防松螺母组件
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种螺纹连接结构,具体与一种结构简单,加工及操作均方便省力的防松螺母组件有关。
背景技术:
在桥梁、大型作业机械、破碎机械等震动性较大的基础设施,以及日常生活中常用的如马桶盖等需经常开合的产品部件连接时,一般都要用到防松螺母,以防止因震动使螺母松动,从而影响设施或机械正常运转以及产品的正常使用。
现有的防松螺母种类或型号较多,在授权公告号为CN201582278U的中国实用新型专利中公开了一种自锁螺栓,其包括螺栓本体及设置在螺栓本体上的外螺纹,外螺纹的螺纹槽的槽底面为楔形斜面。使用时,当螺母和螺旋配合时,内螺纹的螺纹牙的牙尖紧顶在外螺纹的螺纹槽的楔形斜面上,从而产生比标准螺纹大得多的法向力,法向力的极大增加会增加内外螺纹之间的摩擦力,进而达到防松自锁的目的。但这种依靠楔形斜面增加组配时的法向力方式,仍然不能消除螺栓外螺纹的螺纹槽的两侧斜面中的前侧斜面和螺母内螺纹的螺纹牙的两侧斜面中的前侧斜面之间的间隙,降低了楔形斜面对螺栓组件自锁防松性能的影响。
发明内容:
针对现有技术的上述问题,本发明目的在于提供了一种结构简单,加工及操作均方便省力的防松螺母组件。
为达成上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
防松螺母组件,包括相互配合的螺栓,螺母,锁紧螺母;螺栓,螺母及锁紧螺母依次锁紧固定,其中,螺栓上部形成外螺纹段一,下部形成限位段一;螺母上部形成螺纹段,下部形成限位段二与螺栓的限位段一配合,限位段二具有弹性保证其受压变形与限位段一卡紧限位;螺纹段内腔设有内螺纹段一与螺栓上的外螺纹段一配合,螺纹段外缘设有外螺纹段二;锁紧螺母内腔上部形成内螺纹段二与螺母上的外螺纹段二配合,下部形成紧缩段与螺母的限位段二配合保证限位段二在锁紧时变形。
进一步,限位段一为带有外齿槽的齿柱,限位段二带有内齿槽的筒体,螺母旋入螺栓时齿柱***到筒体内且与筒体内壁留有间隙,筒体壁上设有开槽保证筒体受压变形使外齿槽与内齿槽卡紧限位。
进一步,螺纹段外缘上部形成限位档止,下部形成外螺纹段二,锁紧螺母旋入到位时顶面恰好顶抵于限位档止上,且保证筒体受紧缩段压迫变形使外齿槽与内齿槽卡紧限位。
进一步,筒体壁上设有开槽的位置为筒轴中心对称的两侧。
进一步,限位档止为沿螺纹段外缘上部周向均布的限位筋条。
进一步,紧缩段为沿锁紧螺母内壁的渐变斜面。
采用上述技术方案,本发明不但解决现有螺栓组件振动紧固性能差、易松动的问题,同时,结构简单,加工及操作均方便省力。

具体实施方式:
以下结合附图及实施例对本发明详述:
图1-图4所示,为本发明的实施例,防松螺母组件,包括相互配合的螺栓1,螺母2,锁紧螺母3;螺栓1,螺母2及锁紧螺母3依次锁紧固定,其中,螺栓1上部形成外螺纹段一11,下部形成限位段一12;螺母2上部形成螺纹段21,下部形成限位段二22与螺栓的限位段一12配合,限位段二22具有弹性保证其受压变形与限位段一12卡紧限位;螺纹段21内腔设有内螺纹段一211与螺栓上的外螺纹段一11配合锁紧定位,螺纹段21外缘设有外螺纹段二212;锁紧螺母3内腔上部形成内螺纹段二31与螺母上的外螺纹段二212配合锁紧定位,下部形成紧缩段32与螺母的限位段二22配合保证限位段二22在锁紧时变形。
在具体的结构中,限位段一12可为带有外齿槽121的齿柱,限位段二22为带有内齿槽221的筒体,螺母2旋入螺栓1时齿柱(限位段一12)***到筒体(限位段二22)内且与筒体内壁留有间隙,筒体壁上设有开槽222保证筒体受压变形使外齿槽与内齿槽卡紧限位。
进一步,为了操作方便及具有限位功能,在螺纹段21外缘上部形成限位档止213,下部形成外螺纹段二212,这种结构使锁紧螺母3旋入到位时顶面恰好顶抵于限位档止213底面上,且保证筒体受紧缩段压迫变形使外齿槽121与内齿槽221卡紧限位。另外,限位挡止另一功能是方便手握持在限位挡止上操作将螺母2旋紧于螺栓1上。
进一步,筒体(限位段二22)壁上设有开槽222的位置为筒轴中心对称的两侧。限位档止213为沿螺纹段外缘上部周向均布的限位筋条。紧缩段32可为沿锁紧螺母内壁的渐变斜面。
安装时,将螺栓***到待连接部件内,螺母从下方旋入螺栓至紧固位置,此时限位段一与限位段二间隙配合,从下方旋入锁紧固螺母由于紧缩段为沿锁紧螺母内壁的渐变斜面,旋入过程中紧缩段逐渐挤压限位段二使其产生向内的缩紧变形,使外齿槽与内齿槽卡紧限位,当锁紧螺母旋至顶端接触到限位档止底面时恰好安装到位。
本发明不但解决现有螺栓组件振动紧固性能差、易松动的问题,同时,结构简单,加工及操作均方便省力。可用于各种需要振动紧固及易松动的部件连接安装中,使用非常广泛。

1.防松螺母组件,其特征在于:包括相互配合的螺栓,螺母,锁紧螺母;螺栓,螺母及锁紧螺母依次锁紧固定,其中,螺栓上部形成外螺纹段一,下部形成限位段一;螺母上部形成螺纹段,下部形成限位段二与螺栓的限位段一配合,限位段二具有弹性保证其受压变形与限位段一卡紧限位;螺纹段内腔设有内螺纹段一与螺栓上的外螺纹段一配合,螺纹段外缘设有外螺纹段二;锁紧螺母内腔上部形成内螺纹段二与螺母上的外螺纹段二配合,下部形成紧缩段与螺母的限位段二配合保证限位段二在锁紧时变形。
2.如权利要求1所述的防松螺母组件,其特征在于:限位段一为带有外齿槽的齿柱,限位段二带有内齿槽的筒体,螺母旋入螺栓时齿柱***到筒体内且与筒体内壁留有间隙,筒体壁上设有开槽保证筒体受压变形使外齿槽与内齿槽卡紧限位。
3.如权利要求2所述的防松螺母组件,其特征在于:螺纹段外缘上部形成限位档止,下部形成外螺纹段二,锁紧螺母旋入到位时顶面恰好顶抵于限位档止上,且保证筒体受紧缩段压迫变形使外齿槽与内齿槽卡紧限位。
4.如权利要求2所述的防松螺母组件,其特征在于:筒体壁上设有开槽的位置为筒轴中心对称的两侧。
5.如权利要求3所述的防松螺母组件,其特征在于:限位档止为沿螺纹段外缘上部周向均布的限位筋条。
6.如权利要求1、2、3、4或5所述的防松螺母组件,其特征在于:紧缩段为沿锁紧螺母内壁的渐变斜面。
