Abstract

本发明提供一种用于生产高物性水性聚氨酯贝斯的浆料的制备方法,属于水性聚氨酯人造革制造领域。一种用于生产高物性水性聚氨酯贝斯的浆料的制备方法包括:首先将水性聚氨酯树脂加入搅拌罐中,在200‑300r/min的搅拌速度下加入填料分散剂;然后降低搅拌速度至100‑200r/min加入相应填料继续搅拌,静置消泡后转入吨桶加入防开裂助剂、色料、发泡剂、稳泡剂、非离子表面活性剂和增稠剂增稠后得到生产贝斯用浆料;最后浆料采用酸/盐凝固湿法发泡或干式直涂发泡生产贝斯。通过本发明制造的浆料生产的水性聚氨酯贝斯有效解决了水性聚氨酯贝斯干湿剥离和耐曲折性能不高的问题,提高生产效率和降低能源消耗的同时制得的水性聚氨酯贝斯更加透气、透湿。

一种用于生产高物性水性聚氨酯贝斯的浆料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于水性聚氨酯人造革制造领域,具体涉及一种用于生产高物性水性聚氨酯贝斯的浆料的制备方法。
背景技术
天然皮革由于具有优良的天然特性被人们广泛用于生产日用品和工业品,但随着世界人口增长,人类对皮革的需求倍增,数量有限的天然皮革早已不能满足人们这种需求。为解决这一矛盾,科学家们几十年前就开始研究开发人造革、合成皮革,以弥补天然皮革的不足。
聚氨酯(PU)涂于织物表面最早出现于20世纪50年代的市场上,到了1964年,美国杜邦公司开发出了一种用作鞋帮的PU合成革。日本公司建立了一套年产60万平方米的生产线之后,经过20多年的不断研究开发,PU合成革无论在产品质量、品种,还是产量上都得到了快速地增长。其性能越来越接近天然皮革,某些性能甚至超过了天然皮革,达到了与天然皮革真假难分的程度,在人类的日常生活中占据着十分重要的地位。
水性聚氨酯是以水代替有机溶剂作为分散介质的新型聚氨酯体系,水性聚氨酯以水为溶剂,有着无污染、安全可靠、机械性能优良、相容性好、易于改性等优点。但现有技术制造的水性聚氨酯贝斯(贝斯:半成品人造革)产品物性不高,主要体现在贝斯干湿剥离和耐曲折性能不高不稳定,因而限制了其应用领域。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术制造的水性聚氨酯贝斯产品物性不高,主要是贝斯干湿剥离和耐曲折性能不佳的问题,提供了一种用于生产高物性水性聚氨酯贝斯的浆料的制备方法。与现有技术相比,通过本发明制造的浆料生产的水性聚氨酯贝斯干湿剥离、耐曲折性能优良,在保证产品物理性能的基础上,提高生产速度,有效降低能源消耗,获得的水性聚氨酯贝斯更加透气透湿。
本发明提供了一种用于生产高物性水性聚氨酯贝斯的浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将水性聚氨酯树脂加入到搅拌罐中,在200-300r/min搅拌速度下加入填料分散剂搅拌15-20min得到处理物I;
2)将步骤1)所得处理物I在100-200r/min搅拌速度下加入填料搅拌40-80min后静置消泡得到处理物II;
3)将步骤2)所得处理物II转入吨桶中加入防开裂助剂、色料、非离子表面活性剂、发泡剂、稳泡剂和增稠剂得到生产贝斯用浆料;
其中,所述非离子表面活性剂包括α-苯基-ω-羟基-聚氧乙烯(CAS No.9004-78-8)和硫酸单-C16-18-烷基酯钠(CAS No.68955-20-4)。
进一步地,步骤1)所述水性聚氨酯树脂为羧酸型或者磺酸型,其固含量为45%-55%,采用丙酮或水作为溶剂生产。
进一步地,步骤1)所述填料分散剂为钙粉分散剂,添加量为所述水性聚氨酯树脂质量的0.1%-0.3%。
进一步地,步骤2)所述填料为钙粉,添加量为步骤1)所述水性聚氨酯树脂质量的30%-80%。
进一步地,步骤3)处理物II转入吨桶后按步骤1)所述水性聚氨酯树脂质量加入0.5%-2.0%防开裂助剂、0.5%-2.0%色料、1%-10%发泡剂、1%-10%稳泡剂和0.2%-1.0%增稠剂。
进一步地,步骤3)所述非离子表面活性剂添加量为步骤1)所述水性聚氨酯树脂质量的0.5%-2.0%。
进一步地,步骤3)所述非离子表面活性剂为含有1%-5%α-苯基-ω-羟基-聚氧乙烯和1%-5%硫酸单-C16-18-烷基酯钠的混合水溶液。
进一步地,步骤3)所述生产贝斯用浆料粘度为10000-30000cps。
进一步地,所述发泡剂可采用本领域常用原料,例如,本发明实施例选用的发泡剂为有机硅改性发泡剂、硬脂酸盐类发泡剂或十二烷基硫酸钠复合发泡剂。
进一步地,所述稳泡剂可采用本领域常用原料,例如,本发明实施例选用的稳泡剂为硅树脂聚醚乳液类稳泡剂。
进一步地,所述增稠剂可采用本领域常用原料,例如,本发明实施例选用的增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂或碱溶胀型丙烯酸增稠剂。
进一步地,步骤3)所得生产贝斯用浆料后续合成水性聚氨酯贝斯的加工方法为酸/盐凝固的湿法发泡贝斯工艺,或干式直涂发泡贝斯工艺;其中酸/盐凝固的湿法发泡贝斯工艺步骤包括:将针织布、机织布或无纺布经0.5%-2.0%草酸/酒石酸水溶液处理后烘干,利用水性聚氨酯发泡机将上述浆料涂覆于针织布、机织布或无纺布表面,控制发泡密度0.65-0.80,在0.5%-3.0%酸(草酸或酒石酸)/盐(氯化钠或氯化钾)水溶液中凝固、水洗后烘干收卷得到水性聚氨酯贝斯。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
填料和本发明所述非离子表面活性剂的加入量严重影响贝斯的物性,特别是贝斯的剥离和耐曲折性能。在产品手感高要求的情况下,所述非离子表面活性剂提供了一种提高贝斯物理性能的手段,为高物理性能的产品提供了优良的解决方案。另外,在保证产品优良的剥离和耐曲折性能而目标手感要求不高的情况下,也可以增加填料的加入百分比,提高生产车速15%左右,有效降低能源消耗,获得更加透气透湿的水性聚氨酯贝斯,拓宽了水性聚氨酯合成革的应用领域,在高端运动鞋革方面取得了新的进展。对于中剥离产品,降低传统水性聚氨酯合成革对发泡机性能的依赖性;对于高剥离产品,有效提高水性聚氨酯合成革贝斯剥离10%-50%,填补了水性聚氨酯合成革高剥离产品的空白,为替代环保性较差的高物性油性合成革增添了新的解决方案。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明并不限于以下实施例。所述方法如无特别说明均为常规方法,所述原材料如无特别说明均能从公开商业途径获得。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种用于生产高物性水性聚氨酯贝斯的浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将丙酮作为溶剂生产的固含量50%的羧酸型水性聚氨酯树脂加入到搅拌罐中,在250r/min搅拌速度下加入0.2%钙粉分散剂搅拌20min后得到处理物I,将处理物I在150r/min搅拌速度下加入30%钙粉搅拌60min后静置消泡得到处理物II,将处理物II转入吨桶加入1.2%防开裂助剂、1.5%色料、0%非离子表面活性剂(α-苯基-ω-羟基-聚氧乙烯和硫酸单-C16-18-烷基酯钠含量均为3%)、6%发泡剂、6%稳泡剂和0.8%增稠剂得到粘度为20000cps的生产贝斯用浆料。
特别地,上述添加物添加量皆为所添加水性聚氨酯树脂重量百分比。
将所得生产贝斯用浆料利用酸/盐凝固的湿法发泡贝斯工艺合成高物性水性聚氨酯贝斯:将机织布经1.2%草酸水溶液处理后烘干,利用水性聚氨酯发泡机将上述浆料涂覆于机织布表面,控制发泡密度0.75,在2%草酸/氯化钠水溶液中凝固、水洗后烘干收卷得到水性聚氨酯贝斯。
实施例2-30
本实施例2-30按照下述配料均参考实施例1中的制备方法获得水性聚氨酯贝斯,区别仅在于非离子表面活性剂用量和填料钙粉用量不同,试验方案设计见表1所示:

