Detailed Description
So that the manner in which the features and elements of the disclosed embodiments can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the disclosed embodiments, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to the embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the appended drawings. In the following description of the technology, for purposes of explanation, numerous details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the disclosed embodiments. However, one or more embodiments may be practiced without these details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices may be shown in simplified form in order to simplify the drawing.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a control method for preventing dry heating, as shown in fig. 1, including:
step S100, determining a temperature threshold according to an operation instruction of a user, wherein the temperature threshold has a corresponding relation with the material of the cookware.
Generally, when being used for the cooking utensils to heat the pan, can be through assigning the instruction relevant with the pan material on the cooking utensils to the cooking utensils carry out the dry combustion method operation that the relevant pan material was correlated in advance. The operation instruction of the user can be operated through a key arranged on the cooker or the operation of the cooker is set through a voice instruction; the cooking utensils can also be operated and set through the mobile terminal; or the intelligent household appliances in other network environments, such as a refrigerator, a dishwasher and the like, are used for carrying out operation setting on the cooker by transmitting information through a wired or wireless network. The operation instruction of the user can be understood as an actual operation instruction, or the operation can be omitted, so that the cooker acquires a default operation instruction; when the user does not operate, the default operation instruction can be a first condition set in the production process of the cooker or the first condition set by the user.
Here, the temperature threshold is used to represent a maximum temperature critical value of a temperature range in which a cookware can be maintained in a better use state during cooking, and cookware made of different materials has different threshold setting ranges, so that the value of the threshold corresponds to the material of the cookware. When the temperature of pan, for example the bottom of a boiler temperature, was greater than this threshold value, the pan had the risk of doing dry combustion method, and control cooking utensils stop heating this moment has realized preventing the dry combustion method to the precision of pan. Because the cookers made of different materials have different temperature thresholds for preventing dry burning, the cookers made of different materials can be accurately prevented from dry burning according to temperature information, the judgment method is simplified, and the false judgment rate of the dry burning prevention is effectively reduced.
And S110, controlling the cooker to stop heating when the temperature of the cooker is greater than the temperature threshold value.
The temperature information of the cookware can comprise the temperature of the bottom of the pot, the heating rate of the temperature information based on the temperature and time change relationship, and the change rate of the heating rate. The temperature parameter can be obtained by a temperature detection device arranged at the cooking range or the pot bottom, and the time parameter can be obtained by a timer on the cooking range or the pot.
By adopting the control method for preventing dry burning provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the dry burning prevention program related to the material of the cookware can be executed according to the operation instruction of the user, the temperature threshold value for controlling the cooker to stop heating is determined according to the material of the cookware, and when the temperature of the cookware is greater than the threshold value, the cooker is controlled to stop heating so as to prevent the dry burning problem. Because the cookers made of different materials have different thresholds for preventing dry burning, the cookers made of different materials can be accurately prevented from dry burning according to temperature information, the judgment method is simplified, and the false judgment rate of the dry burning prevention is effectively reduced.
Optionally, the operation instruction of the user includes: the operation instruction of the user in a preset time period or the operation instruction of the user in a preset temperature interval.
Here, the preset time period is used for expressing that the cooker is in a safe cooking state after the cooker starts to heat the cooker, and a certain time period without danger of dry burning exists; the preset temperature interval is used for indicating that after the cooker begins to heat the cooker, the cooker is in a safe cooking state and does not have a certain temperature interval with danger of dry burning. By acquiring the operation instruction of the user within the preset time period or the preset temperature interval, the matching inference can be carried out on the material of the cookware in the cooking state at present. On the other hand, through the operation information of the user in the preset time period, compared with a scheme of continuously detecting whether the user operates or not or monitoring whether the user operates in the whole cooking process, the data detection time can be shortened, and redundant data and a storage space required by the redundant data can be reduced.
