Claims (10)

1. A fuel filler cap assembly, comprising: the oil filler box (1), the hinge (2), the mandrel (4), the actuator (5), the hinge seat (102) and the stop block (201);
the hinge base (102) is connected with the outer side of a first side wall of the oil filler box (1), the hinge (2) is hinged on the hinge base (102) through the mandrel (4), and the actuator (5) is installed on the outer side of a second side wall of the oil filler box (1), wherein the second side wall is opposite to the first side wall;
the stop block (201) extends out from the lower surface of one end, far away from the hinge seat (102), of the hinge (2), and the lower end of the stop block (201) is provided with a limiting blind hole (204);
the actuator (5) comprises a motor assembly (501), a switch (502), a housing (503) and a telescopic rod (504), wherein the motor assembly (501) is installed in the housing (503), the telescopic rod (504) penetrates through the motor assembly (501) and the housing (503), the motor assembly (501) is configured to drive the telescopic rod (504) to extend into the oil filler box (1) or retract into the housing (503), when the hinge (2) is closed, the telescopic rod (504) extends out and is inserted into the limit blind hole (204), the telescopic rod (504) triggers the switch (502) to change a switch state in both the extending process and the retracting process, and the switch (502) is suitable for being electrically connected with a vehicle controller, so that an electric signal is output to the vehicle controller when the switch state is changed.

The fuel filler cap assembly according to claim 1, wherein an actuator mounting hole (103) is provided on the second side wall of the fuel filler cap (1), a snap (506) is provided on the housing (503), the actuator (5) is mounted to an outer side of the second side wall through the snap (506) and the actuator mounting hole (103), and the telescopic rod (504) protrudes into the fuel filler cap (1) through the actuator mounting hole (103).

The oil filler cover assembly according to claim 1, wherein the actuator (5) further comprises a first spring (505), the first spring (505) is a compression spring, an annular baffle (507) is arranged on the telescopic rod (504), and the first spring (505) is arranged between the annular baffle (507) and the inner wall of the motor assembly (501);
the bottom of the stop block (201) is provided with an inclined surface (205), the head of the telescopic rod (504) is spherical, when the hinge (2) is closed, the inclined surface (205) presses the head of the telescopic rod (504), so that the telescopic rod (504) compresses the first spring (505) and is inserted into the blind limiting hole (204).

The oil filler cap assembly according to claim 1, further comprising an outer cap plate (7), wherein the hinge (2) is provided with a plurality of slots (202) arranged in the same direction, and the outer cap plate (7) is mounted on the outer side of the hinge (2) through the plurality of slots (202).
8. The fuel filler cap assembly according to claim 7, further comprising a sealing ring (3), said sealing ring (3) surrounding an upper edge of said fuel filler cap (1), wherein said cap outer plate (7) abuts against said sealing ring (3) when said cap outer plate (7) is closed.

The fuel filler cap assembly according to claim 1, wherein a first through hole (104) is formed in the hinge base (102), a second through hole (203) is formed in the hinge (2), and the mandrel (4) penetrates through the first through hole (104) and the second through hole (203) to hinge the hinge (2) to the hinge base (102).
10. A vehicle comprising a fuel filler cap assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
