Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a framework of an integrated management system 10 according to an embodiment of the present application.
The integrated management system 10 may include a server 11, a plurality of terminals 12, and a user terminal 13. The server 11 is connected to a plurality of terminals 12 and clients 13, respectively. The server 11 divides the plurality of terminals 12 into a plurality of integrated management subsystems based on the project information of each terminal 12. The item information of the terminal 12 indicates the item to which the terminal 12 belongs, and is used as a basis for dividing the integrated management subsystem. The project information of the terminals 12 of the same integrated management subsystem is the same. Multiple terminals 12 of the same integrated management subsystem may perform the same or different functions, and the number of terminals 12 and the functions performed by the terminals 12 of different integrated management subsystems may be the same or different.
In an application scenario, the integrated management system 10 is used for community property management, different project information respectively corresponds to different community unit identifiers, and the plurality of terminals 12 of the same project information can realize functions of opening a door access, opening a vehicle brake, calling a video, maintaining and managing, and the like, so that the plurality of terminals 12 belonging to the same community unit identifier are divided into the same integrated management subsystem, and the plurality of terminals 12 belonging to different community unit identifiers are divided into different integrated management subsystems. That is, the entry information is information that uniquely identifies a cell unit so that terminals 12 of the same cell unit are divided into the same integrated management subsystem and terminals 12 of different cell units are divided into different integrated management subsystems.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a framework of an embodiment of the integrated management system 20 according to the present application, as shown in fig. 2. The integrated management system includes a server 21, a plurality of terminals 22, and a user terminal 23. The plurality of terminals 22 include first to fifth terminals a belonging to the first integrated management subsystem, and first to fourth terminals b belonging to the second integrated management subsystem. The user terminal 23 includes first to second user terminals. The server 21 is connected to the first to fifth terminals a, the first to fourth terminals b, and the first to second clients, respectively. And the server 21 divides the plurality of terminals 22 into a plurality of integrated management subsystems based on the cell unit identity of each terminal 22. Specifically, there exist a first cell unit including a first terminal a221 for performing an open gate, a second terminal a222 for opening a gate, a third terminal a223 for retrieving a video, a fourth terminal a224 for parking management, a fifth terminal a225 for maintenance management, and a second cell unit including a first terminal b226 for performing an open gate, a second terminal b227 for opening a gate, a third terminal b228 for retrieving a video, and a fourth terminal b229 for parking management. The item information is a cell unit identifier, so that the first to fifth terminals a of the first cell unit are divided into a first integrated management subsystem because of belonging to the first cell unit together and having the same cell unit identifier, and the first to fourth terminals b of the second cell unit are divided into a second integrated management subsystem because of belonging to the second cell unit together and having the same cell unit identifier. It can be understood that the number of terminals included in the first integrated management subsystem and the second integrated management subsystem may be different, and the first terminal a221 and the first terminal b226 are both used for performing entrance guard opening, but different cell identifiers are divided into different integrated management subsystems, and the first terminal a221 and the first terminal b226 may be entrance guard terminals of the same or different suppliers. The ue 23 includes a first ue 231 and a second ue 232, wherein the first ue 231 is a terminal used by a user of the first cell unit, and the second ue 232 is a terminal used by a user of the second cell unit. In other application embodiments, in the case that at least one cell unit belongs to the same project period, the project information may be a project period identifier, so as to divide the terminals with the same project period identifier into the same integrated management subsystem, and divide the terminals with different project period identifiers into different integrated management subsystems, so that at least one cell unit in the same project period is divided into the same integrated management subsystem, and the management range of the same integrated management subsystem is made larger. The project information may be set by a user, and is not particularly limited herein.
