There are various ways for fixing the air purification module 100 and the chassis 201, for example, in some embodiments, the air purification module 100 and the chassis 201 are fixed by a buckle; in some embodiments, the air purification module 100 is fixed to the cabinet 201 by screws; in some embodiments, the air purification module 100 is fixed to the cabinet 201 by welding. The fixing manner of the air purification module 100 and the cabinet 201 is not limited herein, as long as the connection therebetween can be achieved.
The air purification module 100 may be installed inside or outside the cabinet 201, and the following description will take the case where the air purification module 100 is installed inside the cabinet 201 as an example. In one embodiment, the air purification module 100 is installed at the bottom of the casing 201, and the air purification module 100 is installed at the bottom of the casing 201 and arranged in the vertical direction, so that the horizontal space occupied by the air purification module can be avoided, and the occupation of the horizontal space in the room can be reduced. A cleaning air inlet 220 and a cleaning air outlet 230 are disposed on the peripheral side of the casing 201, the cleaning air inlet 220 is communicated with the module air inlet 111, and the cleaning air outlet 230 is communicated with the module air outlet 112 (specifically, the cleaning air outlet 230 is communicated with an air duct formed by an air duct housing). Because the rotating body 120 is wrapped by the housing 110 and then installed in the casing 201, the housing 110 can prevent the water thrown by the rotating body 120 from flowing to the inner wall of the casing 201, thereby preventing other parts on the inner wall of the casing 201 from being wetted and damaged. In addition, a plurality of module air inlets 111 are arranged on the peripheral side of the shell 110, so that air can be introduced from a plurality of positions in the peripheral direction, and the contact area between the air inlets and water is increased better.
The following specifically describes the air purification process: indoor air or fresh air enters the casing 200 from the cleaning inlet 220 under the action of the cleaning blower, and flows into the cleaning air duct 113 from the module inlet 111. The water pump delivers the water in the water tank to the water supply pipe 140 and sprays the water toward the periphery of the rotating body 120; the rotating body 120 rotates at a high speed to generate centrifugal force to throw water around to form fine water flow or water particles, the air is fully contacted with the water flow or water particles in the purifying air duct 113, the particles in the air are attached to the water and fall off, the purified air flows upwards, flows into the air duct of the purifying fan through the module air outlet 112, and is finally blown out from the purifying air outlet 230 on the housing 201.
The invention also provides an air conditioner which comprises an air conditioner outdoor unit and an air conditioner indoor unit, wherein the air conditioner indoor unit is connected with the air conditioner outdoor unit through a refrigerant pipe. Referring to the above embodiment, the air conditioner includes the air conditioning indoor unit, so that all effects brought by the air conditioning indoor unit are achieved, and are not described herein again.

Claims (10)
1. An air purification module, comprising:
a housing having a purge air duct;
the rotating body is rotatably arranged in the purification air duct and is used for throwing the water outwards through rotation when the water is sprayed onto the rotating body;
water supply installation, including the shower nozzle, the shower nozzle is located in purifying the wind channel, and with the rotator is the interval setting, the shower nozzle is used for providing and sprays water on the rotator, the shower nozzle includes the body, be formed with the exhalant canal that extends along the exhalant direction in the body, exhalant canal's cross-section is circularly, inlet opening and apopore have been seted up on the body, exhalant canal intercommunication the inlet opening with the apopore, the apopore is seted up in the one end of body, just the axial of apopore is followed the exhalant direction extends, the delivery end of apopore is in be the setting of gradually expanding on the exhalant direction, the inlet opening is seted up in the other end of body, just the axial of inlet opening with the central line of exhalant canal is contained angle and eccentric settings.
2. The air purification module of claim 1, wherein the water supply device is disposed above the rotating body, the water outlet direction extends in an up-down direction, the water outlet hole is disposed at a lower end of the tube body, and the water inlet hole is disposed at an upper end of the tube body.
3. The air purification module of claim 2, wherein the inlet opening is disposed on a peripheral side of the tube body, and an axial direction of the inlet opening is 90 ° to a center line of the outlet passage.
4. The air purification module of claim 3, wherein there are two of the water inlet holes, and the two water inlet holes are laterally opposite and staggered.
5. The air purification module of claim 2, wherein the distance between the lower end of the spray head and the upper end of the rotating body is less than 50 mm.
6. The air purification module of claim 1, wherein the inlet end of the water outlet is tapered along the outlet direction, and the water outlet is further provided with a straight section between the inlet end and the outlet end, wherein the cross section of the straight section is unchanged.
7. The air purification module of claim 1, wherein the outlet end of the outlet hole is truncated cone-shaped, and the truncated cone angle of the outlet hole is greater than or equal to 22 degrees and less than or equal to 85 degrees; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the inner wall of the water outlet end of the water outlet hole is arranged in an arc shape with an outward turning.
8. The air purification module of claim 1, wherein the inlet opening and the outlet opening have a diameter of no less than 1.5 mm.
9. The air purification module of any one of claims 1-8, further comprising a water supply pipe, the water supply pipe adapted to communicate with a water source, an outlet end of the water supply pipe communicating with the water inlet of the spray head; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the air purification module works, the linear velocity of the outer edge of the rotating body is 10-45 m/s; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the air purification module works, the linear velocity of the outer edge of the rotating body is 20-30 m/s.
10. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
the air purifier comprises a shell, a heat exchange air inlet, a heat exchange air outlet, a purification air inlet and a purification air outlet, wherein the shell is provided with the heat exchange air inlet, the heat exchange air outlet, the purification air inlet and the purification air outlet; and
the air purification module as recited in any one of claims 1 to 9, said air purification module being located within said cabinet, said purification air duct of said air purification module communicating said purification air intake and said purification air outlet.
