Abstract
The invention provides a warehousing management system based on digital twins, which comprises: the system comprises a shelf, an information acquisition module, a server, a local terminal and a shelf digital twin; the information acquisition module is arranged on the goods shelf and connected with the server, the goods shelf digital twin body is arranged in the local terminal, the local terminal is connected with the server, and the information acquired by the information acquisition module is synchronized to the local terminal through the server and is displayed at the corresponding goods position of the goods shelf digital twin body; according to the invention, the storage rack digital twin model is established according to the actual physical entity of the storage rack, and the information acquisition module is arranged in the storage rack, so that the storage state of the three-dimensional digital model of the storage rack can be visually displayed on a local terminal, and a storage manager can clearly master the overall condition of the storage rack, thereby providing a reference for warehousing and ex-warehouse planning of a warehouse.

The position identification module is arranged at the local terminal, the local terminal acquires the goods position state of the goods shelf and the goods information corresponding to the goods positions of the newly added goods at regular time, the updated goods position state and the updated goods information are synchronized to the corresponding goods positions of the goods shelf digital twin body through the position identification module, and the goods are stored in the sensor data of the goods positions and the goods positions.
The position query module is arranged at a local terminal, retrieves the goods information of each goods position of the goods shelf digital twin according to the query request, acquires the position of the goods position of the target goods if the target goods exist, and displays the goods information and the latest sensor data at the corresponding goods position of the goods shelf digital twin.
