At the very least, each numerical parameter should at least be construed in light of the number of reported significant digits and by applying ordinary rounding techniques.
With combined reference to fig. 1-12, the invention provides a shape memory urinary catheter, which comprises a urinary catheter body, wherein a drainage cavity 3 is arranged in the urinary catheter body; the catheter body comprises a two-way shape memory composite material, and also comprises an initial shape and a temporary shape; when the catheter body is stimulated by temperature, the catheter body deforms from the initial shape to the temporary shape, part of the structure of the catheter body in the temporary shape is suitable for being fixed in the bladder and guiding urine out through the drainage cavity 3, and after the catheter body in the temporary shape is stimulated by the temperature again, the catheter body returns to the initial shape from the temporary shape. The shape memory catheter of the embodiment can reduce the discomfort of a patient when being put into the body of the patient, and can realize catheterization only by temperature stimulation when the shape memory catheter is used; when the shape memory catheter is taken out, the temperature stimulation is carried out again.
It should be noted that the two-way shape memory composite material adopted in the present embodiment has moderate hardness. And the initial shape is the shape fixed after the preparation of the catheter body is finished, and the temporary shape is the shape after the stimulation of the temperature. In particular, the two-way shape memory composite material can be a shape memory composite material capable of realizing two-way deformation by selecting shape memory polydimethylsiloxane or other shape memory siloxanes or shape memory polymethyl methacrylate or other shape memory acrylate or shape memory polyurethane elastomer or other shape memory polyurethane or multi-material combination.
More specifically, the temperature range for deforming the catheter body from the initial shape to the temporary shape is: 40-42 ℃; the temperature range for the catheter body to return from the temporary shape to the initial shape is as follows: 45-47 ℃. When the catheter body is prepared, the shape of the catheter body can be fixed twice at 40-42 ℃ and 45-47 ℃, the specific preparation method can be adjusted according to the actually selected material, and the preparation method of the catheter body is not particularly limited in this embodiment. When the temporary urethral catheter is used, the initially-shaped urethral catheter body is inserted into a urethra, warm water of 40-42 ℃ is passed through the drainage cavity 3, so that the initially-shaped urethral catheter body is deformed into the temporarily-shaped urethral catheter body, and part of the temporarily-shaped urethral catheter body can be fixed in a bladder to prevent the urethral catheter body from falling out of the urethra; when the catheter body is ready to be removed, warm water at 45-47 ℃ is passed through the drainage cavity 3 again to restore the temporary-shaped catheter body to the original-shaped catheter body.
The normal body temperature of a human body is 35-37 ℃, and the temperature is difficult to exceed 41 ℃ even if the human body is burnt at a high temperature, so the temperature of the bidirectional deformation of the catheter body is stable; moreover, the temperature (40-47 ℃) of the bidirectional deformation is also in a range which can be borne by human bodies, so that the problems of human body discomfort and the like can not be caused.
The catheter body can be directly prepared from a layer of bidirectional shape memory composite material, and is the catheter bracket 2. When the catheter bracket 2 is stimulated by temperature, the initial shape is changed into a temporary shape, part of the structure of the catheter bracket 2 in the temporary shape is suitable for being fixed in the bladder and guiding urine out through the drainage cavity 3, and the catheter bracket 2 in the temporary shape is restored to the initial shape from the temporary shape after being stimulated by the temperature again. In some preferred embodiments, the catheter body can further comprise a catheter bracket 2 and a catheter 1 from inside to outside, and two ends of the catheter 1 are respectively connected with two ends of the catheter bracket 2; aim at, when the catheter support 2 of being convenient for is deformed, the pipe 1 takes place deformation along with the deformation of catheter support 2 together.
Specifically, the catheter 1 is made of a thin film or a soft silicone rubber film, and has great elasticity; and when in use, the catheter bracket 2 and the catheter 1 are soft in hardness, so that the catheter bracket 2 can be ensured to directly enter the urethra, and the patient is not easy to feel uncomfortable.
The catheter holder 2 comprises a support part 22 and a connecting part 21 connected with the support part 22; the supporting part 22 and the connecting part 21 are both deformed to a temporary shape after being stimulated by temperature, and the supporting part 22 in the temporary shape is suitable for being fixed in the bladder; the temporarily shaped connection 21 is adapted to dilate the urethra to allow urine to drain; after being subjected to the temperature stimulus again, the temporary-shaped support portion 22 and the temporary-shaped connecting portion 21 are both deformed to their original shapes, so that the catheter body is detached from the urethra.
Specifically, the supporting portion 22 can replace a conventional balloon and be fixed in the bladder, the conventional balloon needs to be inflated by external "water" or "gas", the balloon is ruptured when the balloon is filled with "water" or "gas" too much at one time, the rupture of the balloon easily causes the balloon to be embedded in the urethra, so that hematuria is caused after the urethral mucosa is damaged, and the physical and mental effects of a patient are serious.
The shape of the connecting portion 21 can be various, and can be set according to the actual situation, preferably, when the catheter is further arranged on the outer surface of the catheter holder 2, the connecting portion 21 in this embodiment is a three-dimensional net structure, and the connecting portion 21 in the three-dimensional net structure has a lighter volume compared with a solid structure, is not easy to cause burden on a patient when placed in a human body, and has less induction. The three-dimensional network-structured connection part 21 can also effectively support the urethra, and since the connection part 21 is also made of the shape memory composite material, any reaction with urine does not occur and the three-dimensional network-structured connection part 21 does not allow urate to be deposited for a long time. It should be noted that, since the connection portion 21 of the present embodiment has a three-dimensional network structure, even when stones are discharged from the body, the catheter 1 is not easily scratched due to the obstruction of the three-dimensional network structure.