将上述实施例1-30制备获得的贝斯样品(以厚度0.9cm为例)进行剥离和曲折性能检测,结果见表2所示:

根据表2数据可以看出,在填料量一定的情况下,每增加0.5%的所述非离子表面活性剂,可提高剥离和耐曲折性能15%-25%;在所述非离子表面活性剂加入量一定的情况下,每增加10%填料,剥离和耐曲折性能下降5%-15%。为了获得目标手感的产品,一般情况下贝斯浆料的填料加入量是不变的。综上所述,在产品手感等要求的情况下,所述非离子表面活性剂提供了一种提高贝斯物理性能的手段,为高物理性能的产品提供了优良的解决方案。通过本发明制造的浆料生产的水性聚氨酯贝斯具有很高的物性,尤其是耐曲折性能,满足高端运动鞋拉伸、曲折等物性较高的需求。

1)将水性聚氨酯树脂加入到搅拌罐中,在200-300 r/min搅拌速度下加入填料分散剂搅拌15-20 min得到处理物I;
2)将步骤1)所得处理物I在100-200 r/min搅拌速度下加入填料搅拌40-80 min后静置消泡得到处理物II;所述填料为钙粉,添加量为步骤1)所述水性聚氨酯树脂质量的30%-40%;
3)将步骤2)所得处理物II转入吨桶中加入防开裂助剂、色料、表面活性剂、发泡剂、稳泡剂和增稠剂得到生产贝斯用浆料;所述表面活性剂为含有3% α-苯基-ω-羟基-聚氧乙烯和3%硫酸单-C16-18-烷基酯钠的混合水溶液,所述表面活性剂添加量为步骤1)所述水性聚氨酯树脂质量的0.5%-2.0%。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种用于生产高物性水性聚氨酯贝斯的浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)所述水性聚氨酯树脂为羧酸型或者磺酸型,其固含量为45%-55%,采用丙酮或水作为溶剂生产。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种用于生产高物性水性聚氨酯贝斯的浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)所述填料分散剂为钙粉分散剂,添加量为所述水性聚氨酯树脂质量的0.1%-0.3%。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种用于生产高物性水性聚氨酯贝斯的浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3)处理物II转入吨桶后按步骤1)所述水性聚氨酯树脂质量加入0.5%-2.0%防开裂助剂、0.5%-2.0%色料、1%-10%发泡剂、1%-10%稳泡剂和0.2%-1.0%增稠剂。
