In this embodiment, when the weight detecting means detects the weight for the first time after the device is started or the device is reset, and/or the detected weight satisfies a first preset condition, for example, the weight of a preset storage container, the tag information of the storage container is collected by the tag collecting means, and when the weight detecting means detects the weight again after the weight is detected for the first time after the device is started or the device is reset, and/or the detected weight satisfies a second preset condition, for example, the weight is increased by a preset threshold or more than the weight of the preset storage container, the tag information of the article is collected by the tag collecting means.
It is understood that the label information of the storage container and the label information of the article may adopt different information encoding methods, for example, a serial number beginning with a number 1 is adopted as the label information of the storage container, a serial number beginning with a number 2 is adopted as the label information of the article, or an 8-bit serial number is adopted as the label information of the storage container, an 18-bit serial number is adopted as the label information of the article, a box pattern is adopted as the label information of the storage container, patterns of various articles are adopted as the label information of the article, and the like. Therefore, when the weight detection component detects the first weight, the processor can acquire each label in the range covered by the label acquisition component through the label acquisition component and identify the label information belonging to the storage container based on the preset label information coding mode of the storage container; when the weight detection component detects the second weight, the processor can acquire each label in the range covered by the weight detection component through the label acquisition component, and identify the label information belonging to the article based on the preset label information coding mode of the article.
In this embodiment, the processor determines that the object currently placed is a storage container or an article according to the current weight detected by the weight detecting unit and whether the current weight is the weight detected by the weight detecting unit for the first time; and/or according to the current weight detected by the weight detection component and whether corresponding preset conditions are met, the currently placed object is determined to be a storage container or an object, so that the processor can automatically identify the placed object and automatically associate the label information of the storage container with the identification information of the object, and the efficiency of associated information can be improved.
With continuing reference to fig. 5, a flow 400 of one embodiment of a method for associating information in accordance with the present disclosure is shown, as applied to the item picking apparatus of fig. 1 or 3, including:
step 401, an item label information set is obtained.
In this embodiment, an executing body of the method for associating information (for example, the article picking apparatus shown in fig. 1) may receive an article tag information set input by a server or a picker/intelligent picking device, where the article tag information in the article tag information set is tag information of an article to be picked, and the article tag information set may be determined based on an order generated by an e-commerce platform, may also be determined based on an invoice generated by a logistics platform, and so on.
And 402, in response to the weight detection component detecting the first weight, collecting label information of the storage container through the label collecting component.
And 403, collecting label information of the articles contained in the storage container through the label collecting part in response to the weight device detecting the second weight.
In this embodiment, the descriptions of step 402 and step 403 are the same as the descriptions of step 302 and step 303, and are not repeated here.
In response to determining that the tag information of the item belongs to the item tag information set, associating the tag information of the storage container with the tag information of the item, step 404.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the tag information of the item belongs to the item tag information set, the tag information of the storage container and the tag information of the item are associated, and it can be understood that if it is determined that the tag information of the item belongs to the item tag information set, it indicates that the item is an item to be sorted indicated by the item tag information set, and then after the item to be sorted is sorted into the storage container by the manual or intelligent sorting device and the tag information is collected by the tag collecting component, the tag information of the storage container and the tag information of the item are associated.
The method for associating information provided by the embodiment determines to perform information association based on the acquired item label information set, and can improve the accuracy and the picking efficiency of picking items.
Optionally, the method for associating information includes: in response to determining that the tag information of the item does not belong to the item tag information set, alert information is generated.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the tag information of the item picked into the storage container does not belong to the item tag information set, that is, the tag information of the item does not match the item tag information set, indicating that the item does not belong to the item to be picked indicated by the item tag information set, an alarm message may be generated to prompt the picker or the intelligent picking apparatus that the item currently picked into the storage container does not belong to the item to be picked indicated by the item tag information set.
In this embodiment, when the label information of the article picked in the storage container is not matched with the article label information set, alarm information is sent out to prompt a picking person or a picking intelligent device, so that the accuracy of picking the article can be improved.
