Claims (14)

1. An electronic device, the electronic device comprising:
an equipment body;
the holding assembly comprises a rotating assembly and a holding body;
the rotating assembly comprises a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is connected with the equipment body;
the holding body is connected with the rotating shaft and can rotate relative to the equipment body;
the holding body is accommodated in the equipment body under the condition that the holding body is positioned at a first position;
the gripping body is at least partially located outside the device body with the gripping body in a second position;
the holding assembly further comprises a connecting assembly, the connecting assembly penetrates through the rotating shaft, the connecting assembly comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part, the first connecting part is arranged along the axial direction of the rotating shaft, and the second connecting part is arranged along the axial direction of the rotating shaft;
the number of the second connecting members is plural, and the plural second connecting members are arranged in the circumferential direction of the first connecting member.
2. The electronic device of claim 1, further comprising a control board, the grip body comprising:
a first housing;
and the loudspeaker device is arranged in the first shell and is electrically connected with the control panel.
3. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein one end of the connection assembly is connected to the control board and the other end is connected to the speaker.
4. The electronic device of claim 3, wherein the speaker means comprises a first conductive sheet and a second conductive sheet,
the first connecting part is connected with the first conductive sheet;
the second connection member is connected to the second conductive sheet.
5. The electronic device of claim 4, wherein the electronic device comprises a memory device,
the second conductive sheet is in a non-closed ring shape and is connected with at least one second connecting part of the second connecting parts;
the first conductive sheet is inserted into the second conductive sheet from a notch of the second conductive sheet and is connected with the first connecting component.
6. The electronic device of claim 4, wherein the speaker apparatus further comprises:
the loudspeaker comprises a positive electrode contact and a negative electrode contact, one of the positive electrode contact and the negative electrode contact is connected with the first conductive sheet, and the other contact is connected with the second conductive sheet.
7. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein the rotating assembly further comprises:
the first support is sleeved on the rotating shaft and is connected with the first shell.
8. The electronic device of claim 7, wherein the rotating assembly further comprises:
the at least two friction plates are sleeved on the rotating shaft, and the at least two friction plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the first bracket;
the locking piece is connected with the rotating shaft and abuts against one friction plate of the at least two friction plates.
9. The electronic device of claim 8, wherein the electronic device comprises a memory device,
the friction plate comprises a friction plate body and a spline, wherein the friction plate body is annular, and the spline is arranged along the inner ring of the friction plate body;
the rotating shaft comprises a rotating shaft body and spline grooves, and the spline grooves are arranged along the axial direction of the rotating shaft body;
the spline is inserted into the spline groove.
10. The electronic device of any one of claims 1-9, wherein the rotating assembly further comprises:
the clamping parts are arranged along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft and are clamped with the equipment body.
11. The electronic device of claim 10, further comprising:
the second shell is buckled on the equipment body;
the rotating assembly further comprises a baffle plate, the baffle plate is sleeved on the rotating shaft, one side of the baffle plate abuts against the clamping portions, and the other side of the baffle plate abuts against the second shell.
