And the oil seal shaft 17 is arranged at the joint of the output shaft of the rotary driving mechanism 51 and the rotating disc 52 and outside the machine seal seat 16, so that the rotary shaft and the machine seal seat 16 are further sealed, the output shaft of the rotary driving mechanism 51 is ensured to rotate stably, and meanwhile, the cleaning liquid in the water tank 13 is prevented from interfering with the lubricating oil in the machine seal seat 16 and the oil seal shaft 17. In fact, the rotary driving mechanism 51 comprises a rotary driving motor and a speed reducer installed at the output end of the rotary driving motor, so that the rotary disc 52 rotates at a speed of 4-5 revolutions per minute, and the inner ring, the roller and the outer ring of the bearing generate relative rotation visible to naked eyes, and a good cleaning effect can be achieved.
In fact, in this example, the water tanks 13 are preferably provided with four, as shown in fig. 1, and the four water tanks 13 are a boiling water tank, a spray rinsing tank, an ultrasonic cleaning tank and a rinsing tank in this order from the loading table 11 to the unloading table 12.
Specifically, the heating devices 7 are arranged in the four water tanks 13, the heating devices 7 can be electric heating pipes, heat preservation cotton (not shown in the figure) is attached to the outer walls of the water tanks 13, the thickness of the heat preservation cotton is preferably 15mm, and the heat preservation effect on the cleaning liquid in the water tanks 13 is achieved; a spray pipe 81 is arranged on the inner side wall of the spray rinsing tank, a nozzle 82 is arranged on the spray pipe 81, the spray pipe 81 is communicated with a liquid supply device 83, spray rinsing is achieved, specifically, the liquid supply device 83 can be a liquid storage tank with a filter matched with a circulating pump, a liquid outlet of the circulating pump conveys cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank to the nozzle 82 of the spray pipe 81, meanwhile, a liquid suction port of the circulating pump sucks cleaning liquid in the spray rinsing tank into the liquid storage tank through the filter for filtering, and recycling of the cleaning liquid is achieved, furthermore, the liquid outlet of the circulating pump can be communicated with water inlets of the boiling oil removal tank, the spray rinsing tank and the ultrasonic cleaning tank, a liquid suction port of the circulating pump can be communicated with water outlets of the boiling oil removal tank, the spray rinsing tank, the ultrasonic cleaning tank and the ultrasonic cleaning tank, and centralized; the ultrasonic vibration device comprises a plurality of ultrasonic vibration heads which are arranged on the outer sides of the bottom surfaces of the two sides of the groove 15 of the ultrasonic cleaning tank, and the ultrasonic cleaning is realized by the combined action of the plurality of ultrasonic vibration heads on the ultrasonic cleaning tank.
In practice, each water tank 13 may be provided with a set of liquid supply device 83, and a circulation pump of the liquid supply device 83 delivers the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank to the water inlet of the water tank 13 and pumps the cleaning liquid from the discharge port of the water tank 13 to the liquid storage tank; different cleaning liquids are used for different tanks 13.
In this embodiment, while the outlet of the water tank 13 is externally connected to the discharge pipe, a connection loop between the outlet of the water tank 13 and the reservoir is provided with a primary drawer-type filter screen of 20 meshes, and the filter is a secondary filter with a precision of 100um, so as to achieve a function of improving the filtering effect by classification.
In this embodiment, the water tank 13 is preferably provided with a water supply pipe valve and three liquid level controls of high, medium and low, the high liquid level stops automatic water supply, the medium liquid level automatically supplies water, and the low liquid level prevents the circulating pump from dry pumping. The automatic cleaning machine has the advantages that cleaning liquid can be conveniently and timely supplied and replenished, manual water replenishing can be realized, and the automatic water replenishing is realized by matching the electromagnetic valve and the liquid level sensor. Meanwhile, the upper part of the water tank 13 can adopt single-side overflow, so that the whole surface overflow is realized, and floating objects and oil stains on the surface of the cleaning liquid can be quickly drained away.
The heating device 7 in the water boiling oil removing groove can be 4 sets of 6KW stainless steel electric heating pipes, the total heating power is 24KW, and the water boiling oil removing groove is matched with accessories (not shown in the figure) such as a temperature probe, a digital display temperature controller and the like to automatically sense the temperature in the groove and realize automatic temperature adjustment, so that the temperature of the cleaning liquid is kept in an optimal cleaning temperature range; meanwhile, an oil extractor (not shown in the figure) can be arranged in the water boiling oil removing groove, so that the oil removing capability is improved.
Wherein, heating device 7 in the washing groove that sprays can be 4 sets of 6KW stainless steel electric heating pipes, and total heating power is 24KW to supporting accessories such as temperature probe and digital display temperature controller (not drawn in the figure) auto-induction inslot temperature and realization temperature automatic adjustment, make the washing liquid temperature keep in the best washing temperature within range.