The server 11 may divide the plurality of terminals 22 into a plurality of functional subsystems based on the functional category of each terminal 22, in addition to dividing the plurality of terminals 12 into a plurality of integrated management subsystems based on the project information of each terminal 12. It is understood that, in the same integrated management subsystem, after the server 21 divides the plurality of terminals 22 into a plurality of functional subsystems based on the function category of each terminal 22, the terminals 22 for realizing the same function are classified as the same functional subsystem. The functional categories include, but are not limited to, opening a door, opening a brake, calling video, maintenance management, etc. The same integrated management subsystem may include a plurality of functional subsystems, for example, a first integrated management subsystem shown in fig. 2 includes first to fifth functional subsystems, where the first functional subsystem includes a first terminal a and belongs to a functional category for opening a door; the second functional subsystem comprises a second terminal a and belongs to the function category of opening the brake; the third functional subsystem comprises a third terminal a and belongs to the function category of the retrieval video; the fourth functional subsystem comprises a fourth terminal a and belongs to the functional category of parking management; the fifth functional subsystem comprises a fifth terminal a and belongs to the functional category of maintenance management. The functional categories of the functional subsystems in the different integrated management subsystems may be the same or different. For example, the first integrated management sub-system shown in fig. 2 includes first to second functional sub-systems, and the second integrated management sub-system includes first to fourth functional sub-systems. The terminals of the functional subsystems of the same functional class may belong to the same or different system providers. For example, the first functional subsystem of the first integrated management subsystem and the first functional subsystem of the second integrated management subsystem both belong to the category of the function of opening the door access and both belong to the door access system, but the terminal of the first functional subsystem of the first integrated management subsystem may be a meis door access terminal, and the first functional subsystem of the second integrated management subsystem may be a haikang door access terminal, so that the terminals 22 of the functional subsystems corresponding to the different integrated management subsystems may belong to different system providers for the functional subsystem of opening the door access. After the user end 23 sends the user instruction, the server 21 determines the integrated management subsystem, the functional subsystem, and the terminal 22 in sequence based on the user instruction, that is, determines that the terminal 22 corresponding to the user instruction executes the corresponding function. In order to realize the unified management and control of the multiple integrated management subsystems and the multiple terminals, the user end 23 is used for generating a user instruction; a server 21 for acquiring a user instruction; the server 21 is further configured to select one integrated management subsystem from the multiple integrated management subsystems in response to a user instruction, and forward the user instruction to the selected integrated management subsystem; and the selected integrated management subsystem is used for calling the terminal corresponding to the user instruction from the plurality of terminals so as to enable the called terminal to execute the corresponding function. Therefore, in this embodiment, no matter which cell unit the user belongs to, after the user end 23 generates the user instruction, the user instruction can be uniformly sent to the server 21, the server 21 obtains and responds to the user instruction, selects one integrated management subsystem from the multiple integrated management subsystems, forwards the user instruction to the selected integrated management subsystem, and then the selected integrated management subsystem calls the terminal corresponding to the user instruction from the multiple terminals, so that the called terminal executes the corresponding function. For example, after a user of a first cell unit wants to pass through the access control of the first cell unit, and sends a user instruction to the server 21 through the first user 231, the server 21 learns that the user belongs to the first cell unit based on the user instruction, selects a first integrated management subsystem from the first integrated management subsystem and the second integrated management subsystem, and forwards the user instruction to the first integrated management subsystem, so that in the first integrated management subsystem, the first integrated management subsystem calls the first terminal a221 from the first to the fifth terminals a to enable the first terminal a221 to open the access control, thereby implementing integrated management of multiple systems and multiple terminals.
For clearly describing the integrated management method, please refer to fig. 3, and fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of the integrated management method according to the present application. Specifically, the method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
step S31: and acquiring a user instruction.
The user command is generated at the user side shown in fig. 1. The user instruction may be used to instruct the server of the integrated management system to select the integrated management subsystem, instruct the integrated management subsystem of the integrated management system to select the functional subsystem, instruct the integrated management subsystem of the integrated management system to call the terminal, and instruct the terminal of the integrated management system to execute a corresponding function. The user command is addressing information of the user command, and is used for the integrated management system to determine the integrated management subsystem, then determine the functional subsystem and finally determine the called terminal. The user command is used for triggering the integrated management method, and the type of the user command is not particularly limited, for example, the user command may be a command requesting to open a door, a command requesting to open a brake, a command requesting to call a video, a command requesting to stop the vehicle for management, a command requesting to maintain the vehicle for management, and the like.
