Description

Video conference creating method, template generating method, device and storage medium
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the field of network communication, in particular to a video conference creating method, a template generating method, equipment and a storage medium.
Background
Conventional video conferencing systems typically provide users with three ways to create instant conferencing/meeting drafts. The method a is also the most commonly used one, and the user logs in the video conference service management system to fill in various configuration information including a conference type, a conference template, a conference picture number, a terminal list and the like to create a conference draft or an instant conference. And in the mode B, the terminal side user calls the special service number/conference number to establish the instant conference through the IVR/IVVR. And in the mode C, the terminal side user fills in information such as conference terminal joining information, conference picture number and the like to actively call the conference. The three ways are basically enough for the scene of networking a simple video conference with a small number of creators.
As video conferencing systems are increasingly used in large organizations such as governments, enterprises, education, training, etc., the use of high volume conferences is more frequent. When a single conference can not meet the requirement of a user on a super-large-capacity conference, a cascading conference needs to be established. The cascade conference refers to a conference organization mode for conference control message interaction among a plurality of conferences through a cascade interface. According to different characteristics of the cascade conference, the cascade ports are mainly divided into a master-slave cascade and a master-slave triple cascade; the method is divided into an IP cascade and an E1 cascade according to the types of cascade ports. When such a conference is created, the above modes B and C cannot meet the requirements, and only the mode a can be selected. The use mode A requires a conference manager to have certain professional knowledge, wherein the conference type and the cascade mode have various selectable parameters, and if the selection is wrong, a conference interaction error is caused, even the conference function is abnormal, and the like.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments. The following embodiments are divided for convenience of description, and should not constitute any limitation to the specific implementation manner of the present invention, and the embodiments may be mutually incorporated and referred to without contradiction.
A first embodiment of the present invention relates to a method of creating a video conference. The embodiment can be applied to an electronic device, and specifically can be a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer PAD, an MP4, etc., which are not listed here. The multi-stage conference comprises a plurality of conference elements, such as a main conference and a subordinate conference, and each conference element comprises a plurality of terminal elements for displaying the conference content of the video conference.
The flow of the method for creating a video conference in this embodiment is shown in fig. 1, and specifically as follows:
step 101, providing a meeting topological graph creating page.
Specifically, a topological graph creating page is provided, and the created page is used for a user to draw and edit the conference topological graph, and can also be used for displaying and previewing the conference topological graph to serve as a visual interface of the created video conference topological relation.
Step 102, in the creation page, a conference element is created as a main conference.
Specifically, the main conference is used by a conference host as an indispensable element for the video conference, so that one conference element is first created as the main conference. More specifically, the conference element corresponds to a conference template, wherein the conference template is represented by a preset graph, the graph corresponding to the conference template is detected on a creating page, and one conference element is created to serve as a main conference. In practical application, a drawing tool can be provided for a user to directly draw an image corresponding to the conference element on a created page, or a prefabricated topological graph picture can be imported, and the conference element can be identified through graph comparison. Further, multiple conference elements may be created, with the first being the primary conference if multiple conference elements are detected. Taking the conference template as a rectangle as an example, as shown in fig. 5, the creating page 51 first draws the rectangle 52 using a drawing tool, and detects that the rectangle 52 is the conference template according to the graph comparison, that is, a conference element is created on the creating page, and since the conference element is the conference element created first on the creating page, the rectangle 52 is further identified as the main conference.
It should be noted that, at the same time of creating the meeting element, the meeting name, the number of pictures and the performance parameters can be filled in. The performance parameters include video capabilities (including video coding, resolution, video frame rate and rate, etc.), audio capabilities, and other information used in the conference. A set of default performance parameters can be prefabricated, when a user sets the performance parameters, the default performance parameters can be directly selected for configuration, and the user can also customize special performance parameters for calling during creation.
Step 103, adding at least one terminal element for the main conference.
Specifically, after the main conference is created, terminals to be added to the conference may be sequentially added to the input area, for example, a terminal element input box control is set, and when addition is required, the terminal element is dragged into the terminal element input box. In practical applications, the user may also create the terminal element of the conference by directly filling in a terminal number (e.g., a unique identification code of the terminal).