In some embodiments, determining the temperature threshold according to the operation instruction of the user includes: determining the material of the cookware according to the operation behavior of a user; and determining the temperature threshold value according to the material of the cookware. The operation behavior of the user can be that the user operates the cooker through a key arranged on the cooker or operates and sets the cooker through a voice command; the cooking utensils can also be operated and set through the mobile terminal; or the intelligent household appliances in other network environments, such as a refrigerator, a dishwasher and the like, are used for carrying out operation setting on the cooker by transmitting information through a wired or wireless network. The operation instruction of the user can be understood as an actual operation instruction, or the operation can be omitted, so that the cooker acquires a default operation instruction; when the user does not operate, the default material in the operation program is determined as the material of the cookware, so as to determine the threshold value. Here, the default material may be a metal material or another material set by the user.
Optionally, when the operation behavior of the user is a first instruction, the pot is made of a non-metal material; or when the operation behavior of the user is a second instruction, the cookware is made of a non-metal material. Therefore, when the user implements the operation behavior, the material of the cookware is determined according to the operation behavior; when the user does not implement the operation action, acquiescence material is as the pan material, realizes preventing dry combustion method to different material pans. Here, the metal material is default as the pot material.
Optionally, when the operation behavior of the user is a first instruction, the pot is made of a non-metal material; when the operation behavior of the user is a second instruction, the cookware is made of a non-metal material. So, realize according to the operating instruction of user difference, confirm different pan materials, realize preventing dry combustion method to different material pans.
In this embodiment, after the cookware material can be determined according to the operation instruction of the user, the dry burning prevention can be performed according to the cookware material determination threshold. For example, after a user places a pot on the stove, the material of the pot is input through keys arranged on the stove to prevent dry burning; after a user presses a key, the pot is determined to be made of a non-metal material, and an anti-dry burning mode of the non-metal pot is carried out; or when the user does not operate, the default cookware is made of metal materials, and dry burning prevention of the metal cookware is carried out.
Optionally, the threshold value is determined according to the material of the cookware and comprises: when the pot is made of metal, the threshold value is a first set value; or when the pot is made of non-metal materials, the threshold value is a second set value; wherein the first set value is smaller than the second set value. Therefore, when the threshold value is determined according to the material of the cookware, the dry burning prevention of the single cookware material is realized, and cookware made of other materials can be set with the default threshold value to prevent the dry burning.
Optionally, the threshold value is determined according to the material of the cookware and comprises: when the pot is made of metal, the threshold value is a first set value; when the pot is made of non-metal materials, the threshold value is a second set value; wherein the first set value is smaller than the second set value. So, when confirming the threshold value according to the material of pan, can realize carrying out the settlement of preventing dry combustion method threshold value to metal pan and non-metal pan, can set for acquiescence threshold value to other material pans and prevent dry combustion method.
Here, the first set value is used to represent a maximum temperature critical value of a temperature range in which the metal cookware can maintain a better use state during cooking; the second set value is used for representing the maximum temperature critical value of the temperature range of the non-metallic cookware which can maintain a better use state in the cooking process.
In this embodiment, the first instruction is an operation instruction received from a user within a preset time period, the material of the pot is determined to be a non-metal material according to the operation instruction of the user, and a second setting value corresponding to the non-metal material is set as an anti-dry-burning threshold. The second instruction is that the operation instruction of the user is not received in a preset time period, the default metal material of the system is called as the cookware material according to the result of the operation instruction which is not received, and a first set value corresponding to the metal material is set as an anti-dry burning threshold value.
Taking a user operating through a key arranged on the stove as an example, when the user does not receive an operation instruction within a preset time period or a preset temperature interval, the user is taken as a second instruction, and a first set value corresponding to the metal material is determined to perform dry burning prevention early warning; when an operation instruction of a user is received within a preset time period or a preset interval, for example, a key is pressed down, the operation instruction is regarded as a first instruction, and a condition corresponding to a nonmetal material is determined to be used as a first condition to perform dry burning prevention early warning. Here, the first command and the second command may be distinguished by the number of times the key is pressed, for example, one key is pressed as the first command, and two keys that are continuously pressed are the second command. The cookware heating control method has the advantages that the cookware materials are distinguished through the operation instructions of users, the condition that the cookware stops heating is conveniently determined and controlled according to the materials of the cookware, accurate dry burning prevention of cookware made of different materials according to temperature information is achieved, the judgment method is simplified, and meanwhile the false judgment rate of the dry burning prevention is effectively reduced.