Step S32: and responding to a user instruction, selecting one integrated management subsystem from the plurality of integrated management subsystems, and forwarding the user instruction to the selected integrated management subsystem.
In order to realize integrated management of multiple systems, each integrated relation subsystem is not managed by different servers, but a plurality of integrated management subsystems are uniformly managed by one server, so that for the server, one integrated management subsystem can be selected from the plurality of integrated management subsystems in response to a user instruction, and the user instruction is forwarded to the selected integrated management subsystem. The manner of selecting one integrated management subsystem from the plurality of integrated management subsystems is not particularly limited, for example, the selected integrated management subsystem is determined from the plurality of integrated management subsystems based on user information in the user instruction; for another example, the priority order of the plurality of integrated management subsystems is set in advance to determine the selected integrated management subsystem in the priority order.
Step S33: and in the selected integrated management subsystem, calling a terminal corresponding to the user instruction from the plurality of terminals so as to enable the called terminal to execute the corresponding function.
The integrated management subsystem can be applied to various application scenes such as terminal starting, video retrieval, parking management, maintenance management and the like, and the application scenes and types of the integrated management subsystem are not particularly limited. Each integrated management subsystem may include multiple terminals, and the multiple terminals may perform the same or different functions. When the integrated management subsystem has a plurality of terminals executing the same function and calls the terminal corresponding to the user instruction from the plurality of terminals, the plurality of terminals executing the same function corresponding to the user instruction are determined, and one of the plurality of terminals executing the same function is called based on a preset rule so that the called terminal executes the corresponding function. The preset rule may be preset, for example, the preset rule is to call the terminals according to the terminal sequence, so as to call one of the terminals preferentially; for another example, the preset rule is to call a terminal currently in an inactive state.
In one embodiment, each integrated management subsystem includes at least one functional subsystem, so that when a terminal corresponding to a user instruction is called from among a plurality of terminals in a selected integrated management subsystem, one functional subsystem may be selected from among the at least one functional subsystem based on the user instruction, and then a terminal corresponding to the user instruction is called from among the plurality of terminals in the selected functional subsystem. Specifically, the different functional subsystems are divided according to the functional categories of the terminal, and when one functional subsystem is selected from the at least one functional subsystem based on a user instruction, one functional subsystem is selected from the at least one functional subsystem based on the functional category in the selected integrated management subsystem, and then the called terminal is determined from the plurality of terminals based on user information in the selected functional subsystem. When one functional subsystem is selected from at least one functional subsystem based on the function category, the function category is derived from instruction information representing the function category of the functional subsystem, and the like.
By the method, after the user instruction is obtained and responded, on one hand, one integrated management subsystem can be selected from a plurality of integrated management subsystems, and a plurality of systems are selected; on the other hand, in the selected integrated management subsystem, a terminal corresponding to a user instruction can be called from a plurality of terminals so that the called terminal can execute a corresponding function, and a plurality of terminals are selected, so that integrated management of multiple systems and multiple terminals can be realized.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart illustrating an integrated management method according to another embodiment of the present application.
Specifically, the method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
step S41: and acquiring a user instruction, wherein the user instruction comprises user information and instruction information.
In this embodiment, the user instruction includes user information and instruction information. The server divides the plurality of terminals into a plurality of functional subsystems based on the function category of each terminal in addition to dividing the plurality of terminals into a plurality of integrated management subsystems based on the project information of each terminal.
Step S42: and determining a selected integrated management subsystem from the plurality of integrated management subsystems based on the user information, and forwarding the user instruction to the selected integrated management subsystem.
