Background
For the overhead cable, in winter, water and snow attached to the surface of the cable can be condensed into ice at low temperature, and ice hangers are gradually formed. These hangers are characterized by extending downwardly from the cable, and some are also angled in the direction of the wind. For continuous low temperature weather, the ice hangings do not melt and gradually increase, which can lead to increased cable loading, and often also cable breakage, splitting, and interruption of power and communication. Aiming at the problem that an overhead cable is easy to encounter in winter, deicing equipment is adopted to remove ice hangers in the existing disclosed scheme, the scheme belongs to post-disaster treatment, the conditions that the cable vibrates per se, the cleaning is not clean, the equipment cannot advance due to being blocked and the like can occur in the deicing process, in addition, the ice hangers on the cable are removed timely, the influence of weather can be caused, and secondary ice hanging can also occur, so that the problem that the ice hangers on the cable can not be effectively overcome by adopting the scheme.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cable oiling device which can coat a layer of protective oil on the outer surface of an overhead cable, wherein the protective oil has hydrophobicity and can avoid or reduce water drops attached to the surface of the cable, and the preventive measure can avoid the cable from ice hanging in winter or reduce the attachment strength of the ice hanging, thereby solving the problems mentioned in the background art.
