Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of systems and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
The higher the call charge generated during the process of stealing international long distance calls, the more illegal people can obtain the illegal result. Owing to profitability, lawless persons often misappropriate international long distance calls in an illegal way, which causes losses of up to several hundred million dollars per year in domestic telecom operators.
In the prior art, when a user initiates an international call in a different place, a telecommunication operator adopts a charging mode that the international call is firstly put through for the user and charged, a telephone bill generated by the call is sent to a number attribution place, and the telecommunication operator of the attribution place charges the user.
However, the charging method causes the problem of bill delay when international calls are dialed in different places, and generates high international call charges, so that lawless persons can obtain the call charges by stealing the international calls to increase the call charges, and huge loss is caused to telecommunication operators.
In view of the above problem, the inventor has found that the main reason why lawless persons collect high international settlement fees is that some telecommunication operators form call tickets after the international call is over, and the call tickets need tens of minutes or even tens of minutes to be transmitted to the number attribution, and particularly, mobile subscribers with international long-distance authorities set call forwarding, and call forwarding is performed to countries with high settlement fees after group call, so that high international settlement fees are formed. Aiming at the problem, the inventor provides a scheme, the number and the type of a user initiating the call are determined according to the acquired international call request, the balance of the user is acquired in real time according to the number of the user, and the call can be put through only when the balance of the user is enough to carry out the international call, so that the problem of call bill delay caused by the call in different places is solved, high call arrearage is avoided, and the economic loss of a telecom operator is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a scenario architecture on which the present disclosure is based, and as shown in fig. 1, a scenario architecture on which the present disclosure is based may include a domestic telephone 1, an international telephone 3, and an international call completing device 4, and an international call completing method provided in an embodiment of the present application may be performed by the international call completing device 4 provided in an embodiment of the present application, and the domestic telephone 1 provided in an embodiment of the present application has international long distance rights.
The international call connection apparatus 4 may be hardware or software, and may be configured to execute an international call connection method described in each embodiment described below.
When the international call completing device 4 is hardware, it includes a server with an arithmetic function; when the international call completing device 4 is software, it may be installed in an electronic device having an arithmetic function, wherein the electronic device includes, but is not limited to, a portable computer, a desktop computer, and the like.
The international call connection device 4 can acquire the user balance in the billing system of the place to which the telephone number belongs, and control connection and disconnection of the domestic telephone 1 and the international telephone 3 according to the user balance.
For example, a lawbreaker uses the domestic telephone 1 to make a call to the international telephone 3, the international call completing means 4 obtains an international call request between the domestic telephone 1 and the international telephone 3, determines that the domestic telephone 1 is a call originated in a different place, obtains a balance of a subscriber in a local accounting system to which the domestic telephone 1 belongs as 1 yuan, and obtains a toll fee of a country in which the international telephone 3 is located as 2 yuan/minute, and the international call completing means 4 prevents the international call from being completed.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of another scenario architecture on which the present disclosure is based, and as shown in fig. 2, a scenario architecture on which the present disclosure is based may include a domestic telephone 1, a domestic telephone 2, an international telephone 3, and an international call connection apparatus 4, and an international call connection method provided in an embodiment of the present application may be performed by the international call connection apparatus 4 provided in an embodiment of the present application, the domestic telephone 1 provided in the embodiment of the present application has an international long distance right, and the domestic telephone 1 sets call forwarding.
It should be noted that the call forwarding includes unconditional call forwarding and conditional call forwarding, and the unconditional call forwarding: transferring all incoming calls to another phone, voice mailbox or mobile secretary desk; conditional call forwarding: including busy call forwarding, call forwarding without answer, unreachable call forwarding, etc. When a client is calling, the telephone is not answered by a person, the client is powered off or is not in a network service area, an incoming call is automatically transferred to another telephone, a voice mailbox or a mobile secretary station.
Unlike the scenario architecture shown in fig. 1, in the scenario architecture shown in fig. 2, the home phone 2 can make a call to the home phone 1, and the home phone 1 transfers the call to the international phone 3.
For example, a lawbreaker uses a domestic telephone 2 to make a call to a domestic telephone 1, the domestic telephone 1 transfers the call to an international telephone 3, an international call completing means 4 obtains an international call request between the domestic telephone 1 and the international telephone 3, determines that the domestic telephone 1 is a call initiated in a different place, obtains a balance of a subscriber in a local accounting system to which the domestic telephone 1 belongs as 1 yuan, and a toll fee of a country to which the international telephone 3 belongs as 2 yuan/minute, and the international call completing means 4 controls the international call request to be kept in an off state.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an international call connection method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 3, the method of this embodiment may include:
s21, acquiring an international call request initiated by a user; the international call request comprises a user number and a call type;
in this embodiment, it is necessary to determine whether the international call request is from the home of the subscriber number from which the international call request was initiated, based on the subscriber number, and to perform balance determination based on the call type to control the connection state of the international call.
S22, judging whether the location of the number is the same as the attribution of the number according to the user number;
in this embodiment, since whether the location of the subscriber number initiating the international call request is the same as the location of the home location may affect the charging mode, the subscriber initiates the international call request at the number home location, the telecom operator may directly charge at the home location, and the subscriber initiates the international call request at a different location by using the number, the telecom operator may generate a telephone bill at the location of the number, and then transmit the telephone bill to the location of the number for charging, which may cause a time delay, so that it is necessary to determine whether the location of the number is the same as the location of the home location of the number according to the subscriber number.