Optionally, the method for associating information includes: associating tag information of the storage container with the item tag information set; constructing a related label information set by adopting the label information of each storage container related to the article label information set and the label information of all corresponding articles; and in response to determining that the item tag information set is inconsistent with the associated tag information set, determining an item corresponding to item tag information which exists in the item tag information set and does not exist in the associated tag information set as the item to be picked.
In this embodiment, the tag information of each storage container placed on the storage platform may be associated with the item tag information set, and a related tag information set may be constructed using the tag information of all items corresponding to the tag information of each storage container associated with the item tag information set. If it is determined that certain item tag information exists in the item tag information set but does not exist in the associated tag information set, the item corresponding to the item tag information is a missed item, and the item may be further determined as an item to be picked.
In this embodiment, the tag information of the storage container is associated with the item tag information set, when more than one storage container is used to sort items in a sorting task executed based on the item tag information set, each storage container used to execute the sorting task may be determined according to the association relationship between the item tag information set and the storage container, all the sorted items may be determined according to the tag information of each storage container, and the items to be sorted may be determined through the matching relationship between the tag information of all the sorted items and the item tag information set, so that the items to be sorted may be avoided from being missed to be sorted, and the items to be sorted that need to be sorted may be determined.
In some optional implementations of the embodiments described above in connection with fig. 4 and 5, associating the tag information of the storage container with the tag information of the item includes: and after receiving the association signal, associating the label information of the storage container with the label information of the article.
In this embodiment, the sorting device associates the tag information of the storage container with the tag information of the articles after receiving the association signal, where the association signal may be information generated by the processor after the tag information of a preset number of articles is collected by the tag collection component, and the association signal may also be information generated by the processor after the weight detection component detects that the weight borne by the current storage table exceeds the preset threshold.
The embodiment associates the tag information of the storage container with all the acquired tag information at one time based on the association signal, so that the association efficiency can be improved, and communication resources and computing resources can be saved.
Optionally, the generation manner of the association signal includes: in response to the weight detected by the weight detecting means being less than a preset threshold, a correlation signal is generated.
In this embodiment, when the weight detecting component detects that the weight currently carried by the object placing table is less than the preset threshold, an association signal indicating that the identification information of the object placing container is associated with the tag information of all the articles placed in the object placing container may be generated. It can be understood that when the weight detection component detects that the weight borne by the current object placing table is 0, it may be determined that the object placing container has been moved to another area such as the re-checking table or the transfer conveyor belt, that is, the picking task is completed this time, and at this time, the object placing container may be associated/bound with the article placed therein.
With continued reference to FIG. 6, a flow 500 of one embodiment of a method for picking items in accordance with the present disclosure is shown, including:
step 501, acquiring an item selection menu.
In this embodiment, the execution body of the method for picking items may obtain an item picking order, where the item picking order includes identification information of each item to be picked/picked, such as the number of the item, the name and model of the item, or the storage location of the item.
In some optional embodiments, obtaining an item order menu comprises: and in response to receiving the order set, combining a plurality of orders in the order set according to a preset order combination condition, and generating at least one item selection menu.
In this embodiment, after receiving the order set, a plurality of orders in the order set may be merged according to a preset order merging condition to generate an item selection menu. The order set may be a set of multiple orders generated by a certain e-commerce platform, or a set of multiple pieces of article transfer information generated by a certain article platform, or the like.
For example, if the preset order combination condition is: orders are consolidated based on their shipping address, and orders from the order set having the same shipping address may be consolidated in an item picking menu.
For another example, if the preset order combination condition is: orders are consolidated based on the categories of items in the order, and orders for items in the order set having the same category may be consolidated in one item picking menu.
Step 502, associating the label information of the items selected according to the item selection menu with the label information of the storage container for containing the items.
In this embodiment, the tag information of the item selected according to the item selection menu may be associated with the tag information of the storage container for storing the selected item, for example, the tag information of the item selected according to the item selection menu and the tag information of the storage container for storing the selected item may be stored correspondingly by using a key value pair.
In some optional embodiments, the label information of the storage container is acquired by the first label acquiring component after the storage container is placed on the storage table and the first weight is detected by the weight detecting component for detecting the weight borne by the storage table; and the label information of the article is acquired by the second label acquisition component after the article is placed in the article placing container and the weight detection component detects the second weight.
