1. A workpiece rotator, comprising:

3. The workpiece rotator of claim 2, further comprising a second cylinder disposed on the link, the second cylinder being perpendicular to the first cylinder and the axis of rotation, the rack being connected to a piston of the second cylinder for adjusting a distance between the gear and the rack.
4. The work piece rotator of claim 2, wherein the mounting bracket includes first and second horizontal portions that are parallel to each other and a vertical connecting portion disposed perpendicular to the first and second horizontal portions.
5. The workpiece rotator of claim 4, wherein the drive mechanism is disposed at the second horizontal portion.
6. The work piece rotator of claim 4, wherein the rotary plate is disposed in the first horizontal portion.
7. The workpiece rotator of claim 3, further comprising a controller for controlling the extension and retraction of the first and second cylinders.
8. The workpiece rotator of claim 1, further comprising a workpiece holder horizontally disposed at an upper portion of the rotary plate and connected to the rotary shaft.