In this embodiment, set up the numerical value of second setting value to 400 degrees, when the temperature of pan was greater than 400 degrees, control cooking utensils stop heating, can prevent that this non-metal pan from taking place to dry and burn. The numerical value of the first set value is set to 300 degrees, when the temperature of the cookware is greater than 300 degrees, the cookware is controlled to stop heating, and the metal cookware can be prevented from being burnt. In other embodiments of the present invention, the threshold value may be set according to the temperature information of the pot.
Optionally, when the material of pan is the metal material, still include: and when the heating rate of the cookware is less than a first set rate and the change rate of the heating rate is less than 0, increasing a first compensation value for the first set value.
Here, the first compensation value is used to represent a difference between a maximum temperature threshold value of a temperature range in which the metal cookware can maintain a better use state in a specific cooking state and the first set value. The heating rate of the pot is determined based on the heating interval and the heating time of the pot. For example, a first temperature rise interval [ T1, T2 ] is detected and obtained in a first measurement period T1]Then the temperature rise rate k1(T2-T1)/T1; or the time T2 required for detecting the temperature of the pot from T2 to T3, the heating rate k2(T3-T2)/T2. Under the condition, the change rate of the heating rate of the cookware is smaller than 0, optionally, the change rate of the heating rate is negative and is close to 0, the fluctuation is not large, the heating rate of the cookware is gradually reduced, and when the heating rate of the cookware is smaller than a third threshold value, the heating change of the cookware reaches a limit, so that the metal cookware can be further determined to be in a dry-cooking state of waterless cooking, a first compensation value is added to a first set value at the moment, and when the temperature of the cookware is larger than the value, the cookware is controlled to stop heating, so that the metal cookware can be prevented from being dry-cooked.
Optionally, when the material of pan is the metal material, still include: when the heating rate of the cookware is greater than a second set rate and the change rate of the heating rate is greater than or equal to 0, a second compensation value is added to the first set value; and the second set speed rate has a corresponding relation with the firepower degree of the cooker.
Here, the second compensation value is used to represent a difference between a maximum temperature critical value of a temperature range in which the metal cookware can maintain a better use state in another specific cooking state and the first set value. The second set rate is used for representing the heating rate of the cookware made of one material in the normal cooking state under the corresponding fire power degree. When the heating rate of the pot is greater than the second set rate, the heating rate of the pot is in a faster state, and the heating rate is greater than the heating rate of the normal pot corresponding to the firepower degree in the cooking state, so that the danger of dry burning is possible. The change rate of the temperature rise rate of the cookware is greater than or equal to 0, which indicates that the cookware still keeps a higher temperature rise rate, and the temperature rise rate is gradually increased along with the time, or a certain temperature rise rate is continuously kept, further, the metal cookware can be inferred to be in a dry-cooking state with water for cooking, at the moment, a second compensation value is added to the first set value, and when the temperature of the cookware is greater than the value, the cookware is controlled to stop heating, so that the metal cookware can be prevented from being dried.
Optionally, the higher the firepower of the stove is, the larger the value of the corresponding second set speed is. Since the second setting rate has a corresponding relationship with the firepower degree and is expressed as the temperature rise rate of the cookware made of one material in the normal cooking state under the corresponding firepower degree, the value of the second setting rate is increased according to the increase of the firepower degree. Here, the degree of fire may be acquired by a fire detection sensor. The fire detection sensor can be a rotatable potentiometer arranged on a knob column of a stove switch, and the fire of the stove is further judged by acquiring a fire adjusting gear of the stove through sensing the resistance, voltage or current change of the potentiometer. In another embodiment, the fire detection sensor can also be a gas flow velocity sensing device arranged on a gas pipeline, and the fire of the cooker is judged by sensing the flow velocity of gas. In another embodiment, the fire detection sensor may be a gas pressure sensing device installed on the gas pipeline, and the fire of the stove is judged by sensing the pressure of the gas. Certainly, the stove can also be an electromagnetic stove, and the firepower of the electromagnetic stove can be judged by detecting the current supplied to the coil or the firepower gear; the fire power can be divided into a plurality of gears, such as 1 gear, 2 gear, 3 gear, 4 gear, 5 gear and the like. In one embodiment, the firepower is divided into 3 gears, the 1 gear is a small fire, the 2 gear is a medium fire, the 3 gear is a large fire, the first preset firepower is P1 and the second preset firepower is P2, such that when the detected firepower P < P1, the current firepower level is determined to be a small fire, when the detected firepower P1 ≦ P2, the current firepower level is determined to be a medium fire, and when the detected firepower P > P2, the current firepower level is determined to be a large fire. And confirming a corresponding second set speed value according to the current firepower degree, and judging the cooking state of the cooker so as to determine a threshold value for preventing the cooker from being dried.