The first tag collecting component and the second tag collecting component in this embodiment may be the same tag collecting component, such as the same image capturing device, or different tag collecting components, such as a first antenna for collecting tag information of a storage container and a second antenna for collecting tag information of an article.
In this embodiment, the label information of the item selected according to the item selection menu and the label information of the storage container for storing the selected item may be associated based on the method for associating information described in fig. 4 or fig. 5. The intelligent picking device can be used for picking the articles according to the article picking list, and the intelligent picking device can also be used for manually picking the articles.
In response to determining that all items in the item selection menu are associated, item selection in the item selection menu is determined to be complete, step 503.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that all of the items in the item order list have been associated with the storage container, it may be determined that all of the items in the item order list have been selected. The method for selecting items provided by this embodiment obtains an item selection menu, and realizes automatic association between an item identifier and a storage container identifier in the process of selecting items in the item selection menu, so as to improve efficiency and accuracy of item selection.
In some application scenarios, as shown in FIG. 7, a method 600 for picking items includes:
step 601, generating item selection menu: the warehouse management system receives the order set and generates at least one item selection menu according to the order set;
step 602, issuing an item selection menu: sending the item sorting list to a processor of the item sorting device;
step 603, obtaining label information of the storage container: when the weight detection part of the article sorting device detects a first weight, identifying label information of an article container placed on an article placing table of the article sorting device through a first antenna;
step 604, obtaining label information of the article: when the weight detecting component of the article sorting device detects the second weight, the label information of the articles placed in the article placing container is identified through the second antenna;
step 605, the article checks whether it passes: the processor of the article sorting device verifies the label information of the articles placed in the article placing container and whether the articles belong to an article sorting menu, namely, verifies whether the articles sorted at this time are the articles in the article sorting menu; if the item picked this time is determined not to be an item in the item picking list, executing step 606; if the item selected this time is determined to be an item in the item selection menu, step 607 is executed;
step 606, sending out an alarm prompt;
step 607, repeatedly picking the articles until the articles are picked or the storage container is full;
step 608, generating the picking completion signal: when all the articles in the article sorting menu are sorted or the article container is full, the article sorting device is transported to an article rechecking table or an article transportation area, when the article container and the articles contained therein are removed from the article table of the article sorting device, the weight detection component of the article sorting device detects that the weight borne by the article table is zero, at the moment, the weight detection component sends a weight loss signal to the processor, and then the processor of the article sorting device can send a signal indicating that the sorting is finished to the warehouse management system;
step 609, judging whether the item selection menu is finished: the warehouse management system may determine whether all the items in the order set have been picked up according to the label information of the associated items and the items included in the order set, if not, execute step 610, and if so, stop;
step 610, determine the next item selection menu: item picking menus are generated according to the items which are not picked completely in the order set, and steps 602 to 609 are executed.
With further reference to fig. 8, as an implementation of the methods illustrated in the above figures, the present disclosure provides one embodiment of an apparatus for picking items, which corresponds to the method embodiment illustrated in fig. 6, and which may be particularly applicable in various electronic devices.
As shown in fig. 8, the apparatus 700 for picking items of the present embodiment includes: an acquisition unit 701, an association unit 702, and a determination unit 703. The system comprises an acquisition unit, a sorting unit and a sorting unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring an item sorting list; the association unit is used for associating the label information of the items selected according to the item selection menu with the label information of the storage container for containing the items; a determining unit, configured to determine that item picking in the item picking menu is complete in response to determining that all items in the item picking menu are associated.
In some embodiments, the obtaining unit comprises: and the generating module is used for combining a plurality of orders in the order set according to a preset order combining condition in response to the received order set and generating at least one item selection menu.
In some embodiments, the label information of the storage container is acquired by the first label collecting part after the storage container is placed on the storage table and the first weight is detected by the weight detecting part for detecting the weight borne by the storage table; and the label information of the article is acquired by the second label acquisition component after the article is placed in the article placing container and the weight detection component detects the second weight.
