Referring to fig. 1 and 2 together, the present application provides a recreational vehicle 100, where the recreational vehicle 100 includes a vehicle body 10 and a door body 20, the vehicle body 10 has an accommodating cavity 13 and an access surface 12 disposed opposite to the accommodating cavity 13, it can be understood that the access surface 12 is an outer side surface of the vehicle body 10, the access surface 12 is provided with an entrance 11 communicated with the accommodating cavity 13, the door body 20 is coupled to the vehicle body 10 and has an operation surface 21, the door body 20 is in a closed state, an open state and a shielding state, when the door body 20 is in the closed state, the operation surface 21 completely covers the entrance 11, and the accommodating cavity 13 in the recreational vehicle 100 is sealed, so that the recreational vehicle 100 has a good private space and can prevent outsiders from entering; when the door body 20 is in an open state, the projection of the operation surface 21 on the access surface 12 at least partially opens the access 11, so that a user can conveniently enter and exit the motor home 100; when the door 20 is in the shielding state, the door 20 is connected to the top end 14 of the vehicle body 10 and protrudes from the access surface 12, and the operation surface 21 and the access surface 12 together enclose a shielding space 16, so that the shielding space 16 has a wide view and a space, and a user can perform leisure and entertainment activities, such as fishing, enjoying scenery and the like, in the shielding space 16. The door 20 is switchable between any two states of a closed state, an open state, and a shielding state with respect to the vehicle body 10 by an external force. Therefore, compared with the conventional door body 20, the door body 20 has more various functions, so that the multifunctional motor home 100 is convenient to realize.
Specifically, when the door body 20 is in the closed state, the operation surface 21 is opposite to and parallel to the entrance and exit surface 12, or is opposite to and substantially parallel to the entrance and exit surface, and the operation surface 21 completely covers the entrance and exit 11; when the door body 20 is in an open state, the operation surface 21 is opposite to and parallel to the inlet and outlet surface 12, or is opposite to and approximately parallel to the inlet and outlet surface, the operation surface 21 partially covers the inlet and outlet 11, and the operation surface 21 and the inlet and outlet 11 are arranged in a staggered manner; when the door 20 is in the shielding state, the operation surface 21 and the access surface 12 form an included angle, the door 20 is located at the top end 14 of the car body 10 to form a shielding structure similar to an eave, a sunshade or a rain shelter, the door 20 has a small shielding effect on the user's view, and can shield sunlight or rainwater for the user, so that the user can be located in the shielding space 16 to perform leisure and entertainment activities such as enjoying scenery or fishing. Specifically, the included angle between the operation surface 21 and the entrance and exit surface 12 is defined as a, and a is greater than or equal to 30 ° and less than or equal to 90 °, and of course, in some embodiments, the range of the included angle may also be set according to specific requirements.
Alternatively, the entrance/exit surface 12 may be defined to have a first area in which the entrance/exit 11 is opened and a second area arranged around the circumference of the entrance/exit 11, and when the door 20 is in the shielding state, the operation surface 21 of the door 20 may surround the second area to form the shielding space 16, may surround a part of the first area and a part of the second area to form the shielding space 16, or may surround only the first area to form the shielding space 16. Preferably, the operation surface 21 and the first area are enclosed to form a shielding space 16, at this time, the shielding space 16 is aligned with the position of the entrance 11 and the exit 11 and is communicated with the accommodating cavity 13 through the entrance 11 and the exit 11, in this embodiment, the user directly sits in the caravan 100 and is close to the entrance 11, so as to enjoy the scenery outside the caravan 100, and the door 20 can shield the user from wind and rain, so that the use of the caravan 100 is more convenient.
It should be noted that, when the door 20 is in the open state, the entrance 11 is opened, and the space occupied by the door 20 is small, such a state is suitable for use when the door 20 travels to a narrow external space, and when the door 20 is in the shielding state, the entrance 11 is opened, but the space occupied by the door 20 to an external environment is large, such a state is suitable for use when the door 20 travels to a wide external space. Therefore, the door 20 can be switched between the closed state and the shielding state according to the external spaces with different volumes.
