At present, urban residents still occupy an important position when walking in a trip mode, roads are extremely easy to freeze in low-temperature rainy and snowy weather, inconvenience is brought to pedestrians passing through the roads, potential safety hazards are buried, and therefore measures are taken to guarantee the safety of the pedestrians when going out, and the safety is extremely slow.
In most areas in the north of China, the winter time is long, the snow fall amount is large, and ice and snow disasters are easily caused; at present, the common road deicing and snow melting mode in China is mainly a man-made method and a mechanical method, the man-made method has low working efficiency and large workload, and the safety of workers cannot be guaranteed; the mechanical method is high in deicing efficiency, but residual ice and snow in the grooves of the road surface cannot be well removed, driving safety still cannot be guaranteed, and the road surface and road marking lines are easily damaged by mechanical snow removal.
At present, aiming at the problem of road icing and snow accumulation, the problems can be solved from two angles of 'anti-icing' and 'deicing'; compared with deicing, the deicing method effectively avoids the passive circumstance that the road is deiced after being frozen, and the effective deicing measures can avoid the interference of manual deicing and mechanical deicing on the road; therefore, the anti-icing technology has good development and application prospects.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an anti-icing device for a road zebra crossing surface by utilizing solar energy, which is mainly suitable for zebra crossing areas in road intersections in areas with frequent rain and snow and easy icing.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an anti-icing device for a road zebra crossing surface by using solar energy, which is characterized by comprising: the device comprises a solar energy collecting device, an electric energy storage device, a road surface state monitoring device, a controller and a heating device.
As shown in fig. 2, the solar energy collecting device comprises a vertical rod, a solar panel and a solar controller; the upright stanchion is positioned beside the crosswalk at the intersection and is used for placing a solar cell panel, a solar controller, a storage battery, an inverter, a temperature sensor, a road surface state sensor and a safety box; the solar panel is positioned at the top of the vertical rod and used for collecting solar energy and converting the solar energy into electric energy; the solar controller is positioned in the safety box at the bottom of the upright stanchion and is used for carrying out charging protection and over-discharging protection on the storage battery, and meanwhile, the solar controller also has the temperature compensation function; the electric energy storage device comprises a storage battery and an inverter; the storage battery is positioned in the safety box at the bottom of the upright rod and used for storing electric energy; the inverter is positioned in the safety box at the bottom of the upright rod and used for converting electric energy.
The road surface state monitoring device comprises a temperature sensor and a road surface state sensor; the road surface state sensor is positioned below the solar cell panel and used for monitoring the state of the zebra crossing road surface (the degree of accumulated water, ice, snow and wet skid) in the intersection area; the temperature sensor is positioned in the middle of the vertical rod and used for monitoring the temperature of the intersection area.
The controller is located at the bottom of the upright stanchion and used for receiving temperature and road surface monitoring data, determining road surface conditions, selecting proper power, controlling the heating cable to work, and automatically controlling the heating cable to be opened and closed so as to achieve the anti-icing effect.
The heating device comprises a heating cable and an anti-cracking silk screen, and is shown in figure 3; the heating cable is positioned in the upper road bed under the road surface, the outer surface of the heating cable is protected by the concrete prefabricated part, so that the safety problem caused by the damage of the road surface is avoided, and a heat insulation layer is laid under the heating cable to prevent heat from being transferred downwards; the anti-cracking silk screen is positioned in the heat insulation layer and used for increasing the structural strength and preventing the heating cable from being damaged.

as shown in fig. 1, an anti-icing device for a solar road zebra crossing comprises: the solar panel is used for collecting solar energy and converting electric energy, and the solar controller is used for charging and over-discharging the storage battery, so that the storage battery can store the electric energy and provide the electric energy for the heating cable; the real-time data of the temperature and the road surface state are acquired through the temperature sensor and the road surface state sensing device, the controller analyzes the acquired data, the road surface state is determined, proper power is selected, and the heating cable is automatically controlled to be opened and closed, so that the anti-icing effect is achieved.

D) The automatic opening or closing of the heating cable is completed by the controller through the monitoring and data analysis of the road surface