The heating device 7 of the ultrasonic cleaning tank can be 2 sets of 6KW stainless steel electric heating pipes, the total heating power is 12KW, and the ultrasonic cleaning tank is matched with accessories (not shown in the figure) such as a temperature probe, a digital display temperature controller and the like to automatically sense the temperature in the tank and realize automatic temperature adjustment, so that the temperature of the cleaning liquid is kept in an optimal cleaning temperature range; the ultrasonic vibration device 4 is composed of two groups of 42 ultrasonic vibrators with power of 4.2KW and ultrasonic frequency of 28KHz, which are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the water tank 13 and are 84 vibrators in total, 2 intelligent 2.1KW digital display ultrasonic generators are matched, and the ultrasonic vibration device is controlled in a separately excited mode, so that the power of a sound production system is adjustable within 0-100% and the time is adjustable within 0-999 minutes.
Wherein, the heating device 7 of the rinsing tank can be 2 sets of 6KW stainless steel electric heating pipes, the total heating power is 12KW, and the rinsing tank is matched with accessories (not shown in the figure) such as a temperature probe, a digital display temperature controller and the like to automatically sense the temperature in the tank and realize the automatic temperature adjustment, so that the temperature of the cleaning liquid is kept in the optimal cleaning temperature range; and a liquid supply device externally connected with the heating device 7 of the rinsing tank provides antirust liquid for the rinsing tank, and the bearing is soaked in the antirust liquid, so that the antirust effect is achieved.
The process flow is as follows:
1. a bearing to be cleaned is placed on the cleaning basket 2 by the manual feeding platform 11;
2. the following moving device 3 moves the cleaning basket 2 on the feeding table 11 into a water boiling oil removing groove for output oil removal;
3. the following moving device 3 moves the cleaning basket 2 in the water boiling oil removing groove into a spraying and washing groove for spraying and washing;
4. the following moving device 3 moves the cleaning basket 2 in the spray rinsing tank into an ultrasonic cleaning tank for ultrasonic cleaning;
5. moving the cleaning basket 2 in the ultrasonic cleaning tank into a rinsing tank along with the moving device 3 to rinse the antirust liquid;
6. the following moving device 3 moves the cleaning basket 2 in the rinsing tank to a discharging platform 12;
7. an operator can first manually blow the water throat to manually discharge on the discharge table 12.
It should be noted that, the upper opening of one or more of the four water tanks 13 is preferably provided with a cover door 18, the figure shows that the cover door 18 is provided for the water boiling oil removal tank and the spray rinsing tank, the cover door 18 comprises a cylinder 181 mounted on the frame 1 and a cover plate 182 mounted at the output end of the cylinder 181, and both sides of the cover plate 182 relative to the expansion direction of the cylinder 181 are slidably connected with the frame 1 through slide rails 183. When the heating device 7 in the water tank 13 works, the cover sealing door 18 is closed, so that the heat loss is reduced, and the heating efficiency is improved; when the heating device 7 in the water tank 13 works, the cover sealing door 18 is opened, so that an operator can conveniently observe the working condition of the water tank 13.
In addition, the rotary ultrasonic cleaning machine in the embodiment of the present invention further preferably includes a controller 9, and the following device 3, the heating device 7, the liquid supply device 83, and the air cylinder 181 are all electrically connected to the controller 9. The controller 9 preferably adopts a PLC, can execute logic operation, sequence control, timing and counting, controls the work of each part by changing the connection mode of the input end and the output end, and improves the automation degree of the rotary ultrasonic cleaning machine. As shown in figure 1, an electric control cabinet is installed on the front side of a rack 1, a controller 9 is installed in the electric control cabinet, and a control button, a display and a working lamp which need to be used are all arranged in the electric control cabinet, so that centralized control is facilitated.

the cleaning basket is internally provided with a clamping device for fixing the outer ring of the bearing, and the workpiece rotating device comprises a rotary driving mechanism arranged on the rack, a rotating disk arranged in the water tank and arranged at the output shaft of the rotary driving mechanism, and a shifting fork fixed on the rotating disk and used for driving the inner ring of the bearing to rotate.

A rotary ultrasonic cleaner as defined in claim 7, wherein: heating devices are arranged in the four water tanks, and heat preservation cotton is adhered to the outer walls of the water tanks; the inner side wall of the spraying and flushing groove is provided with a spraying pipe, the spraying pipe is provided with a nozzle, and the spraying pipe is communicated with a liquid supply device; the ultrasonic vibration device comprises a plurality of ultrasonic vibration heads which are arranged on the outer sides of the bottom surfaces of the two sides of the groove of the ultrasonic cleaning tank.
