A scraping apparatus for producing vermicelli as claimed in claim 6, further comprising an upper stopper member (7), the upper stopper member (7) comprising: two second guide plates (71), wherein the two second guide plates (71) are arranged on the placing rack (21); two third guide rods (72) are arranged, and the two third guide rods (72) are both arranged on the second guide plate (71) in a sliding manner; an upper baffle plate (73) arranged between the two third guide rods (72); and two fifth springs (74) are arranged between the third guide rod (72) and the second guide plate (71), and the fifth springs (74) are in a stretching state.