The units in the apparatus 800 described above correspond to the steps in the method described with reference to fig. 6. Thus, the operations, features and technical effects achieved by the methods for picking items described above are equally applicable to the apparatus 800 and the units included therein, and will not be described in detail herein.
According to an embodiment of the present application, an electronic device and a readable storage medium are also provided.
As shown in fig. 9, a block diagram of an electronic device 800 for a method of associating information according to an embodiment of the application is shown. Electronic devices are intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other appropriate computers. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be examples only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the present application that are described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 9, the electronic apparatus includes: one or more processors 801, memory 802, and interfaces for connecting the various components, including a high speed interface and a low speed interface. The various components are interconnected using different buses and may be mounted on a common motherboard or in other manners as desired. The processor may process instructions for execution within the electronic device, including instructions stored in or on a memory to display graphical information of a GUI on an external input/output device (such as a display device coupled to the interface). In other embodiments, multiple processors and/or multiple buses may be used, along with multiple memories and multiple memories, as desired. Also, multiple electronic devices may be connected, with each device providing portions of the necessary operations (e.g., as a server array, a group of blade servers, or a multi-processor system). Fig. 9 illustrates an example of a processor 801.
The memory 802 is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium as provided herein. Wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the method for associating information provided herein. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of the present application stores computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the method for associating information provided herein.
The memory 802, which is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, may be used to store non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the methods for associating information in the embodiments of the present application. The processor 801 executes various functional applications of the server and data processing by running non-transitory software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 802, that is, implements the method for associating information in the above-described method embodiments.
The memory 802 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the electronic device for extracting the video clip, and the like. Further, the memory 802 may include high speed random access memory and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 802 optionally includes memory located remotely from the processor 801, which may be connected over a network to an electronic device for retrieving video clips. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The electronic device for the method of associating information may further include: an input device 803, an output device 804, and a bus 805. The processor 801, the memory 802, the input device 803, and the output device 804 may be connected by a bus 805 or otherwise, as exemplified by the bus 805 in fig. 9.
The input device 803 may receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function controls of the electronic apparatus for extracting video segments, such as a touch screen, keypad, mouse, track pad, touch pad, pointer stick, one or more mouse buttons, track ball, joystick, or other input device. The output devices 804 may include a display device, auxiliary lighting devices (e.g., LEDs), and haptic feedback devices (e.g., vibrating motors), among others. The display device may include, but is not limited to, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a Light Emitting Diode (LED) display, and a plasma display. In some implementations, the display device can be a touch screen.
Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here can be realized in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, application specific ASICs (application specific integrated circuits), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.
These computing programs (also known as programs, software applications, or code) include machine instructions for a programmable processor, and may be implemented using high-level procedural and/or object-oriented programming languages, and/or assembly/machine languages. As used herein, the terms "machine-readable medium" and "computer-readable medium" refer to any computer program product, apparatus, and/or device (e.g., magnetic discs, optical disks, memory, Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs)) used to provide machine instructions and/or data to a programmable processor, including a machine-readable medium that receives machine instructions as a machine-readable signal. The term "machine-readable signal" refers to any signal used to provide machine instructions and/or data to a programmable processor.
To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on a computer having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) by which a user can provide input to the computer. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user can be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic, speech, or tactile input.
The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a back-end component (e.g., as a data server), or that includes a middleware component (e.g., an application server), or that includes a front-end component (e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here), or any combination of such back-end, middleware, or front-end components. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include: local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and the Internet.
The computer system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present application may be executed in parallel or sequentially or in different orders, and the present invention is not limited thereto as long as the desired results of the technical solutions disclosed in the present application can be achieved.

It should be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations and substitutions may be made in accordance with design requirements and other factors. Claims (19)

1. An item picking device for associating information, comprising: a storage table, a weight detection component, a label acquisition component and a processor, wherein,
the weight detection component is arranged on the bottom surface of the object placing table, is in communication connection with the processor and is used for detecting the weight borne by the object placing table;
the label collecting component is in communication connection with the processor and is used for reading label information of the object containing container in response to the weight detecting component detecting the first weight and reading label information of the object contained in the object containing container in response to the weight detecting component detecting the second weight;
the processor is used for associating the label information of the storage container with the label information of the article.