At step 104, at the creation page, at least one meeting element is created as a subordinate meeting related to the main meeting.
Specifically, the first conference element created is the main conference, and accordingly, the user can continue to create the conference element, and the conference element created thereafter is the subordinate conference related to the main conference.
At least one terminal element is added to the conference on the lower level, step 105.
Specifically, the manner of adding the terminal element to the conference under the lower level is similar to the manner of adding the terminal element to the main conference in step 103, and an input area of the terminal element, such as an input control box, may be set in advance, and when the terminal element needs to be added, the terminal element may be dragged into the input box of the conference under the lower level. Wherein the names of the terminal elements in the whole conference topology are not repeated. In practical applications, the user may also add terminal elements to the conference in other manners, which are not listed here.
And 106, responding to a parameter setting instruction of the subordinate conference, displaying at least one possible function description of the subordinate conference, and responding to a selected instruction of a user aiming at one function description to determine the conference type of the subordinate conference.
Specifically, the function descriptions may be preset by the system, and the function descriptions may correspond to the conference types one to one. The functional description may specifically be as follows: the video linkage between the subordinate conference and the main conference, the mutual watching between the subordinate conference and the main conference all the time, or the video independence between the subordinate conference and the main conference. Correspondingly, the "video linkage between the subordinate conference and the main conference" and the "mutual watching between the subordinate conference and the main conference" may be set to correspond to the conference type of the "slave conference", that is, after the "video linkage between the subordinate conference and the main conference" or the "mutual watching between the subordinate conference and the main conference" selected by the user is detected, the conference type of the subordinate conference is determined to be the "slave conference". The method can also set that the 'lower-level conference and the main conference video are mutually independent' and correspond to the conference type of the 'third-level conference', that is, after the 'lower-level conference and the main conference video are mutually independent' selected by a user is detected, the conference type of the lower-level conference is determined to be the 'third-level conference'. The characters in the function description are popular and easy to understand, visual feeling is achieved, the user can understand easily, and correct conference types can be selected more easily.
And step 107, determining the cascading mode of the main conference and the subordinate conference.
Specifically, the method can be directly determined by a user, and the IP cascade is commonly used in a cascade mode. Furthermore, the user can deploy a private network, and if the private network deployed by the user is detected, the cascade mode of the private network is determined as the cascade mode of the main conference and the subordinate conference; and if the private network deployed by the user is not detected, determining the IP cascade as the cascade mode of the main conference and the subordinate conference. When the private network deployed by the user exists, the cascade of the private network is preferentially selected, and the safety of the video conference is improved.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the conference type confirmation in step 106 and the cascade mode confirmation in step 107 are performed after step 105, and in practical applications, after the lower-level conference is created in step 104, the order of the conference type confirmation and the cascade mode confirmation may not be limited herein.
It should be noted that, steps 104 to 107 are processes of creating one conference and terminal elements therein, and if there is more than one conference in the video conference to be created, the above processes are repeated, and the creation of the conference and terminal elements therein is continued until all the required conferences are created.
In summary, in the embodiment, the page is created through the topological graph, and the conference element and the terminal element in the video conference are obtained, so that the conference terminal and the parameter configuration thereof have visibility and are visual and visible, and a user can conveniently determine a desired conference form. And then, when the conference type is determined, providing function description for a user to select, after the user selects the function, determining the conference type according to the corresponding relation, and because the difficulty of determining the function of the subordinate conference is low, the difficulty of the user in the conference type is greatly reduced. Therefore, the invention improves the visibility of the conference creating process, reduces the creating difficulty, reduces the technical threshold of conference managers and is convenient for users to operate. The user can draw the required meeting elements by using other drawing tools so as to form a topological graph, the visibility and the interactivity of the operation process are further increased, and the operation difficulty of the creation process is reduced.
A second embodiment of the present invention relates to a method of creating a video conference. This embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and mainly differs therefrom in that: in the first embodiment, whether the conference element is created is determined by detecting whether a graph corresponding to the conference element exists in the creation page, and in the present embodiment, the prefabricated conference template is set to the second area to create the conference element, so that the creation of the conference element is further simplified, and the visualization of the operation process is increased.