For example, the obtained user number of the international call request is 12345678999, the tracing user number determines that the number is the international call request initiated from shanghai, the location of the number is shanghai, and the user number 12345678999 is opened in beijing, and determines that the attribution of the number is beijing, so that the location of the number is determined to be different from the attribution of the number.
And S23, if not, obtaining the user balance according to the user number, and controlling the connection state of the international call corresponding to the international call request according to the call type and the user balance.
In this embodiment, how to control the connection state of the international call corresponding to the international call request is mainly discussed when the location of the number is different from the location of the number. Because the location of the number is different from the location of the number, the existing method is that a telephone bill is generated at the location of the number and then is transmitted to the location of the number for charging, and the generated time delay can cause arrearage, so if the location of the number is determined to be different from the location of the number, the balance of a user is obtained from the location of the number, and then whether the international call connection condition is met or not is determined according to the call type and the balance of the user.
It should be noted that the call types include a direct call type and a transfer call type.
In a possible implementation manner, if the international call type is a direct call type, controlling the connection state of the international call request according to the call type and the user balance, specifically: when the call type is a direct call type, judging whether the user balance is greater than a preset balance threshold value; if yes, the international call is connected.
For example, an international call request initiated by a user is obtained, after judging that the current number is a number belonging to Beijing, the current number initiates the international call request from Shanghai to New York, and the international call request is a request directly initiated from Shanghai to New York, the balance of the user is obtained from a Beijing operator database as 200 yuan, the preset balance threshold value is 10 yuan, and the international call is connected because the balance of the user is 200 yuan greater than the preset balance threshold value which is 10 yuan.
In a possible implementation manner, if the international call type is a call transfer call type, controlling the connection state of the international call request according to the call type and the user balance, specifically: when the call type is a call forwarding call type, acquiring the current call state of the user according to the user number; if the current call state is the international call, controlling the call of the international call to be in a connected state, and connecting the international call when the balance of the user is greater than a preset balance threshold value; and if the current call state is that the international call is not carried out, switching on the international call when the user balance is greater than a preset balance threshold value.
That is, when the call type is a call forwarding call type, if the current number is performing an international call or the current number call forwarding number is performing an international call, it is necessary to keep the ongoing calls in a connected state, and control the connected state of the international call according to the user balance; and if the current number and the number for forwarding the current number do not carry out the international call, controlling the connection state of the international call according to the balance of the user.
It should be noted that there are several possible states that the current call state is an international call: the telephone initiating the international call request has already put through a direct call international call, but has no transfer call international call already put through; the telephone initiating the international call request has connected a direct call international call, and one or more connected transfer international calls exist; the telephone that initiated the international call request does not connect to a direct call international call, but there are one or more re-call international calls that have been connected.
For example, in a first case, an international call request initiated by a user is acquired, and after judging that the current number is a number belonging to guangzhou, the current number initiates an international call request to london from shanghai, and the international call request is a request initiated to london from shanghai after other call requests are forwarded, and the current number has already connected an international call from shanghai to new york, the connection state of the international call from shanghai to new york is maintained, the current user balance is acquired from a guangzhou operator database and is 20 yuan, since the international call from shanghai to new york is 10 yuan/min, the preset balance threshold is 10 yuan, and since the user balance is 20 yuan is greater than the preset balance threshold of 10 yuan, the international call forwarding call from shanghai to london is connected; in the second case, an international call request initiated by a user is acquired, and by judging that the current number is a number belonging to Guangzhou, the current number initiates an international call request to London from Shanghai, the international call request is a request initiated to London from Shanghai after other call requests are forwarded, the current call number and the number forwarded by the current number are not used for international call, the balance of the user is acquired from a Guangzhou operator database and is 200 yuan, the preset balance threshold value is 12 yuan because the international call from Shanghai to London is 12 yuan/min, and the international call forwarded from Shanghai to London is connected because the balance of the user is 200 yuan greater than the preset balance threshold value of 12 yuan.
It should be noted that, because the user initiates the international call request at the number attribution by using the number, the telecom operator can directly charge at the attribution, and at this time, as long as the number normally initiates the international call request, the user balance corresponding to the number can satisfy the international call condition, so that if the location of the number is the same as the number attribution, the international call is connected.
The international call connection method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure acquires an international call request initiated by a user; the international call request comprises a user number and a call type; judging whether the location of the number is the same as the location of the number according to the user number; if not, obtaining the user balance according to the user number, and controlling the connection state of the international call corresponding to the international call request according to the call type and the user balance, thereby realizing the monitoring of the international call, solving the problem of call bill delay caused by the call in different places, avoiding high call arrearage, and reducing the economic loss of telecom operators.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment of fig. 3, fig. 4 is a flowchart of another international call connection method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 4, after the international call is connected, the method further includes:
s24, updating the user balance according to the call time of the international call;
in this embodiment, in order to avoid a high arrearage caused by an excessively long call time, the user balance needs to be updated according to the call time of the international call.
That is, the user balance decreases with talk time.
S25, judging whether the updated user balance is larger than a preset balance threshold value;
in this embodiment, the updated user balance is compared with a preset balance threshold to determine whether to maintain the international call, and if the updated user balance is greater than the preset balance threshold, the ongoing international call is maintained; otherwise, the ongoing international call is hung up.
And S26, if not, hanging up the international call.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the connection state of the international call is controlled in real time by updating the balance of the user, so that the occurrence of a high arrearage condition is avoided.