Alternatively, the door 20 may be switched between the closed state, the open state and the shielding state by sliding, or may be switched between the closed state, the open state and the shielding state by swinging, and in an embodiment, the door 20 slides in a first direction parallel to the access surface 12 relative to the vehicle body 10 to switch between the closed state and the open state; the door body 20 swings about its connection with the top end 15 to switch between the closed state and the shielding state, or between the open state and the shielding state. Specifically, when the door is in the shielding position and the door 20 and the first area of the access surface 12 enclose to form the shielding space, the door 20 can be switched between the closing position and the shielding position by swinging, and when the door 20 and the second area of the access surface 12 enclose to form the shielding space, the door 20 can be switched between the opening position and the shielding position by swinging.
Specifically, the vehicle body 10 has a bottom end 15 opposite to the top end 14, and taking fig. 1 as an example, the first direction may be a direction (for example, a vertical direction as indicated by a double-headed arrow a) connecting the top end 14 and the bottom end 15, or may be a direction (for example, a left-right direction as indicated by a double-headed arrow b in fig. 1) perpendicular to the direction connecting the top end 14 and the bottom end 15, and the direction intersecting the entrance/exit surface 12 is defined as a second direction (for example, a front-back direction as indicated by a double-headed arrow C in fig. 1), and the direction may be perpendicular to the entrance/exit surface 12, or may form an angle smaller than 90 ° with the entrance. The following embodiments are described with reference to the first direction as the left-right direction in fig. 1, the second direction as the front-back direction in fig. 1, and the first direction perpendicular to the second direction. The door body 20 slides along a first direction and can be switched between a closed state and an open state; the door 20 swings around its connection with the top end 15 and can protrude from the access surface 12 in the second direction, so that it can be switched between a closed state and a shielding state, or between an open state and a shielding state. The door body 20 can be operated to switch between the opening state and the closing state in a sliding manner, so that the operation simplicity of opening and closing the inlet and outlet 11 can be improved; and operate the door body 20 through the wobbling mode and switch between the closed condition and sheltering from the state, perhaps open condition and sheltering from between the state, then at the wobbling in-process, through the contained angle between adjustment business turn over face 12 and the operation face 21, then the adjustable door body 20 shelter from the direction to be convenient for promote user experience and feel. Specifically, taking the door 20 in a shielding state and used for shading sunlight as an example, if it is assumed that sunlight is directly radiated at noon, at this time, the door 20 can be operated to swing to a position where an included angle between the operation surface 21 and the entrance and exit surface 12 is large, the door 20 can shield sunlight and enable a user to have a good view, and at this time, the shielding space 16 is large, so that the user can conveniently accommodate the door; if the sunlight is obliquely emitted in the evening, at this time, the operable door 20 swings to a position where the included angle between the operation surface 21 and the entrance and exit surface 12 is small, the shielding space 16 is reduced, but the door 20 has a better shielding effect.
It should be noted that the following embodiments are all described by taking an example in which the door 20 is switched between the closing position and the shielding position by swinging.
Specifically, the door body 20 has a first end 22 and a second end 23 opposite to each other, and the first end 22 of the door body 20 is coupled to the top end 14 and is rotatably connected to the top end 14; when the motor home 100 in fig. 1 is placed on a horizontal plane, the door 20 slides in a first direction and can be switched between the closed state and the open state, and the second end 23 of the door 20 rotates relative to the first end 22, so that the door 20 can be switched between the closed state and the shielding state. It should be mentioned that, in the process of switching the door 20 from the closed state to the shielding state, the second end 23 is gradually away from the bottom end 15, the included angle between the operation surface 21 and the access surface 12 is increased, in the process of switching the door 20 from the shielding state to the closed state, the second end 23 is gradually close to the bottom end 15, and the included angle between the operation surface 21 and the access surface 12 is smaller.