Therefore, after the type of the cookware is determined according to the operation instruction of the user, the current cooking state of the cookware is judged by acquiring the temperature rise rate information in the temperature information of the cookware, so as to determine the dry burning prevention threshold value. Optionally, the cooking state may include a water cooking state or a no water cooking state, and the heating rate of the pot is different in different cooking states.
Referring to fig. 2, another control method for preventing dry heating is provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, including:
step S200, determining a temperature threshold according to an operation instruction of a user;
step S210, detecting temperature information of the pot when the temperature of the pot reaches a preset temperature;
step S220, when the temperature of the cookware is greater than the temperature threshold, controlling the cooker to stop heating;
wherein, the temperature threshold value has corresponding relation with the material of pan.
Here, the preset temperature is used to indicate a temperature range in which a part or all of the cookware made of the material is in a safe cooking state during cooking, and optionally, the value range of the preset temperature is 140 degrees to 230 degrees. After cooking is started, when the temperature of the pot, for example, the temperature of the bottom of the pot is within the preset temperature range, the pot is in a state that heating cooking is started and no dry-burning danger exists, at the moment, the dry-burning prevention function is started, the temperature information of the pot starts to be acquired, and compared with a scheme of continuously detecting the relation between the temperature of the pot and the time, the data detection time can be shortened, and redundant data and a required storage space of the data are reduced. Optionally, after beginning culinary art, the accessible sets up the interval time quantum, and the current pan temperature of regular detection to whether confirm to open and prevent dry combustion method function, detect the temperature information of pan.
In some embodiments, the above control method for preventing dry heating further includes: and when the temperature of the cooker reaches a third set value, controlling the cooker to stop heating. The third setting value is used for expressing the temperature of the cookware made of partial or all materials which is dangerous to dry heat, and when the cookware reaches the temperature, the cookware is heated continuously and may be dry-heated or even exploded. Optionally, the third setting value is greater than the second setting value; optionally, the third set value is assigned to 500 degrees, and when the temperature of the pot is higher than 500 degrees, the cooker is controlled to stop heating, so that the pot can be prevented from being burnt. Therefore, the dry burning prevention protection of the cookware can be realized by setting the third set value under the condition that the threshold value cannot be set according to the cookware material.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a control device for preventing dry heating, including a detection module 31 and a control module 32. The detection module 31 is configured to determine a temperature threshold according to an operation instruction of a user; the control module 32 is configured to control the cooktop to stop heating when the temperature of the cookware is greater than the temperature threshold; wherein, the temperature threshold value has corresponding relation with the material of pan.
By adopting the device for preventing dry burning provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the dry burning preventing program related to the material of the cookware can be executed according to the operation instruction of the user, the temperature threshold value for controlling the cooker to stop heating is determined according to the material of the cookware, and when the temperature of the cookware is greater than the threshold value, the cooker is controlled to stop heating so as to prevent the dry burning problem. Because the cookers made of different materials have different thresholds for preventing dry burning, the cookers made of different materials can be accurately prevented from dry burning according to temperature information, the judgment method is simplified, and the false judgment rate of the dry burning prevention is effectively reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, another control device for preventing dry heating according to the embodiment of the present disclosure further includes a detection module 41, an acquisition module 42, and a control module 43.