In this embodiment, when one integrated management subsystem is selected from the plurality of integrated management subsystems in response to a user instruction, the selected integrated management subsystem may be determined from the plurality of integrated management subsystems based on user information.
The user information is used to instruct the server of the integrated management system to select the integrated management subsystem. The user information may be project information of the user; the user information may also be information that uniquely identifies the user, including but not limited to a user face recognition image, a two-dimensional code, a mobile phone number, and the like, so that the item information of the user may be obtained based on the user information, so as to select an integrated management subsystem corresponding to the item information of the user. The project information of the user and the project information of the terminal can be the same, and represents the integrated management subsystem to which the user and the terminal belong, so that the user of the same integrated management subsystem can use the terminal in the integrated management subsystem to execute the corresponding function.
Step S43: in the selected integrated management subsystem, one functional subsystem is selected from at least one functional subsystem based on the instruction information.
Since each integrated management subsystem includes at least one functional subsystem, when a terminal corresponding to a user instruction is called from a plurality of terminals, one functional subsystem is selected from the at least one functional subsystem based on the user instruction. Specifically, when one functional subsystem is selected from the at least one functional subsystem based on a user instruction, in the selected integrated management subsystem, one functional subsystem is selected from the at least one functional subsystem based on instruction information included in the user instruction. Since the instruction information included in the user instruction represents the function category of the functional subsystem, the functional subsystem implementing the corresponding function may be selected from at least one functional subsystem.
Step S44: in the selected functional subsystem, a called terminal is determined from the plurality of terminals based on the user information.
When a terminal corresponding to a user instruction is called from among a plurality of terminals in the selected functional subsystem, the called terminal may be determined from among the plurality of terminals based on the user information. In this embodiment, the instruction information corresponds to a function executed by the terminal, and is used to instruct the integrated management subsystem of the integrated management system to select one functional subsystem from at least one functional subsystem. For example, if the instruction information is to request to open the door control, the selected functional subsystem is the door control system, so that a terminal including the door control is called from a plurality of terminals of the door control system, and therefore, in the selected integrated management subsystem, the functional subsystem for executing the door control opening is selected from a plurality of functional subsystems capable of executing the functions of opening the door control, opening the car gate, retrieving videos and the like based on the instruction information requesting to open the door control, so that the called terminal is determined to be the terminal capable of executing the door control opening from the plurality of terminals capable of executing the functions of opening the door control, opening the car gate, retrieving videos and the like, and the terminal capable of executing the door control opening is used for opening the door control. The instruction information may be any instruction for requesting to open the door lock, requesting to open the vehicle brake, and the like, and is not limited specifically herein.
In an embodiment, a terminal may include a plurality of sub-terminals, which may perform the same function. When a called terminal is determined from the plurality of terminals based on the instruction information, acquiring user track information in response to the instruction information, wherein the user track information comprises the position of at least one sub-terminal; and based on the user track information, taking the sub-terminal in the user track information as a calling terminal, so that the calling terminal is at least one sub-terminal included in the user track information, and forwarding the instruction information to the sub-terminal in the user track information, so that the sub-terminal in the user track information automatically executes a corresponding function after detecting a user corresponding to the user instruction. For example, in an application scenario, the terminal is an access terminal, and the plurality of sub-terminals are a plurality of sub-access terminals distributed at different entrances and exits, and when a user passes through different sub-terminals, the sub-terminals detect the user corresponding to the user instruction and then automatically open the access.
