The fruits and seeds can be used as medicines, are traditional Chinese medicinal materials in China, and can effectively prevent and treat various diseases such as dysentery, hernia and the like. The skin of August melon and fruit can be processed into health fruit tea, the pulp can be directly eaten or made into fruit pulp, fruit wine, fruit tea, fruit vinegar, etc., and the seed can be used for extracting oil. The August melon is primarily processed to realize the separation of peel and pulp, the pulp mainly comprises seeds and pulp, the seeds have more pulp and less pulp, the pulp is sticky and has viscosity to be stuck with the seeds, after the August melon peel and pulp are separated, the pulp still needs to be further processed to completely separate the seeds and the pulp, so that the August melon is changed into three parts of peel, seeds and pulp from the fruit, and the requirements of subsequent deep processing are met to make the best use of the pulp. Due to the characteristics of seeds and flesh of the holboellia latifolia (the pulp is sticky and has viscosity and is stuck with the seeds), the effective separation of the seeds and the pulp of the holboellia latifolia cannot be met by a juice separator, a pulp separator and the like in the prior art, so that a separator capable of fully separating the seeds and the pulp of the holboellia latifolia is required to be designed to make up the defects in the prior art.

In the preferred embodiment, the rubber scraper 14 is spaced from the inner surface of the upper screen cylinder 2 by a gap of 3 mm.
The rubber scraper 14 contacts with the inner surface of the lower screen cylinder 3 when rotating, so that the rubber scraper 14 stirs the seed pulp to move along the inner surface of the lower screen cylinder 3, and due to the screen holes on the lower screen cylinder 3, the pulp is scraped along the screen holes when the seed pulp moves on the inner surface of the lower screen cylinder 3 in the stirring process, so that the pulp leaks out of the screen holes, and the pulp scraped out of the screen holes becomes pulp and falls into the pulp receiving groove 18.
The diameter of the upper screen cylinder 2 is slightly larger, on one hand, the rubber scraper 14 does not contact with the inner surface of the upper screen cylinder 2 when rotating to the upper screen cylinder 2, namely, the pulp cannot be scraped out from the upper screen net 2, and the situation that the pulp scraped out from the upper part splashes everywhere under the centrifugal force action of the rubber scraper 14 and is not suitable for subsequent cleaning is avoided; on the other hand, the spraying water can be ensured to smoothly enter the scraping cavity, and the situation that the pulp cannot enter the scraping cavity from the sieve pores because the sieve pores are full of pulp is avoided.
During operation, the rubber scraper 14 only contacts with the lower screen drum 3 and does not contact with the upper screen drum 2, so that the contact time between the rubber scraper 14 and the inner wall of the screen drum can be effectively reduced, long-time frictional heating is prevented, and the rubber scraper 14 is prevented from being damaged during long-time operation.
The top edge of the rubber scraper 14 is provided with a slope of 30-60 degrees, so that the friction between the rubber scraper 14 and the inner wall of the lower screen drum 3 is reduced, the power input is reduced, the rubber scraper 14 can effectively drive the fruit and seed pulp to rotate, and the pulp is scraped out of the screen holes and falls into the collection box.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the spraying system comprises a water storage tank 21, a pressure pump 22, a spraying head 23, a pressure pipe 24 and a timer 25, wherein the pressure pump 22 and the spraying head 23 are respectively connected in series on the pressure pipe 24, the water inlet of the pressure pipe 24 is arranged in the water storage tank 21, the spraying head 23 is fixed on the protective cover 19 and is opposite to the upper end of the upper screen drum 2, the timer 25 is connected with the pressure pump 22, and water can be intermittently added through the timer. An opening matched with the spray head 23 is reserved on the protective cover 19, and the spray head 23 extends into the protective cover 19 through the opening, so that spray water is not scattered outwards. The spray header 23 can be obliquely arranged, so that the water outlet of the spray header sprays water towards the lower end of the rack 17, and the sprayed water covers the outer surface of the upper screen cylinder 2 as much as possible. The spraying water quantity can be adjusted according to the subsequent deep processing requirement on the pulp.
The water quantity and the spraying shape of the spraying head 23 can be adjusted. The spray water flows into the scraping cavity from the sieve holes of the upper sieve cylinder 2 to dilute the separated pulp. Prevent the pulp of the holboellia latifolia fruits from being too viscous to block the sieve pores, so that the pulp can flow out of the sieve pores of the lower sieve cylinder 3 more smoothly and flows into the pulp receiving groove 18 for collection.
The spraying system is also provided with a return pipe, the return pipe is connected in series at the tail end of the pressure pipe 24, the water outlet of the return pipe is connected with the water storage tank 21, the return pipe is arranged to prevent the spraying system from being damaged by overlarge water pressure, and the return pipe plays a role in pressure relief.
The separator is also provided with a pulp receiving barrel and a seed receiving assembly, the seed receiving assembly comprises a seed receiving basin and a seed receiving basin containing barrel, a filtering hole is formed in the seed receiving basin, and the seed receiving basin is erected on the seed receiving basin containing barrel. The seed receiving basin containing barrel can recover the fruit pulp falling into the seed receiving basin along with the fruit seeds.
As shown in fig. 2 and 9, a crescent baffle 31 with filtering holes is further arranged at the discharge hole 8. The crescent-shaped baffle 31 prevents the fruit and the seed from being discharged early, and on the one hand, when the fruit and the seed are discharged slowly, enough time is reserved for the fruit pulp to fall into the pulp receiving groove 18 from the filtering hole, so that the fruit and the seed pulp can be separated more cleanly.
As shown in fig. 3, the power unit includes a motor 26, a transmission belt 27, a driving pulley 28, and a driven pulley 29, the driving pulley 28 is fixed to an output shaft of the motor 26, the driven pulley 29 is fixed to the rotary spindle 1, and the transmission belt 27 connects the driving pulley 28 and the driven pulley 29.
The motor 26 is a speed regulating motor, and the transmission ratio of the driving belt wheel 28 to the driven belt wheel 29 is 1: 2, the rotating speed of the rotating main shaft 1 is between 80 and 100r/min, and the inclination angle of the rack 17 is between 20 and 30 degrees. In the preferred embodiment, the rotation speed of the rotating main shaft 1 is 90r/min, and the inclination angle of the frame 17 is 25 degrees. The rotating speed of the rotating main shaft 1 of the automatic separator is not too fast, the inclination angle of the frame 17 is not too large, and the seed discharging effect is influenced by too fast or too large. The working efficiency is reduced because the fruit seeds are not easy to be discharged when the rotating speed of the rotating main shaft 1 is too high, and the seeds cannot be separated completely because the inclination angle of the rack 17 is too large.
When the separator is used, fruit pulp is put in from the feeding hopper 25, the spray head 23 intermittently adds water, fruit seeds are discharged from the discharge port 8 along with the rotation of the rotating main shaft 1, and the fruit pulp flows out from the pulp discharge pipe 20 in a pulp form. After the whole work is finished, water is added through the spray header 23 to clean the scraping cavity.
Finally, it should be pointed out that: the above examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and are not limited thereto. Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