2. The item picking device of claim 1, wherein the label picking component comprises:
a first antenna for reading the electronic tag information of the storage container in response to the weight detecting means detecting a first weight;
a second antenna for reading the electronic tag information of the article in response to the weight detecting part detecting the second weight.
3. The item picking device of claim 2, wherein the item picking device includes a frame disposed on an upper surface of the stand and fixedly connected thereto,
the first antenna and the second antenna are arranged on the frame.
4. The item picking device of claim 1, wherein the first weight comprises: the weight detected by the weight detection part for the first time and/or the weight meeting a first preset condition; the second weight comprises: the weight detecting part does not detect the weight for the first time, and/or the weight satisfying a second preset condition.
5. The item picking apparatus of claim 1, wherein the processor is to obtain a set of item tag information and associate tag information of the storage container with the set of item tag information.
6. The item picking device of claim 1, wherein the picking device further comprises an alert component,
the alarm component is communicatively coupled to the processor and configured to issue an alarm message in response to the processor determining that the tag information of the item does not match the tag information in the set of item tag information obtained by the processor.
7. A method for correlating information, wherein the method is applied to the item picking apparatus of any of claims 1-6, comprising:
collecting label information of the object container through the label collecting component in response to the weight detecting component detecting the first weight;
collecting label information of the articles contained in the storage container through the label collecting part in response to the weight device detecting a second weight;
and associating the label information of the storage container with the label information of the article.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein collecting, by the tag collection component, tag information for the storage container in response to the weight detection component detecting the first weight comprises:
collecting label information of the object container through a label collecting component in response to that the weight detected by the weight detecting component is the weight detected for the first time and/or the detected weight meets a first preset condition;
the collecting, by the label collecting component, label information of the items contained in the storage container in response to the weight device detecting the second weight includes:
and collecting label information of the object container through a label collecting component in response to that the weight detected by the weight detecting component is not the weight detected for the first time and/or the detected weight meets a second preset condition.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the method comprises:
acquiring an article label information set;
the associating of the label information of the storage container with the label information of the item includes:
associating tag information of the storage container with tag information of the item in response to determining that the tag information of the item belongs to the set of item tag information.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the method comprises:
generating alert information in response to determining that the tag information of the item does not belong to the set of item tag information.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein the method comprises:
associating the tag information of the storage container with the set of item tag information;
constructing a related label information set by adopting the label information of each article container related to the article label information set and the label information of all corresponding articles;
in response to determining that the item tag information set is inconsistent with the associated tag information set, determining an item corresponding to item tag information that is present in the item tag information set and that is not present in the associated tag information set as an item to be picked.
12. The method of any of claims 7-11, wherein said associating tag information of the storage container with tag information of the item comprises:
and after receiving the association signal, associating the label information of the storage container with the label information of the article.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the correlation signal is generated in a manner comprising:
generating the correlation signal in response to the weight detected by the weight detecting part being less than a preset threshold.
14. A method for picking items, comprising:
acquiring an item selection menu;
associating the label information of the items selected according to the item selection menu with the label information of the storage container for containing the items;
determining that item picking in the item picking menu is complete in response to determining that items in the item picking menu all complete an association.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein said obtaining an item order menu comprises:
in response to receiving the order set, combining a plurality of orders in the order set according to preset order combining conditions, and generating at least one item picking menu.
16. The method according to claim 14, wherein the label information of the storage container is acquired by a first label collecting means after the storage container is placed on a storage table and a first weight is detected by a weight detecting means for detecting a weight carried by the storage table;
and the label information of the article is acquired by the second label acquisition component after the article is placed in the article placing container and the weight detection component detects the second weight.
17. An apparatus for picking items, comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring an item selection menu;
the association unit is used for associating the label information of the items selected according to the item selection menu with the label information of the storage container for containing the items;
a determining unit, configured to determine that item picking in the item picking menu is completed in response to determining that all items in the item picking menu are associated with completion.
18. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of any one of claims 7-13 or 14-16.
19. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions for causing the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 7-13 or 14-16.