In conjunction with the integrated management system 10 shown in fig. 1, the user command includes user information and command information, and the server 11 is configured to, when selecting one integrated management subsystem from the plurality of integrated management subsystems, determine the selected integrated management subsystem from the plurality of integrated management subsystems based on the user information; the selected integrated management subsystem is used for selecting one functional subsystem from at least one functional subsystem based on the user instruction when calling the terminal 12 corresponding to the user instruction from the plurality of terminals 12, and calling the terminal 12 corresponding to the user instruction from the plurality of terminals 12 in the selected functional subsystem.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the user of the first cell unit wants to use the first user 231 to send a user instruction to the server 21 through the door access of the first cell unit, where the user instruction includes user information of project information for the user and instruction information indicating that the functional subsystem is to open the door access for requesting to open the door access. When the server 21 determines the selected integrated management subsystem from the plurality of integrated management subsystems based on the user information, and determines that the user belongs to the first cell unit according to the item information of the user, the server selects the first integrated management subsystem from the first integrated management subsystem and the second integrated management subsystem, and forwards a user instruction to the selected first integrated management subsystem. In the first integrated management subsystem, when the called terminal 22 is determined from the plurality of terminals 22 based on the instruction information, the user request for opening the door access is determined according to the instruction information, so that the first integrated management subsystem determines a first functional subsystem belonging to the opening of the door access from five high-power energy categories respectively belonging to the opening of the door access, the opening of a vehicle brake, the retrieval of videos, parking management and maintenance management according to the instruction information representing that the functional subsystem is the opening of the door access, and then in the first functional subsystem, a first terminal a221 for executing the opening of the door access is called from the first to the fifth terminals a, so that the first terminal a221 executes the opening of the door access. Similarly, when the user of the second cell unit wants to pass through the door access of the second cell unit, the user command still includes the user information of the item information of the user and the command information of requesting to open the door access and representing that the functional subsystem is to open the door access, but when the server 21 determines the selected integrated management subsystem from the plurality of integrated management subsystems based on the user information, the second integrated management subsystem is selected from the first integrated management subsystem and the second integrated management subsystem, and when the called terminal 22 is determined from the plurality of terminals 22 based on the command information in the second integrated management subsystem, the second integrated management subsystem determines the first functional subsystem belonging to the open door access from the five high power energy categories respectively belonging to the opening of the door access, the opening of the car gate, the retrieval of video, the parking management and the maintenance management according to the command information representing that the functional subsystem is to open the door access, furthermore, in the first functional subsystem, a first terminal b226 for executing door opening is called from the first to fourth terminals b, so that the first terminal b226 executes door opening. Compared with the prior art that different management systems are needed by integrated management subsystems corresponding to different project information, the integrated management method and the integrated management system realize integrated management of multiple systems and multiple terminals.
By the method, after the user instruction comprising the user information and the instruction information is obtained, the selected integrated management subsystem is determined from the multiple integrated management subsystems based on the user information, the user instruction is forwarded to the selected integrated management subsystem, and the called terminal is determined from the multiple terminals based on the instruction information in the selected integrated management subsystem, so that the called terminal can execute corresponding functions, and then integrated management of multiple systems and multiple terminals can be achieved.
The integrated management method can be applied to various application scenarios, and the corresponding called terminal can execute various functions. Are only incompletely listed as follows:
in an embodiment, the user instruction is used for retrieving a video, and the user instruction includes user information, time information, and location information, so that when one integrated management subsystem is selected from a plurality of integrated management subsystems, the selected integrated management subsystem can be determined from the plurality of integrated management subsystems based on the user information, where the user information is used for instructing a server of the integrated management system to select the integrated management subsystem, and descriptions of other related user information can refer to the above, which is not described herein again; when a terminal corresponding to a user instruction is called from among a plurality of terminals to cause the called terminal to execute a corresponding function, the called terminal may be determined from among the plurality of terminals based on the location information to cause the called terminal to call through a video based on the time information, wherein the plurality of terminals are terminals of different location information. In this embodiment, in the same integrated management subsystem, the plurality of terminals may all perform the function of retrieving the video, and the plurality of terminals are distributed in different areas, that is, the position information of the plurality of terminals is different, so that in the selected integrated management subsystem, the terminal to be retrieved may be determined from the plurality of terminals based on the position information, and after the terminal to be retrieved is determined, the terminal to be retrieved may retrieve the video based on the time information.
