After the punching is completed, the driving device 6 drives the lifting rod 43 to ascend, and drives the punching plate 42 to ascend under the matching action of the second return spring, so that the punching knife is separated from the base material. And then the substrate is rolled by the rolling device 5.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the driving device 6 includes a lifting motor 61, a first driving mechanism including a first driving shaft 621 and a transmission assembly including a transmission disc 631, a transmission plate 632, a swing arm 633, a lower pull plate 634, and a support plate 65, and a second driving mechanism. The lifting motor 61 drives the first driving shaft 621 to rotate through belt transmission, the first driving shaft 621 is rotatably connected with the frame 1, and the transmission discs 631 are fixedly installed at two ends of the first driving shaft 621. One end of the drive plate 632 is connected to the eccentric rotation of the drive plate 631. The swing arm 633 is rotatably connected with the frame 1, the lower end of the swing arm 633 is hinged with the other end of the transmission plate 632, the upper end of the swing arm 633 is hinged with the lower pull plate 634, and the other end of the lower pull plate 634 is hinged with the support plate 65. In this embodiment, the connection point where the swing arm 633 is rotatably connected to the frame 1 is located between the hinge point of the swing arm 633 and the lower pull plate 634 and the hinge point of the lower end of the swing arm 633 and the driving plate 632. In another embodiment, the hinge point between the swing arm 633 and the lower pull plate 634 is located between the connection point where the swing arm 633 is rotatably connected to the frame 1 and the hinge point between the lower end of the swing arm 633 and the driving plate 632.

Referring to fig. 3 and 5, sliding grooves 651 are disposed on both sides of the supporting plate 65, and sliders for extending into the sliding grooves 651 are disposed on the lifting rod 43 and the connecting column 341. When the supporting plate 65 drives the lifting rod 43 and the connecting column 341 to press down, the downward pulling force applied to the lifting rod 43 and the connecting column 341 is more uniform.
