提供能减少向输入部分泄漏的不需要的高频量和防止烧毁扼流圈的电灶磁控管。其构造是,在把支持灯丝的引线和扼流圈电连接的F端子,与F陶瓷块外部连接的电灶的磁控管中,上述F端子,设有遮断向磁控管输入部分侧面泄漏的不需要的高频的扼流结构。

Description

电灶的磁控管
本发明涉及电灶,特别是涉及设法减少在输入部一侧泄漏不必要高频辐射的电灶磁控管。
如图1所示,电灶的磁控管,其灯丝2产生的热电子,发射到阳极圆筒1内壁上形成的多个汇流条3和灯丝2之间的作用空间4,通过在汇流条和灯丝之间产生电场和由磁铁5,6、上板7、下板8、磁极9构成的磁路,产生微波,在向外部发射微波的天线10上面形成的天线引出头13,与散板14在阳极外部耦连,此外,为遮断在输入部方向泄漏高频能量,扼流圈部器件15和高压电容16以及使其绝缘的滤波器外壳17、18构成滤波电路。支持上述灯丝2的中心引线19和侧面引线20,***下方绝缘体F陶瓷块21的孔中,与F端子22结合在一起构成。
以前,F端子22如图2所示,由钎焊在F陶瓷块21上的面(A)和与扼流圈部件15耦连的弯曲部分构成。
在这样构成的以前的磁控管中:由于从阳极产生的高频成分的能量,通过天线10再通过输出部分向外辐射,所以,从阳极内部产生的高频成分的一部分却反过来通过灯丝2,中心引线19及侧面引线20向输入部方面泄漏。该不需要的高频成分被滤波器外壳17、18屏蔽,所说的滤波器外壳17、18在外部包围上述中心线19及通过熔接与侧引线20结合的F端子22而连接的扼流圈部件15和电容器16。
因此,F端子的平面(A),在用以把中心引线19和侧引线20连结到F陶瓷块21的F陶瓷块下段形成的金属上升的两面用钎焊连接,平面部的相对侧与上述扼流圈部件15相连,以完成输入电源向灯丝供电的连结任务,而不必完成抵销向输入部那方泄漏的不需要的高频部分的扼流任务。
这里,不需要的高频,包括在磁控管使用的基波及低频段高频和高频段的高频。
在磁控管产生的不需要的高频的部分、在通过扼流圈被除掉的过程中产生热量,泄漏的高频的量大就产生高热,发生使上述的扼流圈漆包线烧毁的问题,因此,在上述过程中未被抵消掉的不需要的高频,照原样存在泄漏问题。
本发明的目的是提供能减少向输入部泄漏不需要的高频量和防止扼流圈烧毁的电灶磁控管。
本发明的电灶的磁控管,是在把支持灯丝的引线和扼流圈电连接的F端子与F陶瓷块外部结合的电灶磁控管中,其特征是上述F端子装配有遮断向磁控管输入侧泄漏的不需要的高频成分的扼流圈。

图2表示以前磁控管F端子的立体图。
图3(A)(B)(C)表示本发明磁控管F端子的立体图。
实施例
如第3图所示,本发明的磁控管F端子122设有遮断不需要高频的扼流圈结构。
即,本发明的F端子122是,假如如图3((A),(C)所示,在主体形成槽120,则如图3(B)所示,在与主体相连的翼部121形成槽的结构。
此处,槽长(L)是要抑制的高频波长的1/4。
如此构成的本发明F端子122,连接引线19,20以及扼流圈部件15,通过抑制不需要高频的扼流作用,防止烧毁扼流圈,由于上述的F端子与扼流圈部件一起抑制不需要的高频,所以全部的不需要的高频抑制量增大,能提供可靠性高和品质优良的磁控管。
如上述说明那样,本发明由于F端子起到了扼流作用,减少了向输入部泄漏的不需要的高频量,能防止扼流圈的烧毁。

Claims (3)

1.一种电灶的磁控管,它把电连接支持灯丝的引线和扼流圈的F端子,与陶瓷块外部结合,其特征是上述F端子设有遮断向磁控管输入部一侧泄漏的不需要的高频的扼流结构。
2.按照权利要求1的一种电灶的磁控管,其特征是上述F端子设有1个以上的槽。
3.按照权利要求2的一种电灶磁控管,其特征是上述槽的全长是要抑制的高频波长的1/4。