Alternatively, during the switching process of the door body 20 between the closed state and the open state, one or both of the first end 22 and the second end 23 of the door body 20 are slidably connected with the vehicle body 10. In an embodiment, the first end 22 and the second end 23 are both slidably connected to the vehicle body 10, so that the sliding stability and smoothness of the door 20 can be effectively improved, and the door 20 can be opened more easily and conveniently. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, in the process of switching the door 20 from the closed state to the shielding state, the second end 23 needs to be detached from the vehicle body 10, so that the second end 23 can rotate relative to the first end 22.
Optionally, the vehicle body 10 further has a slideway (not shown) for sliding the door body 20, the slideway extends along the first direction, when only one of the first end 22 or the second end 23 slides relative to the vehicle body 10, the slideway is one, and the sliding is matched with the first end 22 or the second end 23 sliding on the door body 20; when the first end 22 and the second end 23 are both slidable relative to the vehicle body 10, two slide ways are provided, and correspond to the first end 22 and the second end 23, respectively. Alternatively, the slideway may be formed by a slide rail. Alternatively, the first end 22 or the second end 23 may slide along the slideway under the actuation of a user or an actuator.
For example, the first end 22 slides along the slide way, in this embodiment, the first end 22 can also rotate relative to the slide way, so that the door 20 can be switched to the shielding state. Optionally, the door body 20 has a rotating shaft structure, and the rotating shaft structure is installed in the slideway, and is slidable and rotatable relative to the slideway.
Further, the door 20 includes a first door 24 and a second door 25, and when the door 20 is in a closed state, the first door 24 and the second door 25 cover all the inlets and outlets 11 side by side along the first direction; when the door 20 is in the open state, at least one of the first door 24 and the second door 25 slides along the first direction to open at least part of the inlet/outlet 11. Alternatively, one of the first door 24 and the second door 25 may slide relative to the other, or both of the first door 24 and the second door 25 may slide in the same direction or in opposite directions, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the first door 24 may slide leftward relative to the second door 25, or the second door 25 may slide rightward relative to the first door 24, or both of the first door 24 and the second door 25 may slide leftward or rightward simultaneously, or both of the first door 24 and the second door 25 slide in directions away from each other, so that the doors 20 may be switched from the closed state to the open state. The door body 20 can be switched between the closed state and the open state by operating at least one of the first door body 24 and the second door body 25 to slide along the first direction, so that the opening and closing modes of the door body 20 are more flexible and changeable, meanwhile, the opening and closing space of the inlet and outlet 11 can be controlled according to the user requirements, and only the first door body 24 or the second door body 25 is independently operated, so that the operation is more convenient and labor-saving. For example, when the entrance 11 only needs to be accessed by a user, only one of the first door 24 or the second door 25 can be operated, so that the door is more labor-saving and more concise in operation; when a user needs to move a large-volume object out of or into the caravan 100, the first door 24 and the second door 25 can be opened at the same time to increase the space for opening the entrance 11, so that the large-volume object can freely enter and exit the caravan 100.
Further, at least one of the first door 24 and the second door 25 swings around the connection with the top end 14, so that the door 20 can be switched between the closed state and the shielding state, or between the open state and the shielding state. Specifically, when the door 20 is in the shielding state, the surface of the first door 24 or the second door 25 facing the mounting surface and the entry and exit surface 12 may enclose to form a shielding space 16 with a smaller volume, or the surfaces of the first door 24 and the second door 25 facing the mounting surface and the entry and exit surface 12 may enclose to form a shielding space 16 with a larger volume, and the included angles formed by the surfaces of the first door 24 and the second door 25 facing the mounting surface and the entry and exit surface 12 are the same, or the surfaces of the first door 24 and the second door 25 and the entry and exit surface 12 may enclose to form a shielding space 16 with a larger volume, and the included angles formed by the surfaces of the first door 24 and the second door 25 facing the mounting surface and the entry and exit surface 12 are different, so that the shielding space 16 is a stepped space, and can shield wind and rain for users with different heights.