Preferably, the supporting portion 22 and the connecting portion 21 may be integrally formed, which is easy to manufacture and convenient to use.
The diameter range of the catheter holder 2 in its initial shape is: 2-7mm; preferably, the diameter of the catheter bracket 2 in the initial shape is 4mm, and the aim is that the diameter of the catheter bracket 2 in the initial shape is smaller than the diameter of the urethra of the human body, so that the uncomfortable feeling can be reduced when the catheter bracket is placed into the urethra of the human body, and the tension of a patient can be relieved.
The diameter of the connection portion 21 in the initial shape is smaller than the diameter of the connection portion 21 in the temporary shape. Since the connection part 21 of the initial shape is convenient to be put into the urethra of the human body and reduces the discomfort of the patient, the diameter of the connection part 21 of the initial shape is set to have a small urination speed, after the stimulation of the temperature, the diameter of the connection part 21 of the initial shape is gradually increased until the connection part 21 of the temporary shape is attached to the urethra, and the diameter range of the connection part 21 of the temporary shape can make the urination speed normal, of course, this part is only directed to the setting of the connection part 21, and the urination speed also needs to be comprehensively calculated by combining the shape of the support part 22 and the shape of the connection part 21.
The catheter 1 comprises a sleeve 11 and a wrapping part 12 connected with the sleeve 11; the sleeve 11 is sleeved on the outer surface of the connecting part 21, and the wrapping part 12 wraps and supports the outer side of the supporting part 22. Thereby being convenient for preventing urine from leaking.
Specifically, the sleeve 11 is hollow and tubular, the sleeve 11 can be directly disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the connecting portion 21, and the sleeve 11 and the wrapping portion 12 are integrally formed to prevent urine leakage. It should be noted that the lengths of the sleeve 11 and the connecting portion 21 in this embodiment may be set by themselves, and preferably, the length of the sleeve 11 is slightly smaller than the length of the connecting portion 21, so that the sleeve 11 can completely wrap the connecting portion 21. Since the urinary catheters are inserted into different depths between a male and a female, the female is usually inserted into 4-6cm, while the male is inserted into about 20-22cm, and therefore, the lengths of the sleeve 11 and the connecting part 21 may be set according to the sex of the actual user.
It should be noted that the urethra of the child is smaller than that of the adult in both length and diameter, so the diameter and length of the catheter body 1 can be set by the urethra of the child.
When the catheter bracket 2 is stimulated by temperature and is deformed from the initial shape to the temporary shape, the catheter 1 and the catheter bracket 2 are deformed together under the supporting force of the catheter bracket 2; when the temporary catheter bracket 2 is stimulated by temperature again and then returns to the original shape from the temporary shape, the catheter 1 and the catheter bracket 2 restore to the original shape together under the action of the elastic force of the catheter 1.
More specifically, when the catheter holder 2 is deformed from the initial shape to the temporary shape, because the catheter 1 is made of a thin film or a soft silicone rubber film and has great elasticity, the catheter 1 can be expanded under the action of the supporting force (from inside to outside) generated in the deformation process of the catheter holder 2, and because the supporting force generated in the deformation process is within the bearing range of the catheter 1, the integrity of the catheter 1 can be ensured; when the temporary catheter bracket 2 is stimulated by temperature again, the temporary catheter bracket 2 is restored to the original shape, but the acting force of the supporting force (from outside to inside) generated in the deformation process of the catheter bracket 2 is opposite to that generated when the original shape is deformed into the temporary shape, and any acting force cannot be generated on the catheter 1, but the catheter 1 and the temporary catheter bracket 2 can restore to the original shape together under the action of the elastic force of the catheter 1.
The wrapping portion 12 is provided with a urine guide outlet 121. The urine convenient to enter the drainage cavity 3 through the urine guide outlet and flows out of the drainage cavity 3.
It should also be noted that the cannula 11 may be connected to a catheter (not shown) whose other end is connected to a urine bag for collecting urine. The specific connection mode of the catheter can be the same as the existing arrangement mode, and particularly, the catheter can be arranged by self.
The outer surface of the catheter bracket 2 and/or the catheter 1 is coated with a chondroitin sulfate or phosphorylcholine coating. The retention time of the short-term retention catheterization of a human body is generally 24 hours, and for a patient who retains the catheterization for a long time, the catheterization patient can be intubated for many times, so that the cost is increased, and the pain of the patient and the occurrence of urinary tract cross infection are increased. However, the chondroitin sulfate or choline phosphate coating is coated on the outer surface of the catheter stent 2 and/or the catheter 1 in the embodiment, so that the retention time can be prolonged, and in combination with the characteristic that the catheter in the embodiment can be deformed in two directions, even if the catheter is inserted for many times, no pain is caused to a patient, and because the chondroitin sulfate or choline phosphate coating is coated on the outer surface of the catheter stent 2 and/or the catheter 1 in the embodiment, the chondroitin sulfate and choline phosphate have anti-inflammatory effects, so that the risk of urinary tract cross infection is further reduced.
Furthermore, the shape of the supporting portion 22 may include various shapes of the wrapping portion 12 corresponding to the supporting portion 22, but the shape of the supporting portion 22 needs to be adapted to the shape of the wrapping portion 12, so as to achieve the purpose of bidirectional deformation, and the supporting portion can be fixed in the bladder in a temporary shape.
