests with occurrence time and occurrence place of one uploaded transaction request as centers, marking all transaction requests with occurrence place within radius r1 and occurrence time difference within a preset value, extracting keywords of all marked transaction requests, and considering the two uploaded transaction requests as the same request when the coincidence degree of the keywords of the two uploaded transaction requests reaches a preset coincidence degree lambda%; wherein lambda is a preset value;
the control center evaluates the reliability of the uploaded transaction requests of the same request, and selects the transaction request with the largest reliability value as the selected transaction request to be sent to the request analysis module.

The cloud computing-based intelligent government affair request processing system according to claim 1, wherein the investigation module is used for collecting government affair requests received by a control center in a preset period of time and analyzing keywords of the government affair requests to obtain target keywords, and sorting the target keywords according to the number of occurrence times; the browsing module is used for collecting browsing records of citizens in a preset period of time and analyzing the browsing records to obtain a communication factor value TX between the citizens and the government platform; the information pushing module is used for receiving the communication factor value TX and determining an affinity level corresponding to the communication factor value TX by combining a database;
when citizens log in the browsing module through the intelligent terminal to browse city construction data stored in the government affair platform; the information pushing module is used for determining corresponding information reminding contents according to the corresponding intimacy level and the sorted target keywords; and feeding corresponding information reminding contents back to the intelligent terminals of citizens.