For example, if two users with one height are present, if the angle between the operation surface 21 and the entrance surface 12 is too large, that is, the door 20 is far from the installation surface, the shielding effect for the short users is poor, and if the included angle between the operation surface 21 and the entrance/exit surface 12 is too small, the short users stand in the shielding space 16, the head part of the door body is easy to collide with the door body 20 and be injured, at the moment, the first door body 24 and the second door body 25 can be adjusted to respectively form different included angles with the inlet and outlet surface 12, for example, the surface of the first door body 24 facing the installation surface has a larger included angle with the access surface 12, the surface of the second door body 25 facing the installation surface has a smaller included angle with the access surface 12, a user with a high height stands in the partial shielding space 16 formed by the first door body 24 and the access surface 12, and a user with a low height stands in the rest shielding space 16 formed by the second door body 25 and the access surface 12.
Further, the first door body 24 and the second door body 25 are detachably butted side by side along the first direction, and the first door body 24 and the second door body 25 respectively swing synchronously around the respective joints with the top end 14. In this way, only by operating the first door 24 or the second door 25 alone, the shielding space 16 with a large volume can be formed or the entrance 11 can be closed. Therefore, the operation efficiency and the simplicity of operation can be effectively improved.
The motor home 100 further includes a first supporting member 30, and when the door body 20 is in the shielding state, the first supporting member 30 is supported between the door body 20 and the vehicle body 10. Therefore, the installation strength of the door body 20 in the shielding state can be effectively improved, so that the door body 20 is prevented from swinging to the closing state to injure a user, and better use safety is achieved.
Optionally, the first supporting member 30 may be detachably connected to the vehicle body 10 and the door 20, and when the door 20 is switched to the closed state, the first supporting member 30 is detached and stored, so as to be used when being located in the shielding state next time. Alternatively, the first supporting member 30 may be a telescopic member, and the first supporting member 30 is always coupled between the vehicle body 10 and the door body 20 and is telescopic in the process of switching the door body 20 between the shielding state and the closing device. Thus, the integrity of the caravan can be effectively improved, and the first supporting member 30 can be prevented from being detached for many times. It should be noted that, when the door 20 is switched between the closed state and the open state, the door 20 slides relative to the vehicle body 10, and at this time, the first support 30 needs to be detached. In order to reduce the number of times of detaching the first supporting member 30, the recreational vehicle 100 is mainly switched to a closed state and a shielding state, and when the recreational vehicle is in the closed state, the recreational vehicle 100 can be closed, and when the recreational vehicle is in the shielding state, the recreational vehicle can be shielded and can be conveniently moved in and out.
Optionally, the first supporting member 30 may be coupled between the inner wall of the receiving cavity 13 and the operating surface 21, when the door 20 is switched from the closed state to the shielding state, the first supporting member 30 is extended, and when the door 20 is switched from the shielding state to the closed state, the first supporting member 30 is shortened; of course, the first supporting member 30 may be disposed in one manner other than the above manner, or the first supporting member 30 may also be coupled to the outer wall of the vehicle body 10 and located outside the accommodating cavity 13, when the door 20 is switched from the closed state to the shielding state, the first supporting member 30 is shortened, and when the door 20 is switched from the shielding state to the closed state, the first supporting member 30 is extended. Preferably, the first supporting member 30 is coupled between the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 13 and the operating surface 21, and when the door 20 is switched to the closed state, the first supporting member 30 is completely accommodated in the accommodating cavity 13, so that the appearance of the motor home 100 is more attractive, and the first supporting member 30 can be prevented from being exposed to the sun and rain under the shielding of the door 20, thereby prolonging the service life of the first supporting member 30.
Alternatively, the swing of the door 20 can be driven by a user or a driving member, in an embodiment, the door 20 swings and is driven by the first supporting member 30, the first telescopic member 30 extends, the door 20 is switched from the closing position to the shielding position, the first telescopic member 30 is shortened, and the door 20 is switched from the shielding position to the closing position. Thus, the state switching of the door 20 can be made more intelligent.
