Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a material collecting assembly 7 for collecting waste materials on the polishing belt 2 is further arranged on one side of the frame 1, and the material collecting assembly 7 comprises: the waste collecting device comprises a collecting cover 71, a material guide pipe 72 and an air exhaust part 73, wherein the collecting cover 71 is in a bucket shape, and one end with a large opening of the collecting cover 71 covers one end, where the driven roller 53 is located, of the polishing belt 2 so as to collect waste from the polishing belt 2; the material guiding pipe 72 is a corrugated pipe, one end of the material guiding pipe 72 is communicated with the end with a small opening of the collecting cover 71, and the other end is communicated with the air extracting piece 73; the air pumping piece 73 is an air pumping pump, and the air pumping piece 73 generates suction force to the inside of the air guide pipe after being electrified, so that the waste material entering the collecting cover 71 is sucked away from the polishing belt 2 by the air guide pipe, and the residue of the waste material on the polishing belt 2 is reduced.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a using method, which comprises the following steps:
s1, placing a polished article on a polishing surface 21 of a polishing belt 2, enabling the surface of the polished article to be polished to be in contact with the polishing surface 21, enabling the polished article to be located right below a flexible block 331, and enabling the polished article to be aligned to a top block 43 in the horizontal direction;
s2, starting the pressing mechanism 3, so that a second driving piece 32 in the pressing mechanism 3 drives a pressing block 33 to move downwards, and a flexible block 331 presses a polished object on the polishing surface 21 of the polishing belt 2;
s3, driving the polishing surface 21 of the polishing belt 2 to move towards the direction close to the driven roller 53 through the driving assembly 5, so that the polishing surface 21 of the polishing belt 2 polishes the polished object;
s4, after the pressing block 33 moves downwards, the linkage switch 311 is triggered through the linkage piece 332, and the first driving piece 42 in the push-pull mechanism 4 is started, so that the polished object can move along the direction vertical to the movement direction of the polishing belt 2 under the pushing action of the pushing block 43 while being polished by the polishing belt 2;
s5, stopping the polishing belt 2, loosening the limitation of the pressing assembly on the polished object, and taking down the polished object from the polishing belt 2;
s6, replacing the new object to be polished again, and repeating the previous steps S1 to S5.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a jig, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the jig is opposite to the polishing surface 21 of the polishing belt 2, the jig comprises a placing plate 101 and a connecting plate 102, the placing plate 101 is horizontally arranged and is in a rectangular plate shape, the placing plate 101 is positioned above the polishing surface 21 and is parallel to the polishing surface 21 at intervals, a placing hole 1011 matched with the polished object is formed in the placing plate 101, in the embodiment, according to the size of the polished object, a limiting plate 103 can be placed in the placing hole 1011, and a limiting hole 1031 with the size smaller than that of the placing hole 1011 can be formed in the limiting plate 103 so as to be used for matching with the polished object with the smaller size; a plurality of pressing pieces 1012 for pressing the restricting plate 103 are rotatably attached to the placing plate 101 at positions close to the placing hole 1011 by bolts, the number of the pressing pieces 1012 may be two, three, four or five, in the present embodiment, the number of the pressing pieces 1012 is two, and two pressing pieces 1012 are symmetrically disposed with respect to the placing hole 1011.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, when the limiting plate 103 is located in the placing hole 1011, the pressing sheet 1012 is rotated, so that the pressing sheet 1012 can press the limiting plate 103, the limiting plate 103 is fixed in the placing hole 1011, the polished article with the size matched with the limiting hole 1031 can be placed in the limitation for polishing, and when the polished article with the larger size is matched with the placing hole 1011, the pressing sheet 1012 can be rotated to remove the limitation on the limiting plate 103, so that the limiting plate 103 is taken down from the placing plate 101, and then the polished article with the larger size and matched with the placing hole 1011 is placed in the placing hole 1011, and the design is beneficial to a jig to adapt to the polished articles with more sizes, and is convenient for practical use.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the connecting plate 102 is located on one side of the placing plate 101, the connecting plate 102 is also in a cuboid plate shape, the connecting plate 102 and the placing plate 101 are integrally arranged, and the connecting plate 102 is perpendicular to the placing plate 101, when the jig is installed above the polishing belt 2, the connecting plate 102 is fixedly connected with the ejecting block 43 through bolts, at this time, the ejecting block 43 can indirectly eject the polished article to slide on the polishing belt 2 in a mode of ejecting the jig, when a worker places the polished article on the polishing belt 2 which is always in a running state, the worker does not need to hold the polished article first, the situation that the polished article is taken away by the polishing belt 2 can be avoided, the worker can place the polished article on the jig completely, then loosen the hand holding the polished article, and enable the polished article to be in a polishing state, and the workload is reduced, the operation is more convenient.
Second embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the difference from the first embodiment is that in this embodiment, a moving rail 8 is further fixed at one end of the polishing surface 21 close to the collecting hood 71, two ends of the moving rail 8 are respectively fixedly connected with two steel structural members through bolts, and a gap is formed between the moving rail 8 and the polishing surface 21.
Referring to fig. 5, a moving chute 81 is formed in the upper surface of the moving rail 8 along the length direction thereof, and one end of the moving chute 81 is open; a sliding rod 9 is inserted into the moving chute 81, the end part of the lower end of the sliding rod 9 is abutted with the bottom of the moving chute 81, and the upper end of the sliding rod extends out of the notch of the moving chute 81; the upper end of the sliding rod 9 is also connected with a brush 91, the brush handle of the brush 91 is rotatably connected with the upper end of the sliding rod 9, the brush of the brush 91 is contacted with the grinding surface 21, and the brush 91 is positioned in the collecting cover 71; the upper end of the sliding rod 9 is also connected with the ejector block 43 through a connecting rod 92, so that the sliding rod 9 can move along the moving chute 81 when the ejector block 43 moves, the sliding rod 9 moves to drive the brush 91 to move together, the brush 91 brushes the polished surface 21 in the collecting cover 71, the waste adhered to the polished surface 21 is brushed, the collected cover 71 is collected to conveniently collect the waste, and the collection efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, referring to fig. 5, as the brush 91 moves on the polishing surface 21 in the direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the polishing surface 21, the brush 91 itself does not hinder the lifting of the waste material, and the waste material is not easily lifted and pressed down by the brush 91 itself, which further facilitates the collection of the waste material by the collection cover 71.
In addition, referring to fig. 5, in this embodiment, the weight of the end of the brush 91 near the bristles is greater than the weight of the end near the slide lever 9, which helps the brush 91 to brush the sanding surface 21 more strongly.
