The slide angle adjusting assembly 6 comprises a screwing block 601, a worm 602, a worm wheel 603, a transverse rotating shaft 604 and a bearing frame 605; the screw block 601 is fixed at one end of the worm 602; the worm 602 is rotatably connected to the receiving frame 605; the worm 602 is in meshed transmission connection with the worm wheel 603; the worm wheel 603 is fixed at one end of the transverse rotating shaft 604; two ends of the transverse rotating shaft 604 are rotatably matched with two ends of the bearing frame 605; a bearing frame 605 of the slide reading angle adjusting assembly 6 is fixed at the inner end of the lifting cross frame 501; the other bearing frame 605 of the slide angle adjusting assembly 6 is fixed at the outer end of the horizontal cross frame 502; the lower end of the side frame assembly 7 is fixed to the middle of the transverse rotating shaft 604. When the slide reading angle adjusting assembly 6 is used, the inclination angle of the side frame assembly 7 can be adjusted by rotating the screwing block 601, the rotating screwing block 601 drives the worm 602 to rotate, the worm 602 rotates to drive the transverse rotating shaft 604 to rotate through the worm wheel 603, and finally the inclination angle of the side frame assembly 7 is adjusted through the driving of the transverse rotating shaft 604, and the self-locking and convenient operation of the side frame assembly are realized after the adjustment of the worm 602 and the worm wheel 603 due to the structural properties.
The side frame assembly 7 comprises a side frame body 701 and a fixed screw 702; the lower end of the side frame body 701 is fixed on the transverse rotating shaft 604 and is rotatably matched in the bearing frame 605; the top end of the fixed screw 702 is fixed on the top of the inner end of the side frame body 701; the fixing screw 702 is connected with a plurality of clip assemblies 8 in a threaded fit manner, and the clip assemblies 8 are in a sliding fit manner on the inner side surface of the side frame body 701. The side frame body 701 can be driven by the transverse rotating shaft 604 to perform a turning motion, so as to change the inclination angle.
The clip assembly 8 comprises a clamping seat 801, an internal threaded pipe 802, a top pressure disc 803, a sliding shaft 804, a tension compression spring 805 and an unlocking pulling block 806; the internal thread pipe 802 is rotatably matched in a longitudinal through hole of the clamping seat 801, and the internal thread pipe 802 is in threaded fit on the fixing screw 702; the clamping seat 801 is in sliding fit with the side face of the side frame body 701; the inner end of the clamping seat 801 is provided with a clamping groove, the jacking disc 803 is positioned at the inner side of the clamping groove, the jacking disc 803 is fixed at the inner end of the sliding shaft 804, the middle part of the sliding shaft 804 is in sliding fit with the clamping seat 801, and the outer end of the sliding shaft 804 is fixedly connected with an unlocking pull block 806; a tension compression spring 805 is sleeved on the sliding shaft 804, one end of the tension compression spring 805 is fixedly connected with the top pressure disc 803, and the other end of the tension compression spring 805 is fixed on the front side surface of the clamping groove.
The position of the clamping piece assembly 8 on the fixing screw 702 can be adjusted, the contact position of the clamping seat 801 on the inner side surface of the side frame body 701 can be driven to slide up and down by rotating the internal threaded pipe 802 to change the contact position of the internal threaded pipe 802 and the fixing screw 702 during adjustment, so that the position of the whole clamping piece assembly 8 is changed, then a CT film is clamped and fixed, the unlocking pull block 806 is pulled to drive the slide shaft 804 to slide outwards on the clamping seat 801, the slide shaft 804 drives the top pressure plate 803 to be separated from the inner side surface of the clamping groove in contact with the top pressure plate and compress the tension pressure spring 805, then the CT film is placed between the top pressure plate 803 and the side surface of one side of the clamping groove, and the CT film is clamped and fixed through the matching of the top pressure.
The illumination assembly 9 comprises a micro motor 901, a vertical frame 902, a driving screw 903, a lamp tube seat 904, an LED illumination lamp tube 905 and a reflecting plate 906; the stand 902 is fixed at the outer end of the side frame body 701; the micro motor 901 is fixed on the vertical frame 902, and an output shaft of the micro motor 901 is in transmission connection with a driving screw 903 through a coupling; two ends of the driving screw 903 are rotatably matched with the upper end and the lower end of the vertical frame 902; the middle part of the driving screw 903 is in threaded transmission connection with a lamp holder 904, and the lamp holder 904 is in sliding fit with the vertical frame 902; the outer end of the LED illuminating lamp tube 905 is fixed on the lamp tube seat 904, and the inner end of the LED illuminating lamp tube 905 is positioned at the rear side of the plurality of clamping seats 801; the outer end of the reflecting plate 906 is fixed on the lamp tube seat 904, and the inner end of the reflecting plate 906 is positioned at the rear side of the LED illuminating lamp tube 905. The LED illuminating lamp tube 905 in the illuminating assembly 9 is used for illuminating the CT film, so that a doctor can observe the CT film clearly, the position of the LED illuminating lamp tube 905 can be adjusted, the illumination of the position, needing to be observed, of the CT film can be enhanced, and the observation effect is improved; the micro motor 901 can drive the driving screw 903 to rotate after being started, and when the driving screw 903 rotates, the lamp tube seat 904 can be controlled to slide up and down on the vertical frame 902, so that the LED illuminating lamp tube 905 and the reflector 906 are driven to move up and down, the LED illuminating lamp tube 905 is controlled to illuminate the position of a CT film to be observed more clearly, and the film reading effect is improved; the reflector 906 is used for supplementing light and highlighting details when the LED illuminating lamp tube 905 illuminates, so that the illuminating and film reading effect is improved.
The principle is as follows: two CT film fixing mechanisms 1 are arranged in the CT film fixing device, so that the CT film fixing device is convenient to use when two groups of CT films are compared; the sizes of the two CT film fixing mechanisms 1 in the device can be adjusted, so that CT films with different sizes can be clamped and fixed conveniently, and the device is favorable for fixing the CT films amplified to a certain degree on the CT film fixing mechanisms 1 when multiple doctors study the CT films; the adjustable base mechanism 4 is arranged in the CT film fixing mechanism, when the control regulation mechanism 3 and the two adjustable bracket mechanisms 2 are matched for transmission to drive the two CT film fixing mechanisms 1 to be enlarged in size, the supporting range of the adjustable base mechanism 4 is synchronously enlarged, and the stability of the CT film fixing mechanism 1 can be enhanced when the size of the CT film fixing mechanism 1 is enlarged.

