Abstract
The invention discloses a dry type iron container rust removing and cleaning device which comprises a dust cover and an air box which are connected, wherein a rust removing mechanism and a cleaning mechanism are respectively arranged between the dust cover and the air box; the rust removing mechanism comprises a main shaft which is rotatably arranged in the dust cover and the air box, a non-resistance air wheel, a powerful cam and a first-stage gear are respectively and fixedly arranged on the main shaft, a return spring is welded in the lower end of the dust cover, and a push block which is movably abutted against the powerful cam is welded on the return spring. The invention utilizes the main shaft to be provided with the unobstructed wind wheel which is driven to rotate by wind power, the main shaft is provided with the reciprocating rack which is elastically supported by the reset spring to be pressed and driven, and the screw rod which is integrally connected with the main shaft is used for fixedly driving the iron container, so that the scraper can comprehensively scrape rust outside the iron container; and a primary cleaning roller and a secondary cleaning roller are respectively arranged to comprehensively clean the inside and the outside of the iron container, so that the completely dry efficient rust removal operation is realized.

Background

Preferably, the unobstructed wind wheel is installed at one end of the main shaft in the wind box, and an air inlet and an air outlet corresponding to the unobstructed wind wheel are respectively formed at the upper end and the lower end of the wind box.
Preferably, the powerful cam and the primary gear are mounted at the middle end of the main shaft in the dustproof cover, and the threaded rod is connected with one end of the main shaft extending out of the dustproof cover.
Preferably, the lower end of the dust cover is provided with a guide hole for slidably sleeving the scraper, and the scraper penetrates through the guide hole in a sliding manner and is movably abutted against the outer wall of the iron container.

2. The upper end of the dust cover is respectively provided with the primary cleaning roller and the secondary cleaning roller, and the primary cleaning roller and the secondary cleaning roller can comprehensively clean the inside and the outside of the iron container by utilizing the meshed primary gear, the meshed secondary gear and the transmission belt, so that the completely dry efficient rust removing operation is realized.
In conclusion, the invention utilizes the main shaft to be provided with the unobstructed wind wheel driven by wind power to rotate, and the main shaft is provided with the reciprocating rack which is elastically supported by the return spring to be pressed and driven so as to drive the transmission shaft provided with the driven gear and the ball screw, so that the ball screw which rotates repeatedly drives the scraper to move left and right through the nut, and the screw integrally connected with the main shaft is utilized to fixedly drive the iron container, so that the scraper can comprehensively scrape rust stains outside the iron container; and a primary cleaning roller and a secondary cleaning roller are respectively arranged to comprehensively clean the inside and the outside of the iron container, so that the completely dry efficient rust removal operation is realized.

The cleaning mechanism comprises a first-stage cleaning roller 17 and a second-stage cleaning roller 18 which are rotatably arranged at the upper end of the dust cover 1, a second-stage gear 19 meshed with the first-stage gear 6 is fixedly sleeved on the first-stage cleaning roller 17, and a transmission belt 20 is connected between the first-stage cleaning roller 17 and the second-stage cleaning roller 18, so that the first-stage cleaning roller 17 and the second-stage cleaning roller 18 can synchronously rotate, and the inside and the outside of the iron container can be cleaned comprehensively.
The non-resistance wind wheel 4 is arranged at one end of the main shaft 3 in the air box 2, an air inlet 21 and an air outlet 22 corresponding to the non-resistance wind wheel 4 are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the air box 2, and the non-resistance wind wheel 4 rotates by introducing enough wind power into the air box 2.
Referring to the attached fig. 1 in the specification, the powerful cam 5 and the primary gear 6 are mounted at the middle end of the main shaft 3 in the dust cover 1, and the threaded rod 7 is connected with one end of the main shaft 3 extending out of the dust cover 1.
The guiding hole 23 of scaler 16 is established to the slip cap seted up to dust cover 1 lower extreme, and scaler 16 slides and runs through guiding hole 23 and offsets with the activity of iron container outer wall, and 16 synchronous horizontal migration of scaler at rotatory in-process at iron container to carry out comprehensive scraping to the rust stain on the iron container outer wall.
The primary sweeping roller 17 and the secondary sweeping roller 18 are horizontally disposed in vertical correspondence.
The first-stage sweeping roller 17 is movably abutted to the outer wall of the iron container, the second-stage sweeping roller 18 is movably abutted to the inner wall of the iron container, the first-stage sweeping roller 17 rotates to clean the outer wall of the iron container, and the second-stage sweeping roller 18 rotates to clean the inner wall of the iron container.
The invention can be illustrated by the following operating modes:
sleeving a rusted iron container to be treated on the threaded rod 7, and then locking and limiting the iron container by using the locking nut 8;
wind power is continuously sent into the wind box 2 through the wind inlet 21 to enable the unimpeded wind wheel 4 and the main shaft 3 to rotate:
on one hand, the main shaft 3 drives the iron container to rotate through the threaded pipe 7;
on the other hand, the spindle 3 drives the high-pressure cam 5 to rotate so as to extrude the push block 10, so that the return spring 9 is compressed under force, meanwhile, the reciprocating rack 11 extends outwards of the dust cover 1, and the driven gear 14 in meshed connection with the reciprocating rack drives the transmission shaft 12 and the ball screw 13 to rotate, the ball screw 12 drives the nut 15 to move horizontally, so that the scraper 16 moves in the guide hole 23, and rust on the outer wall of the iron container is scraped;
furthermore, the main shaft 3 drives the first-stage sweeping roller 17 to rotate through the meshed first-stage gear 6 and second-stage gear 19 so as to clean the outer wall of the iron container, and meanwhile, the first-stage sweeping roller 17 drives the second-stage sweeping roller 18 to rotate through the driving belt 20 so as to clean the inner wall of the iron container.
