The intelligent express delivery appointment delivery and pickup system provided by the embodiment of the invention can not only carry out appointment pickup and appointment delivery through a face recognition technology, but also generate an appointment pickup code or an appointment delivery code through the server 2 to carry out appointment pickup and appointment delivery, and specifically comprises the following steps:
