Referring to FIG. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides an air conditioner 10, the air conditioner 10 configured to provide air conditioning to a plurality of designated areas. The air conditioner 10 includes a main unit 100 and a plurality of air ducts 200, the plurality of air ducts 200 are connected to the main unit 100, the main unit 100 is configured to guide air flow to the plurality of air ducts 200, and the plurality of air ducts 200 are configured to be installed inside a plurality of designated areas, respectively. The various components shown in fig. 1 and 2 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof.
Referring to fig. 3, based on the air conditioner 10 provided in fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application further provides an air volume distribution method for solving a technical problem that the prior art cannot accurately adjust air volumes of multiple rooms. Referring to fig. 3, the air volume distribution method may include:
in step S10, a plurality of current values when the plurality of electric dampers 210 are respectively opened by the fan 110 in the operating state at the preset rotation speed are obtained.
It should be noted that, because the wind resistances of the plurality of wind channels 200 are different, the wind resistance of the corresponding wind channel 200 can be determined according to the current value of the fan 110 under the condition that the rotation speed of the fan 110 is ensured to be the same. Wherein, the larger the wind resistance, the smaller the current of the fan 110.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present application, opening the electric air valve 210 refers to adjusting the opening degree of the electric air valve 210 to be the maximum, so that the air outlet 220 can be fully opened. It should be understood that in other embodiments of the present application, the electric damper 210 may be opened at a predetermined opening degree.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 4, step S10 may include:
and step S11, controlling the fan 110 to operate at a preset rotating speed.
And step S12, controlling the plurality of electric air valves 210 to open in sequence.
In the case where the fan 110 is operated at the preset rotation speed, the plurality of electric dampers 210 are sequentially opened, in other words, in the case where the fan 110 is operated at the preset rotation speed, one of the electric dampers 210 is individually opened until each of the electric dampers 210 is individually opened and operated for a certain period of time. So as to facilitate the determination of the wind resistance of the plurality of wind tunnels 200 by the current of the fan 110.
Step S13 is to sequentially obtain a plurality of current values of the fan 110 in the state where the plurality of electric dampers 210 are opened.
In the case where each of the electric dampers 210 is opened, the fan 110 is operated to a steady state at a preset rotation speed, and a current value of the fan 110 may be detected by the current detecting device 400. The plurality of electric dampers 210 are individually detected in the individually opened state, so that the accuracy of the detected current can be improved, and the error can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, in step S20, a standard current value is obtained according to a plurality of current values.
It should be noted that, because the wind resistances of the air ducts 200 can be determined by the current values of the fans 110, a standard current value can be obtained according to the current values, and the standard current value can correspond to the standard wind resistance of the air outlet channel.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 5, step S20 may include:
and step S21, comparing the current values.
That is, in step S21, the controller 300 may compare the magnitude of the plurality of current values.
And step S22, acquiring the minimum current value to obtain a standard current value.
The minimum current value corresponds to the air outlet channel with the maximum wind resistance, in other words, the wind resistance of the air outlet channel with the maximum wind resistance is used as the standard.
It should be understood that in other embodiments of the present application, a median value or an average value or the like of a plurality of current values may also be obtained as the standard current value.
Referring to fig. 3, in step S30, a plurality of actual opening values are obtained according to the standard current value.
The actual opening value represents an actual opening of the electric dampers 210 when the fan 110 is operated at a preset rotation speed and the fan 110 adjusts the operation current to a standard current value by sequentially opening the electric dampers 210.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 6, step S30 may include:
and step S31, controlling the fan 110 to operate at a preset rotating speed.
Step S32 is to control the plurality of electric dampers 210 to open sequentially, and adjust the opening degree until the current of the fan 110 is the standard current in a state where any electric damper 210 is open.
In other words, the wind resistance of the wind tunnel 200 is changed by adjusting the electric wind valve 210, so that the operation current of the fan 110 is changed until the operation current of the fan 110 is changed to the standard current value. The plurality of electric air valves 210 are used for adjusting the current of the fan 110 in a state of being independently opened, and the running current of the motor is adjusted to a standard current value, so that the air resistances of the plurality of air channels 200 are the same, and therefore, the air quantity can be accurately distributed under the condition that the air resistances of the plurality of air channels 200 are the same.
Step S33 is to sequentially obtain the opening degrees of the plurality of electric dampers 210 to obtain a plurality of actual opening degree values.
When the current of the fan 110 is adjusted to the standard current value, the opening degrees of the corresponding electric dampers 210 are sequentially recorded, and thus a plurality of actual opening values of the plurality of electric dampers 210 can be obtained.
Referring to fig. 3, in step S40, a plurality of initial opening values are calculated according to the plurality of actual opening values and the plurality of preset proportioning values.
The preset proportioning value represents a preset proportion of the output air volume of the electric air valve 210 to the total air volume. The user can preset the air volume required by the plurality of designated areas according to the actual requirements of the plurality of designated areas, and the proportion of the air volume to the total air volume provided by the air conditioner 10 is the preset allocation ratio. Of course, the preset allocation values of the designated areas are then equal to 1.
The actual opening values are obtained, that is, the air volume can be distributed under the condition that the air ducts 200 have the same air resistance, and errors caused by influences of different air resistances on air volume distribution can be avoided. Therefore, the initial opening value can be calculated according to the actual opening values and the preset distribution ratios, so that the air outlets of the air channels 200 are accurately controlled according to the preset distribution ratio, and the aim of accurately distributing the air volume is fulfilled.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 7, step S40 may include:
and step S41, calculating a plurality of correction values according to the plurality of actual opening values and the plurality of preset proportioning values.
Each air duct 200 corresponds to an actual opening value and a preset proportioning value, so that the correction value of the air duct 200 is calculated according to the corresponding actual opening value and the preset proportioning value.
Wherein the calculation formula of step S41 may be as follows:
Figure GDA0003530510490000091
wherein, Δ P1To Δ PnA plurality of correction values corresponding to the plurality of electric dampers 210, respectively; q. q.s1To qnA plurality of actual opening values respectively representing a plurality of electric dampers 210; p is a radical of1To pnRespectively represent a plurality of preset ratio values corresponding to a plurality of air ducts 200. In other words, the regions corresponding to the plurality of air ducts 200 may be ordered from 1 to n, Δ P1、q1And p1The number of each is 1, and the corresponding delta P is the corresponding parameter of the air duct 200n、qnAnd pnAre all parameters corresponding to the air duct 200 with the serial number n.
Step S42 is to calculate a plurality of initial opening values based on the plurality of correction values and the plurality of actual opening values.
After the correction value is calculated, an initial opening value may be calculated according to the correction value and the actual opening value, so that the initial opening of the electric damper 210 is accurately obtained.
The calculation method in step S42 may be as follows:
and respectively calculating the sum of the actual opening values and the corrected values to obtain a plurality of initial opening values.
In other words, each air duct 200 corresponds to an actual opening value and a correction value, and the initial opening value can be obtained by adding the corresponding actual opening value and the correction value.
Referring to fig. 3, after calculating the initial opening value, the air volume distribution method may further include:
step S50, controlling the operation of the electric dampers 210 according to the initial opening values.
Under the condition of operating a plurality of electric air valves 210 with initial opening value, can realize that a plurality of wind channels 200 carry out the air-out according to the ratio value that the user set for to can accurately distribute the air output of a plurality of wind channels 200, improve the technical problem that can't carry out accurate regulation to the air output in a plurality of rooms among the prior art.
The air volume distribution method provided in the embodiment of the present application can obtain a plurality of current values of the motor by separately and respectively opening the plurality of electric air valves 210, determine a standard current value according to the plurality of current values, and adjust the air resistances of the plurality of air ducts 200 to the same air resistance according to the standard current value. Therefore, under the condition that the wind resistances of the air ducts 200 are the same, the air distribution of the air ducts 200 can be accurately controlled, and the technical problem that the air quantity of a plurality of rooms cannot be accurately adjusted in the prior art is solved.
In order to execute possible steps of the air volume distribution method provided in each of the above embodiments, please refer to fig. 8, and fig. 8 shows a functional module schematic diagram of an air volume distribution device provided in an embodiment of the present application.