As shown in fig. 2, creating a page in the present embodiment includes: providing a first area of a conference template and a second area for a user to build a conference topological graph. Correspondingly, when a meeting element is created, in response to a meeting template being placed in the second area, a meeting element is created according to the performance parameters of the meeting template.
In practical application, a plurality of conference templates can be arranged in a first area, wherein different conference templates correspond to different performance parameters, a user can select a required conference template from the first area, drag the required conference template to a second area, and create a conference element according to the performance parameters of the conference template after the required conference template is successfully dragged to the second area. Further, when the created conference element is the first conference element on the creation page, the conference element is taken as the main conference.
In one example, the required conference template may be triggered by double-clicking in the first area, and after a certain conference template is triggered by double-clicking, a conference element based on the performance parameters of the conference template may be created in the second area.
Further, after the main conference is created, the conference elements can be created by using the method, and the subsequently created conference elements are used as the subordinate conferences related to the main conference. The determination of the conference type and the cascade mode of the subordinate conference is similar to that in the first embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Therefore, the template is provided for the user to set, and the operation difficulty of the conference manager is further reduced.
A third embodiment of the present invention relates to a method of creating a video conference. The embodiment is further improved on the basis of the first embodiment, and the main improvement is as follows: in the topological graph checking process in the embodiment, the accuracy of the created conference topological graph is improved.
A flowchart of a method for creating a video conference in this embodiment is shown in fig. 3, and specifically follows:
steps 301 to 307 are similar to steps 101 to 107 in the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.
And step 308, checking the topological graph on the created page by using a preset creating rule.
Specifically, the preset creation rule may include: the image used by the conference element (such as a rectangular frame), the image used by the terminal element (such as an oval shape), the cascade line element uses a straight line with an arrow, the arrow starts to be the main conference, the arrow points to be the subordinate conference, the terminal element can not be a null duplicate name, whether the number of pictures exceeds a maximum threshold value, and the like.
After the conference element and the terminal element are created, each element can be traversed, and the preset creating rule is used for checking. If the 'finish' button is set, the user triggers the completion after the topological graph is completed, and the system executes the check after receiving the triggering instruction of the 'finish' button. Or setting a 'save' button, triggering the 'save' button when the user needs to save the topological graph after creating each element, and executing the check after the system receives a triggering instruction of the 'save' button.
In step 309, the parts that do not comply with the creation rules are deleted.
After the check, if there is a part that does not comply with the creation rule, deletion is performed, and if there is a duplicate terminal element, the terminal element after the addition time can be deleted. In practical application, prompt information can be displayed to prompt the user to add the new file.
And after the part which does not accord with the rule is deleted, the reserved part is the legal topological graph which accords with the rule, and then the user can continue to adjust the topological graph according to the requirement, and the video conference can be carried out after the establishment of the topological graph is finished. In practical application, the created topological graph can be used for generating a conference structure graph, storing, forming a template for standby and the like.
In this embodiment, the rule check is performed after the creation of the master conference and the slave conference is completed, and in practical applications, the check may be performed after each element is created, and if the rule is not met, the element may be directly deleted, and if the rule is met, the creation and the continuation may be permitted.
Therefore, in the embodiment, a process of detecting by using the creation rule is newly added, and the part which does not conform to the rule is deleted, so that the error probability of the created topological graph is reduced, and the accuracy of the topological graph is improved.
A fourth embodiment of the present invention relates to a template generation method for a video conference.
As shown in fig. 4, the template generation method in this embodiment is specifically as follows:
step 401, a conference topological graph is created through a video conference creation method.
Specifically, a conference topology map is created by any one of the methods for creating a video conference as described in the first to third embodiments.
Step 402, saving the meeting topological graph as a meeting template.
Specifically, the video conference template is saved as a conference template, the template file name is set, and the video conference template file name can be uploaded to a server to be filed for later calling when a video conference is created.
