s100, acquiring an initial pressure value detected by the detection component 5 at the moment of starting the cleaning device;
when the cleaning device does not work, the inside of the cleaning device is communicated with the atmospheric pressure, the internal pressure of the cleaning device is basically the same as the atmospheric pressure, and the detection value detected by the detection component 5 is the local atmospheric pressure value at the moment of starting the cleaning device. The control board of the cleaning device receives the signal (i.e., the signal reflecting the atmospheric pressure value);
it will of course be appreciated that the clogging of the filter structure may also be measured in relation to other parameters in the air flow, such as the dust content, etc., and that only the type of detection assembly 5 has to be changed. In this embodiment, the detection component 5 can be configured as a pressure sensor, so that the detection is more convenient.
S200, acquiring a working pressure value detected by the detection component 5 in real time within the working time of the cleaning device;
it should be noted that, during the operation of the cleaning device, a large amount of dust enters into the cleaning device and is filtered by the filtering structure, at this time, the air pressure value in the cleaning device changes, the detecting component 5 detects the change of the air pressure value in real time to transmit to the controller connected to the detecting component 5, and the controller processes the detection result of the detecting component 5.
S300, when the absolute value of the difference value between the working pressure value and the initial pressure value is larger than a preset value, judging that the filtering structure is blocked.
It should be noted that, when the detection result of the controller is that the absolute value of the difference between the working pressure value and the initial pressure value is greater than the preset value, the controller determines that the filter structure is blocked.
Through the atmospheric pressure of 5 real-time supervision filtration and motor 22's air inlet end and/or air-out end department of determine module, when crossing the structure jam, motor 22 air inlet end upper reaches or motor 22 air-out end low reaches atmospheric pressure value net sharply rise or descend, through obtaining motor 22 air inlet end upper reaches or motor 22 air-out end low reaches atmospheric pressure value, can effectively supervise filtration's operating condition, and can judge the accuracy to jam department, can effectively protect motor 22 normal operating, extension motor 22's life, thereby improve cleaning device's life.
The filter structure has various arrangement forms, and the measuring method is different according to different arrangement forms.

When the filtration only included the first filter component 3 of locating the air inlet end of motor 22, detection component 5 was including locating first sensor 53 between the air-out end of first filter component 3 and the air inlet end of motor 22, the step of above-mentioned S300 specifically included:
when the absolute value of the difference between the working pressure value detected by the first sensor 53 and the initial pressure value of the first sensor 53 is greater than the preset value, it may be determined that the first filter assembly 3 is clogged.
It should be noted that, when the first filter element 3 is in a normal state, the working pressure value detected by the first sensor 53 is not changed much from the initial pressure value, after the first filter element 3 is blocked, the air flow cannot pass through the first filter element 3, but the motor 22 is still running, so that the first cavity is vacuum, the air pressure is rapidly reduced, and the air pressure value at the air inlet side of the motor 22 is detected in real time by the first sensor 53, so that the first filter element 3 can be monitored, and a user can find the working condition of the first filter element 3 in time and can process the working condition in time.
A third embodiment of the method for detecting clogging of a filter element of a cleaning device according to the invention is presented below.
The filter structure may only comprise the second filter assembly 4 arranged at the air outlet end of the motor 22, and the detection assembly 5 comprises a second sensor 54 arranged between the air inlet end of the second filter assembly 4 and the air outlet end of the motor 22;
in this case, the step S300 specifically includes:
when the absolute value of the difference between the working pressure value detected by the second sensor 54 and the initial pressure value of the second sensor 54 is greater than the preset value, it may be determined that the second filter assembly 4 is clogged.
It should be noted that, when the second filter assembly 4 is in a normal state, the working pressure value detected by the second sensor 54 does not change much from the initial pressure value, when the second filter assembly 4 is blocked, the air flow cannot be discharged from the second filter assembly 3, but the motor 22 is still running, so that no air flow is continuously input into the second cavity and no air flow is output, the air pressure increases sharply, and the air pressure value at the air outlet side of the motor 22 is detected in real time by the second sensor 54, so that the second filter assembly 4 can be monitored, and a user can timely find the working condition of the second filter assembly 4 and can timely process the working condition.
A fourth embodiment of the method for detecting clogging of a filter element of a cleaning device according to the invention is presented below.
When the filter structure comprises the first filter component 3 arranged at the air inlet end of the motor 22 and the second filter component 4 arranged at the air outlet end of the motor 22, and the detection component 5 comprises the first sensor 53 arranged between the air outlet end of the first filter component 3 and the air inlet end of the motor 22 and the second sensor 54 arranged between the air inlet end of the second filter component 4 and the air outlet end of the motor 22,
in this case, the step S300 specifically includes:
when the absolute value of the difference between the working pressure value detected by the first sensor 53 and the initial pressure value of the first sensor 53 is greater than the preset value, and the absolute value of the difference between the working pressure value detected by the second sensor 54 and the initial pressure value of the second sensor 54 is less than or equal to the preset value, it can be determined that the first filter assembly 3 is blocked;
when the absolute value of the difference between the working pressure value detected by the first sensor 53 and the initial pressure value of the first sensor 53 is less than or equal to the preset value, and the absolute value of the difference between the working pressure value detected by the second sensor 54 and the initial pressure value of the second sensor 54 is greater than the preset value, it can be determined that the second filter assembly 4 is blocked;
when the absolute value of the difference between the working pressure value detected by the first sensor 53 and the initial pressure value of the first sensor 53 is greater than the preset value, and the absolute value of the difference between the working pressure value detected by the second sensor 54 and the initial pressure value of the second sensor 54 is also greater than the preset value, it can be determined that both the first filter assembly 3 and the second filter assembly 4 are blocked.
Based on the same judgment principle, the magnitude of the working pressure value on different sides of the motor 22 is compared with the initial pressure value, so that the blockage point can be judged and more accurate treatment can be carried out.
After the controller determines that the filter element is clogged, in order to better inform the user, the controller further includes the following steps after the step S300:
and sending a blocking signal after judging that the filtering structure is blocked.
Specifically, the blockage signal includes a photoelectric signal and/or an acoustic signal, for example, a display screen may be disposed on the housing of the cleaning device, and when the first filter assembly 3 and/or the second filter assembly 4 is blocked, the blockage condition is displayed on the display screen, or an alarm sound may be emitted to remind the user.
Of course, in another embodiment, after the controller determines that the filter element is clogged, in order to protect the motor 22 in time, after the step S300, the following steps are further included:
when the filter structure is judged to be blocked, the motor 22 is controlled to stop working.
After the controller determines that at least one of the filter assemblies is clogged, the controller immediately controls the motor 22 to pause so as to prevent the motor 22 from being damaged, thereby better protecting the motor 22.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent structures made by using the contents of the specification and the drawings of the present invention or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields are included in the scope of the present invention.