Adjustable CT film reads piece device, including CT film fixed establishment (1), adjustable bracket mechanism (2), regulation and control mechanism (3) and adjustable base mechanism (4), its characterized in that: the two CT film fixing mechanisms (1) are arranged, the inner ends of the two CT film fixing mechanisms (1) are relatively connected to the middle part of the adjustable bracket mechanism (2), and the outer ends of the two CT film fixing mechanisms (1) are relatively connected to the two ends of the adjustable bracket mechanism (2); the adjustable bracket mechanism (2) is fixed on the adjustable base mechanism (4); the upper end and the lower end of the regulating mechanism (3) are respectively connected with the adjustable bracket mechanism (2) and the adjustable base mechanism (4) in a matching manner, and the regulating mechanism (3) is in transmission connection with the adjustable bracket mechanism (2) and the adjustable base mechanism (4).

The adjustable CT film reading apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the regulating mechanism (3) comprises a servo motor (301) with a speed reducer, a driving belt wheel (302), a synchronous belt (303), a driven belt wheel (304), a lead screw (305) and a driving bevel gear (306); the servo motor (301) is fixed on the adjustable base mechanism (4); the output shaft of the servo motor (301) is fixedly connected with a driving belt wheel (302), and the driving belt wheel (302) is in transmission connection with a driven belt wheel (304) fixed on a lead screw (305) through a synchronous belt (303); the top end of the lead screw (305) is rotatably connected to the middle of the central bracket (201), the middle part of the lead screw (305) is connected with the push-pull seat (205) through thread transmission, and the bottom end of the lead screw (305) is rotatably connected to the middle of the adjustable base mechanism (4); a driving bevel gear (306) fixed on the lead screw (305) is in meshed transmission connection with the adjustable base mechanism (4).

The adjustable CT film reading apparatus of claim 3, wherein: the adjustable base mechanism (4) comprises a circular base (401), a driven bevel gear (402), a transmission screw (403), inner and outer sliding blocks (404), a screw support (405), sliding support legs (406) and universal wheels (407); the servo motor (301) and the two L-shaped brackets (203) are fixed on the circular base (401); the bottom end of the lead screw (305) is rotatably connected to the circular base (401); the driving bevel gear (306) is in meshed transmission connection with four driven bevel gears (402), the four driven bevel gears (402) are fixed at the inner ends of four transmission screw rods (403), the outer ends of the four transmission screw rods (403) are rotatably connected to four screw rod supports (405), and the four screw rod supports (405) are uniformly fixed on the top surface of the circular base (401) in a surrounding manner; the middle part of each transmission screw rod (403) is connected with an inner and outer sliding block (404) in a threaded fit mode, the four inner and outer sliding blocks (404) are in sliding fit in four inner and outer slideways on the top surface of the circular base (401), the four inner and outer sliding blocks (404) are fixed at the inner ends of four sliding support legs (406), the four sliding support legs (406) are in sliding fit in four rectangular slideways on the side surface of the circular base (401), and the outer ends of the four sliding support legs (406) are respectively connected with a universal wheel (407) in a rotating mode; the height of the bottom surface of the universal wheel (407) is not higher than that of the bottom surface of the circular base (401).

The adjustable CT film reading apparatus of claim 6, wherein: the slide reading angle adjusting assembly (6) comprises a screwing block (601), a worm (602), a worm wheel (603), a transverse rotating shaft (604) and a bearing frame (605); the screwing block (601) is fixed at one end of the worm (602); the worm (602) is rotationally connected to the bearing frame (605); the worm (602) is in meshed transmission connection with the worm wheel (603); the worm wheel (603) is fixed at one end of the transverse rotating shaft (604); two ends of the transverse rotating shaft (604) are rotatably matched with two ends of the bearing frame (605); a bearing frame (605) of the slide reading angle adjusting assembly (6) is fixed at the inner end of the lifting cross frame (501); the bearing frame (605) of the other slide reading angle adjusting assembly (6) is fixed at the outer end of the horizontal cross frame (502); the lower end of the side frame component (7) is fixed in the middle of the transverse rotating shaft (604).