Furthermore, in the process of storing the topological graph as the template, the topological graph can be converted into a structural body, so that a machine can better recognize the topological graph. Taking the single-stage conference topology shown in fig. 6 as an example, the details are as follows:
when the element identification module traverses to the rectangular box, the element is confirmed as a conference element. The conference name included in the element is checked for validity (if there is a duplicate name/empty/contains an invalid character, it is indicated that the name is invalid), the number of screens is valid (if it contains a non-numeric character/exceeds the maximum number of screens supported by the system, it is indicated that the number is invalid), and the conference template is valid (if the name of the conference template is not present in the system, it is indicated that the name is invalid). The initial conference structure formed by submitting the information of each element after legal inspection to the semantic analysis module is as follows:
struct conference{
ConfName Jiangxi meeting place
picNum:n
confMode:default
}
When traversing to the terminal element (ellipse), extracting the internal character information, matching with the existing terminal name/terminal number of the system address book, if not, prompting the user that the terminal element is illegal; if the conference structure is matched with the conference structure, the semantic analysis module continues to add ter element information to the conference structure, and the conference structure is formed as follows:
struct conference{
ConfName Jiangxi meeting place
picNum:n
confMode:default
ter:Ter11,...,Ter1N
}
And after the overall inspection, confirming the topological graph to be correct, and storing the structural body corresponding to the topological graph.
Taking the three-level conference topological diagram in fig. 7 as an example, the process of forming the conference structure is as follows:
(1) and when the element identification module traverses to the rectangular frame, determining the element as the conference element. A conference structure was then formed as follows:
struct conference{
confName, Guangdong
picNum:8
confMode:default
}
(2) When the oval frame is detected, the element is determined to be a terminal element. Extracting internal character information, matching the internal character information with the existing terminal name/terminal number of the address book of the system, and when the internal character information is matched with the existing terminal name/terminal number of the address book of the system, continuously adding ter element information into the conference structure by the semantic parsing module to form the conference structure as follows:
struct conference{
confName, Guangdong
picNum:8
confMode:default
ter:Ter11,...,Ter1N
}
(3) When traversing to the line element with the arrow straight line, firstly, acquiring the name of the arrow straight line, if the conference is IP cascade and the conference type of the subordinate conference is the subordinate conference, the cascade type of the conference structure is IP _ master _ slave, cascade name: the meeting name of the meeting element at the other end connected by the arrow line. Next, the direction of the arrow is determined. The confType of the conference structure body which is started by the arrow straight line is master, and the confType of the conference structure body which is pointed by the arrow straight line is slave. The following 2 groups of conference structures formed by the semantic analysis module connected by the cascade line elements are shown:
1) starting end of arrow line:
struct conference{
confName, Guangdong
picNum:8
confMode:default
ter:Ter11,...,Ter1N
cascadeType:IP_master_slave
cascadeName Shenzhen
confType:master
}
2) Arrow lines point to the end (end):
struct conference{
confName Shenzhen
picNum:1
confMode:default
ter:Ter21,...,Ter2N
cascadeType:IP_master_slave
cascade name of Guangdong
confType:slave
}
(4) Similarly, if the cascading line is the special cascading and the conference type of the subordinate conference is the triple conference, the cascadeType of the conference structure is E1_ master _ three. The confType of the meeting from which the arrow line starts is master, and the confType of the meeting structure to which the arrow line points is three. The three conference structures formed by the semantic analysis module are as follows:
struct conference{
confName, Guangdong
picNum:8
confMode:default
ter:Ter11,...,Ter1N
cascadeType:IP_master_slave,E1_master_three
cascadeName Shenzhen, E1 three-level interface 11
confType:master,master
}
struct conference{
confName Shenzhen
picNum:1
confMode:default
ter:Ter21,...,Ter2N
cascadeType:IP_master_slave
cascade name of Guangdong
confType:slave
}
struct conference{
confName, Guangzhou
picNum:1
confMode:default
ter:Ter31,...,Ter3N
cascadeType:E1_master_slave
CascadeName E1 three-stage joint port 12
confType:three
}
And the conference information obtained after the conversion of all the steps is delivered to the information storage module to be stored in the database and is reserved for further processing by a subsequent module.
Therefore, the conference topological graph can be created through the video conference creating method, and then the topological graph is stored as the conference template, so that the template can be directly called to create the video conference later, and the method is simpler and more direct.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
